Abstract

Seeing the phenomenon that occurs, there is a lack of public awareness regarding mosque-based empowerment. The people there consider the mosque only a place of worship. This research aims to determine the level of pb;ic awarenessof the function of the mosque, which is not only a place of worship for muslims but also for activities related to the Islamic religion in the amplas sub-district, Medan city. The method that the researcher used was qualititave descriptive method in which the researcher conducted observation interviews and documentation related to the problem. The results of the research show that many people still thinkthat mosques are only places of worship, even in the amplas sub-district of Medan city, religious studies, recitations are held, as well as various social and humanitarian activities such as donations and social service. Initially they agreed with this, but over time the community became inconsistent in doing things related to the mosque. There are several factors that cause people to be unable to take part in these social activities over time, including being busy with their respective jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the results of Google Translate machine translation in translating Arabic into Indonesian. The data of this study used primary data types in the form of literature from books with library sources were Arabic texts taken from the book Nurul Yaqin written by Sheikh Muhammad Al Khudari Bek and his translation books in Indonesian and taken by random sampling technique. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative type. This study aims to analyze the results of machine translation google translate in translating Arabic into Indonesian. This research is related to translation, namely the process of translating from Arabic into Indonesian by looking at the process carried out by Google Translate and then analyzing the results of the translation. The primary data is in the form of Arabic texts taken from the book Nurul Yaqin written by Sheikh Muhammad Al Khudari Bek. Then the author takes researched from the subtitles in the book, namely, the cleavage of the breast of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The focus of this research is to find out what translation errors are focused on the linguistic level, such as morphology, syntax, and semantics. In this study, the authors identified errors at the morphological, syntactical, and semantic levels contained in google translate from Arabic to Indonesian. By using error analysis (error analysis) with procedures, 1) collecting error samples, 2) identifying errors, 3) explaining errors, 4) classifying errors, and 5) evaluating errors. The results of the study show that in terms of the accuracy of vocabulary and terms, google translate has good translation quality. In terms of clarity and reasonableness, it means that Google Translate has not been able to convey ideas from the source language into the target language. Furthermore, grammatically, the results from Google Translate translation do not have grammar, then the results from Google Translate translation do not have a good grammatical structure and follow the rules that apply in the target Indonesian language. From these data, it can be seen that Google Translate should not be used as a basis for translating Arabic texts into Indonesian. A novice translator should prefer a dictionary instead of using Google Translate to try and improve their translation skills. So far, Arabic is still a difficulty for Indonesians, especially for students, and this difficulty is a linguistic problem that includes phonology, syntax, morphology, and semantics.

Abstract

The general purpose of this study was done to find and find the utilization of Instagram as a means of da'wah by communication and broadcasting Islamic structures 2018 UIN Sumatera Utara.The special purpose of this study is to see how students' communication and broadcasting Islam stamuk 2018 in utilizing Instagram as a means of da'wah; Packaging content of da'wah done; Factors support and dilution in jam. This study using qualitative research is described in descriptive form to obtain a deep data description. The data is analyzed, then researchers choose samples from the population based on certain considerations. The data collection method used in this research is by observation, wandsonasi does not directly use WhatsApp to obtain and dig the data clearly and concrete, and documentation containing screenshots (photographs of screenshots during interviews online). The results of the study obtained that: (1) The utilization of Instagram as a means of da'wah for KPI students is considered able to become a debtion message that is relevant to the development of technology and communication. (2) The form of packaging content da'wah uploaded such as image messages, da'wah videos, and caption. (3) supporting factors and inhibitors because the environment or community, is easily accessible, and encouragement from within themselves that feel that conveying the duty task is the duty of every Muslim who has been Baligh. While the factor of its inhibitors because it does not take the time, as well as the lack of science about the da'wah material to be delivered to Mad'u / Audience.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of teachers, students, and curriculum in the context of classical Islamic education, with a focus on literature analysis from various primary and secondary sources. The main aim of this writing is to describe the contribution of each entity in building a solid foundation for Islamic education. Teachers in classical Islamic education are considered the main pillars in transmitting religious and moral knowledge, while students act as recipients of knowledge who are responsible for understanding and applying these teachings in everyday life. The curriculum in this context is designed to ensure a thorough understanding of Islamic spiritual and ethical values, as well as to develop students' critical thinking. This research methodology involves a comprehensive literature study, analyzing classical texts and secondary literature to explore the relevance and application of educational concepts in the classical Islamic tradition. Thus, this study is expected to provide in-depth insight into the roles played by teachers, students, and curriculum in classical Islamic education and their relevance in the context of modern education

Abstract

This research aims to determine the dynamics of communication implementation by the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion, in the management of mosques in Kisaran City. Based on the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number DJ.II/802 of 2014 concerning Mosque Management Development Standards This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research data was obtained from two main sources: primary data and secondary data. Primary data comes from a collection of data obtained directly through observations of natural phenomena in the research object. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained through supporting information obtained indirectly, especially from literature and documents that are relevant to the research context. Data collection in this research used non-participant observation techniques. The data obtained will then be processed and analyzed through a process of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of communication by the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance (Bimas Islam) of the Ministry of Religion plays a central role in maintaining and enhancing the strategic role of mosques as centers of religious and social activities in Kisaran City. This implementation process involves establishing conceptual understanding, introducing policies, continuous reporting and evaluation, providing incentives, cultural adaptation, and collaboration with various related entities. Effective communication plays a role in overcoming challenges, ensuring sustainable mosque management, and accelerating the achievement of mosque management development standards. This allows the mosque to continue to play a central role as a center for religious and social activities that contribute to the sustainable development of the Muslim community in Kisaran City.

