Το παρόν άρθρο μελετάει τη δυνατότητα προσέγγισης θρησκευτικών εννοιών μέσα από τη φιλοσοφία με παιδιά. Αρχικά επιχειρείται μια σύντομη αποσαφήνιση των όρων «φιλοσοφία με παιδιά» και «αναδυόμενη φιλοσοφία». Στη συνέχεια εξετάζεται η σχέση της φιλοσοφίας με παιδιά με τη θρησκευτική αγωγή όπως περιγράφεται με βάση το Α.Π. του νηπιαγωγείου. Προτείνεται και αναλύεται με
επιχειρήματα η σημασία της δημιουργίας μιας κοινότητας έρευνας (communityof inquiry) ως μέθοδος προσέγγισης ερωτημάτων και αποριών των παιδιών θρησκευτικής φύσης. Ξεχωριστή σημασία δίνεται στην προσεκτική ακρόαση των ιδεών των παιδιών και των στιγμών αναδυόμενης φιλοσοφίας που προκύπτουν από τα ίδια τα παιδιά. Η ανάλυση ενός διαλόγου θρησκευτικής φύσεως μεταξύ παιδιών προσχολικής ηλικίας, ως ενδεικτικό παράδειγμα, διευκολύνει την καλύτερη κατανόηση της σχέσης που μπορεί να υπάρχει μεταξύ θρησκευτικότητας και φιλοσοφίας με παιδιά.

This paper aims at introducing the idea of Emergent Philosophizing (EmPhil) as a way of  naming, describing, developing and further understanding the occurrence of  philosophical insights among children in the classroom. The conceptualization of EmPhil is theoretically grounded in philosophies that explore the process of thinking as  emergence, as a form of praxis, and as a way of life. Emergent philosophizing is an
ongoing pedagogical concept that is still developing--both shaping and being reshaped by  our experience in the classroom, dedicated as it is to a form of practice that allows children’s thinking (but also the teacher’s thinking) to unblock and unlock philosophical ideation. EmPhil is a form of wonder and epiphany, and it is up to adults to: a) recognize and welcome these emerging moments, and to recognize the philosophical prephilosophical ideas contained within them, through observation and dialogue, b) open up more space within organized activities for them to emerge; and c) maintain a responsive attitude toward’s children’s thinking, such that they are never lost, undervalued, or unnoticed). EmPhil opens a pedagogical space for children in which to view their own thoughts as important as needing to be acknowledged, questioned, discussed and not left aside. EmPhil celebrates the instant,, the fresh,, the unfinished,, and the ongoing process of thinking that keeps changing and developing in the dialogical setting that philosophy for/with children provides. As such, EmPhil forges a creative bond between pedagogy and philosophy that is not as yet fully explored.

Epiphany moments are not much investigated due to their randomness in occurrence and their perplexity in explanation. In this paper, there is an effort to shed some light into what is epiphany and why it has not drawn the attention it deserves. It will be explained what is so important about epiphany and why it should have some place in the education. The paper shows some possible ways that philosophy for children and epiphany can be connected and highlights the suitable conditions under which epiphany moments can occur. Examples of possible epiphany moments are described along with the role of teachers in creating a supporting environment that allows pupils to think deep, reflect and possibly have the experience of epiphany moments.

