Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of innovation in e-budgeting applications in providing services to the community as well as how to manage local finance effectively and efficiently so that there is transparency in the management of village funds. The method used is a literature review and research results show that the application of e-budgeting in the management of regional finances is very helpful in creating good and clean government. Electronic budgeting is an online innovation that can provide effective and transparent services. In this paper, we discuss how to manage innovation in a company by using theories from existing literature. This discussion includes an innovation framework, the impact of innovation in human services, the advantages and disadvantages of e-village budgeting. The results of this study are e-village budgeting innovation in government in providing services to the public is a new innovation that has advantages and still has weaknesses, therefore there is a need for improvement in electronic village budgeting innovation services.

Abstract

Abstract

Performance is a process carried out in achieving a result for each company or organization in the stage of providing services or products to customers within a certain period of time in accordance with their duties and functions. This study aims to conduct and see the overall organizational picture of the performance assessment of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Sungai Penuh Jambi City using the Balanced Score Card approach. viewed from four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. From the results of the research on the Performance Measurement of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAM) of Sungai Penuh Jambi City using the Balanced Scorecard approach from a financial perspective through the current ratio, profit margin, operation ratio, return on investment, it shows that the company's financial performance is in good condition despite a decline in sales in 2019 For performance measurement based on customer perspective from customer acquisition, customer retention, customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction can be said to be good, although customer satisfaction that the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Sungai Penuh Jambi City in 2020 can be said to be not good. Furthermore, the correlation/correlation of performance based on the perspective of internal business processes on the motivation variable, power alignment, has an influence level of 50.9% with a significance level of <5% or 0%, but for training it has a significance level. below 5% or equal to 0%. The performance based on the learning and growth perspective on employee satisfaction, employee retention, productivity, contributes positively to the company's economic improvement.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi pesat serta perubahan lingkungan, pebisnis melakukan perubahan inovasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yang beraneka ragam serta mempertahankan konsumen menghadapi persaingan bisnis, macam usaha dilakukan untuk menciptakan produk unggul serta kegiatan pemasaran menimbulkan perusahaan melakukan strategi mempengaruhi pasar dan mencapai target penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup, brand image dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Bro and Sis Cafe Bengkulu. konsumen pada Bro and Sis Cafe Bengkulu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 115 orang pelanggan yang berkunjung ke Bro and Sis Cafe Bengkulu. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan arah regresi positif dengan persamaan. Hasil persamaan regresi berganda menunjukkan persamaan Y = 10.539+ 0.179X1 + 0.409X2 + 0.174X3 dengan arah regresi positif, artinya apabila Gaya Hidup, Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan mengalami peningkatan maka Keputusan Pembelian juga akan meningkat. Gaya Hidup memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bro and Sis Cafe dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > dari ttabel (2,295 > 1,658) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,024 < 0,05. Brand Image memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bro and Sis Cafe dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > dari ttabel (5,470 > 1,658) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bro and Sis Cafe dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > dari ttabel (2,640 > 1,658) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 < 0,05. Gaya Hidup, Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Bro and Sis Cafe hal ini dibuktikan dengan diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (33,102 > 3,08) dengan nilai signfikan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai signifikansi dibawah 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the impact caused by the "Free Shipping" Tagline and FlashSale Program on the Shoppe Marketplace in order to encourage Impulsive Buying online for housewives in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City. The format of research conducted by researchers in this study is quantitative research using an association approach. In this study, the sample used was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. As for the method of analysis, the researcher used the method of testing validity, reliability testing, and testing the hypothesis and using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the data processing, the results showed that the Tagline did not significantly influence the impulsive buying decision, while the Flash Sale Program had a significant effect on the online impulsive buying decision. Meanwhile, the regression test shows that the Tagline variable "free shipping" and Flashsale simultaneously or together can have an impact on impulsive buying for housewives in Muara Bangkahulu District. The coefficient of determination test performed shows a fairly close relationship between Tagline and Flash sale, this can be seen from the R value of 0.5650. From the R-Squared Adj value, it can be seen that the tagline and flash sale variables contributed 30. 60%, this proves that these variables can affect Implusive Buying, while the remaining 69.40% is influenced by other variables not discussed by the researchers in this study.