Abstract

This research aims to see how to use their pattern of using Instagram to see @quranreview, how do I ask how their usage patterns do it every day. This study uses a qualitative method with a type of field research. This study uses data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Instagram account @quranreview and teenagers who were at Griya Martubunng. The results of the research conducted in this study show: that in increasing religious understanding among adolescents at griya martubung, the @quranreview Instagram account has brought many positive changes, where adolescents who follow the @quranreview account have started to be more active in discussing religion, and ask many questions about problems. - the problems they face. The use of the @quranreview Instagram account is also a source of support and inspiration for respondents in living their daily lives. In conclusion, the pattern of using the Qur'an Review Instagram account is an effective method for increasing the understanding of youth at Griya Martubung about the Qur'an and Islamic teachings. By viewing @quranreview account posts at the right times, such as after college, during work breaks, or when they have free time in the afternoon, teenagers can get the maximum benefit from the educational content that is presented. Through informative, inspirational and easy-to-understand content, youth can expand their knowledge about the interpretation of Qur'anic verses, Islamic laws, moral values, Islamic historical stories, and other relevant topics.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh signifikan kondisi lingkungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan siswa dalam melaksanakan tata tertib di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 193 Kotanopan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Orang tua, Kepala sekolah, Wali Kelas dan Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi, sedangkan penyajian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang menjadi pokok bahasan, analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Dalam mendidik anak tergantung bagaimana orang tua memberikan cara tersendiri yang tujuannya supaya anak mampu belajar membedakan mana yang baik dan buruk jika anak-anak melakukan suatu tindakan. 2) Mendukung anak-anak dalam pendidikan karena pendidikan sangat penting untuk menambah wawasan dan masa depan seorang anak. 3) Keadaan ekonomi keluarga sering menjadi alasan seorang anak tidak melanjutkan pendidikan. 4) Siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah akan diberikan hukuman membersihkan WC saat itu juga, selain itu, menghukumnya dengan memberikan hapalan-hapalan. Akan tetapi sejauh ini siswa rata-rata sudah taat terhadap peraturan tata tertib sekolah. 5) Pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga dengan anak selalu ada karena interaksi yang ada antara lingkungan keluarga dengan anak tersebut.

Abstract

Studying mahārah al-kalām, or Arabic speaking skills, is fundamental to the Arabic department curriculum. Effective instructional communication between teachers and lecturers is crucial for successful learning outcomes. This study utilizes a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to assess the effectiveness of instructional communication in mahārah al-kalām at Sultan Idris Education University, Malaysia. The findings reveal a high level of effectiveness in instructional communication, with an overall score of 90.36%. The primary factors influencing the effectiveness of instructional communication include the lecturer’s credibility, which encompasses expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. This study contributes to the field of Arabic language education by emphasizing the importance of effective instructional communication in enhancing mahārah al-kalām learning outcomes. The results provide valuable insights for Arabic language educators, offering a basis for developing strategies to improve teacher-student interactions. For future research, exploring additional competencies, such as cultural and linguistic aspects, is recommended to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of mahārah al-kalām instruction. By addressing these areas, educators can foster a richer and more effective learning environment, contributing to the overall quality of Arabic language education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Strategi Komunikasi Public Relations Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Provinsi Sumatera Utara Dalam Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat Melakukan Donor Darah. Adapun lokasi penelitian Markas Palang Merah Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Utara beralamat di Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan No.37, Gaharu, Kec. Medan Timur, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20235. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Markas PMI Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Humas PMI Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Wakil Kepala UDD Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Medan dan Pendonor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat melakukan donor darah Public Relations Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Medan melakukan strategi sebagai langkah perencanaan komunikasi agar tujuan Public Relations dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dapat tercapai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Maka dari itu strategi yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat melakukan donor darah adalah dengan melakukan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya donor darah bagi kehidupan diri sendiri maupun orang lain melalui tatap muka ataupun menggunakan media seperti media massa dan media sosial serta melakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak seperti organisasi kemasyarakatan, perusahaan, instansi pemerintah (angkatan TNI, Polri) dan para artis ataupun influencer untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan donor darah dan membantu mengajak masyarakat serta mempengaruhi masyarakat agar ikut serta dalam melakukan donor darah.

Abstract

This study examines the meaning of the hijab in religious behavior among the people of Tanjung Makmur Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency. The hijab is no longer seen solely as a religious obligation but has evolved into a symbol of religious identity, social status, and fashion, with varying interpretations among Muslim women in the village. Some wear it out of faith, while others follow social, cultural, or environmental pressures. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the subjective experiences of informants regarding the hijab’s significance in their religious lives. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with six informants, including Muslim women who wear the hijab and a local religious figure. The results revealed that the hijab represents obedience to Allah, self-identity, protection from negative views, and a form of da'wah. Influencing factors include family, religious education, personal awareness, and religious norms. The study concludes that wearing the hijab is closely linked to positive religious behavior.