Στο κεφάλαιο αυτό επιχειρείται μια εισαγωγική παρουσίαση της μεθόδου του photovoice, ενός εναλλακτικού μεθοδολογικού εργαλείου των βασισμένων στην τέχνη ποιοτικών μεθόδων έρευνας που οικοδομείται στις θεωρητικές βάσεις: (1) της προσέγγισης του Freire και σε προέκταση της συμμετοχικής έρευνας-δράσης σχετικά με τη χειραφέτηση και την κριτική συνειδητοποίηση, (2) της φεμινιστικής θεωρίας, και (3) της φωτογραφίας ως τεκμήριο (documentary photography). Αξιοποιώντας το μέσο της φωτογραφίας και της αφήγησης το photovoice προσκαλεί τα υποκείμενα να αναπαραστήσουν φωτογραφικά τις βιωμένες τους εμπειρίες, αναδεικνύοντας έτσι τις φωνές ατόμων από περιθωριοποιημένες κοινωνικές ομάδες, γεγονός που βοηθά στην ανάπτυξη της κριτικής τους συνειδητοποίησης με απώτερο στόχο την αλλαγή της κοινωνικής τους κατάστασης. Στην εργασία οι συγγραφείς: (1) κάνουν μια ιστορική αναδρομή της μεθόδου photovoice, παρουσιάζοντας επίσης τις θεωρητικές της βάσεις και αρχές, (2) εξετάζουν τη μέθοδο του photovoice ανάμεσα σε άλλα παραπλήσια μεθοδολογικά εργαλεία έρευνας που έχουν ως βασικό μέσο τη φωτογραφία, (3) παρουσιάζουν την ερευνητική διαδικασία που συνήθως ακολουθείται με τη χρήση αυτής της μεθόδου, (4) συζητούν τις δυνατότητες και τα όρια του μεθοδολογικού αυτού εργαλείου, και (5) παρουσιάζουν ένα παράδειγμα εφαρμογής του photovoice στην περίπτωση των κρυφών (εναλλακτικών) σεξουαλικών ταυτοτήτων.

Κατά τα τελευταία χρόνια στην Ελλάδα υπάρχει ένα ανερχόμενο ενδιαφέρον και ένας ανοιχτός διάλογος προς τις εναλλακτικές σεξουαλικές και έμφυλες ταυτότητες, αναδυόμενος μέσα από αντιφατικά και πολεμικά στοιχεία συνδιαλλαγής. Από τη μια παρατηρείται το άνοιγμα προς την αναγνώριση και υπεράσπιση ανθρωπίνων δικαιωμάτων, η έξαρση των κινημάτων σεξουαλικής απελευθέρωσης και φεμινιστικής κουλτούρας και από την άλλη η βαθιά παγιωμένη επικρατούσα άποψη αναφορικά με τις παραδοσιακές σεξουαλικές και έμφυλες ταυτότητες. Στα διάκενα μεταξύ του παλιού και του νέου μοντέλου κοινωνικο-οικονομικής ζωής, κάτω από τη σκιά και διαμέσου των συνεπειών της σύγχρονης γενικευμένης κρίσης που μεταξύ άλλων εκφράζονται σε επίπεδο ταυτότητας και υπαρξιακής αναζήτησης, φαίνεται να ανασυγκροτούνται νέες μορφές σεξουαλικών και έμφυλων υποκειμενοτήτων. Στο κεφάλαιο αυτό, περιγράφουμε το σύγχρονο πεδίο των εναλλακτικών σεξουαλικών και έμφυλων ταυτοτήτων ως μια μορφή ιδιάζουσας ετεροτοπίας, με τη δυναμική και τα παράδοξα που την συνοδεύουν. Η πλαισιοθέτηση των αναλύσεών μας εκκινεί από την ευρύτερη κοινωνικο-πολιτική σφαίρα της σύγχρονης κρίσης και τους διάχυτους λόγους που συνθέτουν την απαρχή μιας πολεμικής διαλογικής και ανατροφοδότησης ανάμεσα σε δύο κόσμους: της εν λόγω ετεροτοπίας και των έξω.
Οι αναλύσεις αυτές βασίζονται επίσης σε ερευνητικά δεδομένα που συλλέχθηκαν από σε βάθος συνενετεύξεις, από ομάδες εστίασης, από εθνογραφικές συμμετοχικές παρατηρήσεις, αλλά και από καταγραφές δημόσιων λόγων σε μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης, κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και κυβερνητικών εργαλείων όπως είναι η Δημόσια Διαβούλευση.

