Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and job training on employee job satisfaction among Bontang City Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) employees. This research method is descriptive-quantitative, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population in this study were Bontang City BPBD employees. The sampling technique in this research used saturated samples with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 16 application. The results of this research show that from the results of partial test calculations or t tests on team collaboration, the results obtained are t count 12.142 > t table 2.011 and work training t count 3.759 > t table 2.011 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test, or F test, in this study obtained a calculated F of 77.674 > F table 3.20 with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of the T and F tests, it was found that teamwork and job training had a partial and significant effect on the job satisfaction of Bontang City BPBD employees. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Training, Teamwork

Abstract

Brand loyalty is one of the important components in maintaining the competitive advantage and sustainability of non-bank financial institutions. This study aims to determine brand loyalty in the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative and explore the factors that shape it from the perspective of members. The research method used is a qualitative method with an exploratory approach through in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the members of the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative have a high brand loyalty, which is formed through brand trust, brand satisfaction, service quality, perception of quality, and local wisdom. Brand trust and brand satisfaction are the main factors in building brand loyalty, as indicated by the long-term commitment of members to remain part of the cooperative. In addition, good service quality and perception of quality are drivers of the formation of member brand loyalty. The local wisdom values owned by the Balo' Toraja Savings and Loan Cooperative form a strong emotional bond, thus supporting the formation of member loyalty to the Balo'ta brand. Abstract

Media sosial telah menjadi bagian penting dalam kehidupan remaja di era digital ini, mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan mereka, termasuk hubungan sosial, identitas diri, dan kesejahteraan mental. Dengan semakin berkembangnya platform media sosial, fenomena ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran terkait dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dapat memberikan pengaruh positif maupun negatif, bergantung pada cara penggunaannya. Meskipun media sosial memungkinkan remaja untuk terhubung dan berbagi informasi, penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dan meningkatnya risiko gangguan kesehatan mental seperti kecemasan, depresi, dan stres. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami lebih jauh bagaimana media sosial memengaruhi kesehatan mental remaja, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dampaknya. Literatur review,dimana artikel dipilih menggunakan metode PRISMA. Artikel internasioanl yang digunakan didapatkan dari fasilitas database online melalui halaman Pubmed, Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang diperoleh dipilih berdasarkan publikasi yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2020 sampai 2025 (5 tahun).. Media sosial memberikan dampak negatif dan positif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak ganda pada kesehatan mental remaja. Meskipun media sosial dapat memberikan manfaat seperti meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan akses informasi, dampak negatif seperti kecemasan, depresi, dan tekanan sosial juga sering terjadi, terutama akibat perbandingan diri dan cyberbullying. Penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dapat memperburuk kondisi kesehatan mental remaja.