Abstract

Pentingnya technology informasi dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) didalam organisasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuangan. Organisasi yang berkelanjutan menuntut pegawai negeri sipil yang berkualitas dan profesional. Agar pelaporan keuangan dapat disajikan dengan tepat waktu maka diperlukan technology informasi dan SDM yang handal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh technology informasi dan SDM terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuangan pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan cara sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis t dan uji hipotesis f. Hasil persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 9,409 + 0,390X1 + 0,401X2 artinya technology informasi dan SDM memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuanganpada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu. Hal ini menggambarkan jika variabel technology informasi dan SDM kerja meningkat maka ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuanganjuga akan meningkat. Hasil uji determinasi sebesar 51,8% menunjukkan bahwa technology informasi dan SDM berpengaruh terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuanganpada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu sebesar 51,8%, sedangkan sisanya 48,2% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Technology informasi dan SDM secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuangan Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. technology informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuangan pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigras, karena nilai signifikan sebesar 0,012 kecil dari 0,05. SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatanwaktu pelaporan keuanganpada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Bengkulu, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,006 kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

COVID19 has changed many work arrangements and cultures such as Work From Home (WFH). The government enforces a policy for all State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to work from home. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to understand and use technology during the pandemic which was moderated by WFH in increasing the performance of the ASN in Kepahiang Regency during the COVID 19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative descriptive analysis method with multiple regression methods, namely to provide an overview about the ability to understand and use technology on the performance of ASN which is moderated by work from home. The population in this study was 145 civil servants in the government of Kepahiang Regency. Samples were taken as many as 90 ASN who had filled out the questionnaire correctly and completely. The results showed that there was an increase in the value of R Square by 0.705 (0.714-0.009) or an increase in the effect before and after WFH by 70.5%. This means that the performance of ASN (Y) has increased after the government in Kepahiang Regency implemented the policy of the head ASNto work at home during the pandemic. Prior to the policy for the WFH by the government,the performance of ASN only 9%. With the moderating variable (Work From Home) can strengthen the influence of the variable Ability to understand and use (X1) on the performance of ASN (Y). So it can be concluded that the "Hypothesis is Accepted" so that it can be said that the existence of a moderating variable or Work From Home (WFH) can strengthen or increase the influence of the ASN Performance variable (Y) in the Kepahiang Regency Government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors affecting theonderdile to purchase stores Nusantara kepahiang. This study is conducted by using rating scale and in depth kuisioner. The samples used in this study consist 60 people who come into the store consumers Nusantara Kepahiang clothing. The respondents were asked to give perception about factors affecting the decision to purchase clothing stores Nusantara kepahiang. Data obtained from 60 respondents that were processed by using rating scale analysis. ovrall,in this case can be seen calculasion of the rating scale which shows that average on indicators of the cultural factors of 1,232 and lies in the class agreed interval (1020-1260),indicators of the social factors of 1,222 and lies in the class agreed interval (1020-1260),indicators of the personal factors of 1,229 and lies in the class agreed interval (1020-1260),indicators of the psychological factors of 1,200 and lies in the class agreed interval (1020-1260). Mean that decision to buy the most dominant in the Nusantara Kepahiang is psychological factors, while purchasing decisions at 1,200 and lies in the interval class agreed. The results of the analysis is factors affecting the decision to purchase clothing stores Nusantara kepahiang.

Abstract

The importance of performance for ASN in government agencies is to achieve the goals that have been set as a whole, especially carrying out activities that are to improve and improve the welfare of the people in general. ASN performance is influenced by many factors including incentives in the form of Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) and ASN work ability itself. Incentives in this case in the form of TPP are factors that encourage ASN to work constructively according to institutional rules and become a stimulus that encourages ASN to work optimally for the institution. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) on the performance of the civil servants (ASN) at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency, to determine the effect of work ability on the performance of the civil servants (ASN) at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency and to determine the effect of Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) and work ability affect the performance of the civil servants (ASN) at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive method where the sampling technique used was total sampling. So the number of samples in this study was 102 samples. In proving and analyzing data; validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and f test and t test were used. The test results show that 1) Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) and work ability together have an effect on employee’s performance. Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency with a significant value of 0.000. 2) Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value is 0.000. 3) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency, with a significant value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the percentage contribution of the influence of Employee’s Additional Income (TPP) and work ability on employee performance at the Regional Secretary of Central Bengkulu Regency was of 40.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors on purchasing decisions and to determine the effect of all the factors simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah (NB) storeTebeng, Bengkulu City. This research is an associative research, which conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, one variable or more than one variables, which aims to determine the relationship between the variables. The method used is a survey. The population in this study were 1200 consumers. The sample of respondents were 92 consumers. The validity using the Pearson Coefficient Correlation with a significance value of 5% with a critical value and the reliability test based on the Cronbach Alpha coefficient and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is no significant influence of cultural factors on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah Bengkulu City with a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.144. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of social factors on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah store with a significance value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.013. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah store with a significance value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.030. (4) There is no significant effect of psychological factors on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah store with a significance value greater than 0.05, namely 0.432. (5) There is a positive and significant influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors on purchasing decisions at Nayla Buah store with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. (6) The factors that influence purchasing decisions are social and personal factors.