Για τα φαινόμενα και τις έννοιες από το χώρο του μακρόκοσμου όπως το διάστημα, τους πλανήτες και την κίνηση τους γύρω από τον Ήλιο δείχνουν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον οι μαθητές/τριες κυρίως των πρώτων σχολικών τάξεων. Ο μακρόκοσμος περιλαμβάνει έννοιες που δεν είναι τόσο προσιτές στις αισθήσεις των παιδιών με αποτέλεσμα να εμφανίζονται εννοιολογικά εμπόδια στην προσπάθειά τους να κατανοήσουν πώς λειτουργεί ο κόσμος και να δεχθούν μοντέλα συμβατά με την επιστημονική γνώση. Η χρήση προσομοιώσεων βοηθάει στην κατανόηση εννοιών του μακρόκοσμού και η παρούσα μελέτη αποτελεί μία
διδακτική πρόταση με την βοήθεια δύο λογισμικών για το διάστημα και τον πλανήτη Γη. Η πρώτη προσομοίωση η οποία έχει δημιουργηθεί με το Scratch - βάσει των αντιλήψεων των μαθητών/τριών για θέματα από το μακρόκοσμο - παρουσιάζει τις τροχιές των πλανητών. Επιπρόσθετα, στη μελέτη μας προτείνουμε ένα εκπαιδευτικό ψηφιακό σενάριο που αναφέρεται στην κίνηση της Γης και την εναλλαγή μέρας-νύχτας με χρήση του προγράμματος Stellarium. Τα συγκεκριμένα εκπαιδευτικά λογισμικά – Scratch και Stellarium και το εκπαιδευτικό μας σενάριο προτείνονται για μαθητές/τριες των δύο πρώτων τάξεων του Δημοτικού σχολείου.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate students' understanding of Religious instruction and more specifically the understanding of the Parable of the Prodigal Son, using a didactic approach with the aid of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The sample was comprised of two identical classes of 20 pupils each, aged 6 to 7, attending the first grade of primary school in Heraklion, Crete. Quantitative planning and more specifically experimental research were used to conduct this research. The sample was divided into two groups, an experimental one and a control one. The experimental group was taught through an intervention using ICTs as an auxiliary of teaching. The control group was taught according to the traditional instruction. The results showed significant improvement in the understanding of the Parable of the Prodigal Son in the experimental group in comparison to the control group.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have revolutionized almost every aspect of human life. Due to technological developments, there has been a significant change in the way ICT and its digital tools have gained a place in society and furthermore have the potential to enhance teaching. A modern teaching approach for the Religious Studies course is the utilization of ICT in the teaching of the course, as it will upgrade the course and make it more interesting for students. This work refers to a didactic proposal that aims for the students to come into contact and get
to know the church of Saint Sophia, the various types of Christian art and to express previous religious experiences. ICT activities include a virtual tour of the church of Saint Sophia via the Internet, creating a dictionary through Genially, completing a crossword created in Crossword Labs, painting with Natural Art, and presenting the types of Christian art through the PowerPoint. The specific teaching plan presented in this paper is recommended for students of the last two grades of Primary school.

Οι Τεχνολογίες της Πληροφορίας και των Επικοινωνιών (ΤΠΕ) έχουν φέρει επανάσταση σχεδόν σε κάθε τομέα της ανθρώπινης ζωής. Λόγω των τεχνολογικών εξελίξεων, έχει γίνει μια σημαντική αλλαγή στον τρόπο που οι ΤΠΕ και τα ψηφιακά εργαλεία κατέκτησαν μια θέση στην κοινωνία και έχουν ακόμα τη δυνατότητα να ενισχύσουν την διδασκαλία. Μία σύγχρονη διδακτική προσέγγιση για το μάθημα των Θρησκευτικών είναι η αξιοποίηση των ΤΠΕ στη διδασκαλία του μαθήματος, καθώς θα αναβαθμίσει το μάθημα και θα γίνει πιο ελκυστικό για τους μαθητές. Η εργασία αυτή αναφέρεται σε μια διδακτική πρόταση που σκοπό έχει οι μαθητές να έρθουν σε επαφή και να γνωρίσουν τον ναό της Αγίας Σοφίας, τα διάφορα είδη της χριστιανικής τέχνης και να εκφράσουν προηγούμενες θρησκευτικές εμπειρίες. Οι δραστηριότητες με ΤΠΕ περιλαμβάνουν εικονική περιήγηση στο ναό της Αγίας Σοφίας μέσω διαδικτύου, τη δημιουργία λεξικού μέσω του Genially, τη συμπλήρωση ενός σταυρόλεξου στο Grossword Labs, την ζωγραφική με το Natural Art και την παρουσίαση των ειδών της χριστιανικής τέχνης μέσω του PowerPoint. Το συγκεκριμένο εκπαιδευτικό σενάριο προτείνεται για μαθητές/τριες των δύο τελευταίων τάξεων του Δημοτικού σχολείου.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the views of Primary Education students on the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Education and their use in the Religious Studies course. Specifically, it investigates students' views on the use of digital tools, the use of Information and Communication Technologies for school lessons, the impact of the use of Information and Communication Technologies for Religious Education and their views on the teaching support of Information and Communication Technologies and the acquisition of knowledge in the Religious Studies course. To achieve these objectives, one hundred and fiftyseven respondents participated in the study, completing two Likert-type questionnaires. The sample which participated was comprised of ten classes attending the third grade of primary school in the prefecture of Heraklion, Crete. The present study was a quasi-experimental design with two groups, an experimental one and a control one. From these classes, we randomly assigned the control group (n = 72) and the experimental group (n = 85). Quantitative data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis. The study's findings revealed that the integration of ICT as a means of teaching has not yet been implemented based on the responses of students in primary school. Also, they answered that the use of ICT would help them to follow their lessons and that they would like all school subjects to have activities with ICT. These findings align with prior research, suggesting that learners generally have positive attitudes toward the use of ICT. Regarding their responses to the use of ICT in the Religious Studies, there was a more positive view of the experimental group compared to their responses before the teaching interventions.

