Abstract
Technical textile is the term given to textile products used for industrial purposes. It gives the benefits of durability, light weight, cost effectiveness, versatility and high strength in comparison of conventional materials, so, it is becoming an important part of our day-to-day activities. Technical textile is incoming into being stage in India. It is a growing sector and essential for economic growth, employment generation and increasing export. The potential of technical textiles in India is still untapped. The Production of different items of technical textile industry has been slow but steadily increasing in India. No doubt the government has been taking initiative; there is a need for further interventions to promote this sector. The government has constituted an expert committee on technical textiles (ECTT) to promote the growth of technical textiles. The technical textile machinery is covered under the TUFS (Technology up gradation fund scheme) which is providing a benefit of 10% subsidy. Among the various growing segments of technical textile, the Hometech industry is one of the largest segments which is growing due to the real estate boom and higher spending on the home interiors. The promotion of Home-tech segment of technical textile requires the setting up of centre of excellence for the home-tech products. Considering it highly skilled and technical man power and abundant availability of raw material, India can emerge as a key player in the technical textile industry. Taking this as a background, the efforts have been made to find out the present position of technical textile industry in India.

Abstract Technical Textiles is expected to be a rapidly emerging sector for Indian economy from a consumption perspective as well as trading opportunities. In this paper, researcher searches the answer of the question: Is India witnessing an improvement in Technical Textile trade? Attempts are being made to solve this question by studying the trade of India’s Technical Textiles in the past decade i.e. from the year 2001-2002 to 2009-2010. The meadows of Technical Textiles have not been adequately explored and gives due importance in the Indian context so far, and it is an area where the industry can do extremely well. In order to estimate the future and scope, the researcher makes efforts to project the export and import of India’s Technical Textiles from the year 2010-2011 to 2014-2015. For this purpose, time series analysis is used in order to examine the data and finding out the trend values of Technical Textiles trade of India for the next 5 years. The results suggest that both export and import of India’s Technical textiles are rising year on year basis but at the diminishing rates and the export from India are larger than the import, which leads to the conclusion that India’s Technical textiles trade will be rising in the coming years.

Hometech Textiles have attracted considerable attention that is other than fabrics, nonwovens and composite reinforcements, lies in the field of furniture, household textiles and furnishing. This sector has got its significance in today's corporate world due to the consumer's changes in life style, process complexities, requirement of specific products, demand for comfort, security situation and well -furnished and modern homes. Hometech industry is considered as one of the emerging areas with huge potential in the Technical Textile field all over the world, the Indian companies are expected to perform well in eleventh plan in order to meet consumer's demand. From the various literature reviews it is found that there is no conclusive work done about the financial performance of Hometech industry in India.

India is the major world exporter and adopted the globalization policy since 1991. The Government of India has taken various policies and measures for promoting exports to become competitive enough in today's globalized world. Lots of issues and factors are required to take into account while exporting. The success of exports depend on the planning and adopting the suitable strategy that could increases profit and economic growth. The present study is an attempt to analyze the various export promotion schemes of India to find out their effectiveness. After study, researcher came to know that India has done very well in exports and has taken export-led growth strategy as tool for economic development. It is concluded that despite the good performance of India's exports there are some weaknesses in its export promotional scheme. Researcher has given some suggestions and recommendations that can redesign the India's export promotion programs that will helpful in increasing the capacity of India in exports..

ABSTRACT Though the textiles Industry fulfill the physiological needs of mankind, the Technical textile fulfills the high technical and quality requirements (mechanical, thermal, electrical, durability...) giving products the ability to offer technical functions. Technical textiles are understood as textile materials and products used for technical performance and functional properties and are not only concerned to traditional or decorative characteristics, rather than their aesthetic or decorative characteristics. Some terms which are often used in place of technical textile are industrial textiles, functional textiles, performance textiles, engineering textiles, invisible textiles and hi-tech textiles. Technical textiles include Agrotech (Agro-textiles), Buildtech (Construction Textiles), Clothtech (Clothing Textiles), Geotech (Geo-textiles), Hometech (Domestic Textiles), Indutech (Industrial Textiles), Meditech(Medical textiles), Mobiltech (Textiles used in transport), Ecotech (Environmentally-friendly textiles), Packtech (Packaging textiles), Protech (Protective textiles) Sporttech (Sports textiles). Technical textiles have attracted considerable attention. The use of fibers, yarns and fabrics for applications other than clothing and furnishing is not a new phenomenon.
Out of all above, the market for Hometech is gaining prominence and is significantly expanding as the products are being put to an ever-increasing number of end uses. In addition, there are several growth drivers for Hometech products. For example, changes in life style, process complexities, requirement of specific products, quest of better productivity, security situation etc. have increased the demand of Hometech textiles. Not only on the global fronts, in India too, is the industry getting stronger in order to cater the ever growing demand for the product. It has successfully gathered attention of not only industrialists and exporters but the government and the academicians too.
The researchers in this paper try to explore in to the industry and study its growth and progress. The study is based on the hypothesis that there has been growth in the industry in the past years. The study takes in to consideration a period of 10 years which is divided in to two plan periods i.e. the 10th and the 11th plan periods. Appropriate statistical tools are used in order to compare the growth of the industry between the two plan periods. The parameters taken in to study are Production, Exports and Imports. The research is based on secondary data from authentic resources.