Η οικογένεια, χωρίς καμία αμφιβολία, καθορίζει σε σημαντικό βαθμό πολλά στοιχεία της αναπτυξιακής πορείας του παιδιού, αφού μέσα στα πλαίσιά της δημιουργούνται τα πρώτα στηρίγματα για την κοινωνική, ψυχική, συναισθηματική και πνευματική του ανάπτυξη. Η κατανόηση του κόσμου από τα παιδιά και η πορεία τους μέσα σε αυτόν επιτυγχάνεται με τη διαπαιδαγώγηση που λαμβάνουν από τους γονείς. Φτάνοντας στη σχολική ηλικία, το σχολικό σύστημα, μέσα από την παιδαγωγική του μορφή και οργάνωση, συνεχίζει το έργο της οικογένειας και συμβάλλει στην κοινωνικοποίησή του. Παράλληλα, η αποτελεσματική συμμετοχή της οικογένειας στη σχολική εκπαίδευση θεωρείται εξίσου ένας σημαντικός δείκτης για την πρόβλεψη της σχολικής απόδοσης. Σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης είναι να διερευνηθεί ο βαθμός επίδρασης των γονεϊκών σχημάτων διαπαιδαγώγησης στις σχολικές επιδόσεις των παιδιών. Τα αποτελέσματα δείχνουν πως ένα μείγμα δημοκρατικών μεθόδων και στρατηγικών διαπαιδαγώγησης με σταθερότητα και τρυφερότητα απέναντι στην προσωπικότητα του παιδιού οδηγούν στην καλύτερη δυνατή εξέλιξη της σχολικής απόδοσης.

Η εφηβεία αποτελεί μια κρίσιμη περίοδο μετάβασης από την παιδική στη νεανική και ώριμη ηλικία. Για τους έφηβους, η περίοδος αυτή σηματοδοτεί την ανάγκη προσδιορισμού της ταυτότητας τους, της κατάκτησης της αυτονομίας τους και της ολοκλήρωσης της προσωπικότητας τους. Στο υπόβαθρο όλων αυτών των αλλαγών, αρκετοί έφηβοι εκφράζονται με συγκρούσεις, επιθετικές συμπεριφορές ή παραβατικές πράξεις. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των πιθανών παραγόντων που σχετίζονται με την εκδήλωση παραβατικής συμπεριφοράς στην εφηβεία και η παρουσίαση τρόπων αντιμετώπισης αυτού του φαινομένου. Τα αποτελέσματα δείχνουν πως οι θεσμοί κοινωνικοποίησης όπως είναι η οικογένεια, το σχολείο και η κοινωνία αποδεικνύονται ενοχοποιητικοί παράγοντες ενώ η ενίσχυση του ρόλου της οικογένειας και του σχολείου μπορεί να συμβάλει μέσα από κατάλληλες δράσεις στην πρόληψη αυτού του φαινομένου.