This paper examines the growth and development of the Technical Textile industry in India covering a decade from 2002 to 2012. Further, the researchers compare the eleventh five year plan period performance of the Indian Technical Textile Industry with tenth five year plan period performance in order to know the progress over the years. The growth and development of the industry is measured in terms of production, export and import. For the purpose of study, Paired sample t Test is being used in order to compare the both plan period performance i.e. tenth and eleventh plan. The results reveal the statistically reliable difference between the tenth and eleventh plan mean values of the three selected parameters in Technical Textile industry, which leads to a conclusion that growth of the industry has improved significantly during the eleventh five year plan.

Extreme changes are taking place in the climate and eco-system, thus we must act now to secure a safe, healthy and
prosperous future of our planet earth. In fact there is no such thing as natural disaster we may term it as natural hazards, disasters
often follow natural hazards. To understand the basic concepts and to adopt the sound practices of reducing the risk of disaster
through systematic efforts by analysing and reducing the causal factors responsible for causing disasters is need of the hour for
scientific community, law enforcement agencies and law abiding citizens of the country. Thus we have to think wisely and act
smartly on all of our actions in every sphere of our works to save the mankind from future inferno of disasters. Through this
research paper an effort has been made to put light on the need of developing resilience society for explosion mitigation amongst
all the commercial explosives stake holders of India in line with the United Nation’s Sendai Framework Regulations for Disaster
Risk Reduction. The statutory authority for controlling the current state of affairs in India is Petroleum and Explosives Safety
Organization, which was formerly known as department of explosives and is entrusted with the administration of Explosives
Act1884 and in service of the nation since 1898 with its Safety First Motto. Its last twelve year’s data of reported explosion
accidents occurred in India are scientifically analyzed to draw the conclusions and recommendations were offered based on the
inferred results with directions for future research, which is to be further explored in light of the available primary data by
developing high end explosion scenarios to save the lives of high explosives stake holders from the future inferno of explosion
accidents happening frequently in India, in spite of having quite intensive inspections mechanism and taking all due care and
adopting all effective and preventive measures to avoid any explosion accident during the process of manufacturing, storage,
transport, handling, possession for sale or use of commercial high explosives and manufactured fireworks in India. Confidently it
is expected that the suggested recommendations will prove to be a mile stone in establishing the explosion resilient society for
explosion mitigation and reducing the risk of disaster amongst commercial explosives stake holders of India and will inflame
statutory authorities and law enforcing agencies to act wisely in the interest of people safety to avert apocalyptic situation like
Beirut.

This research study was conducted in Gujarat, where more numbers of NGVs were plying with an objective to explore the CFS employee's involvement for safe CNG marketing, and to gauge the benefits of safety training. The structured non-disguised questionnaire, designed as Research Instrument, was served by verbatim translating into vernacular local Gujarati language to help the respondents to better understand and to respond to it correctly. Six demographic factors were determined to measure the selected constructs based upon safety criterions. The primary data was drawn randomly by adopting convenience sampling from 123 Numbers of CFS employees, representing 240 Numbers of operating CFS of 10 different CGD companies working across Gujarat at the time of sampling. The major findings reveal that BBS Training was found to be very useful tool for increasing actively caring behaviours of employees. It may be used for spreading knowledge, skills and attitudes, required for improving safety, reducing at-risk behaviours of others to avoid accidents and build around a strong safety culture. This study has created new avenues for HR Managers to show their capabilities in training the available human resources by managing involvement for safe CNG marketing through employees driven system across the globe.

AI is predominantly ruling the present era much above the IT innovations and
industrial revolutions. Its potential impact has to be addressed globally on multiple
issues including the present challenges faced by the academician’s. The extensive,
uncontrolled, and unethical use of generative AI contents in the public policy and
social science research domain may ruin the future developmental planning required
for achieving the country’s Sustainable Development Goals. AI-Based Tools
(ABTs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) that leverage Artificial Intelligence
and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies using Chat Generative Pretrained Transformers are now impacting all facets of the higher education system,
research, and policy formation thereof on day-to-day basis.
The peril of Generative AI (GAI) and the menace of deep fake content are so
profusely penetrated in higher education research, that it are far beyond the
anticipation and imaginations of academicians, forward thinkers, and policy makers
since it is working without human interventions, using innovative AI technologies,
readily available on a voice command to activate the smart assistant to perform the
desirable work output right from conceptualization to delivery in almost all fields
including higher education and research. Thus an attempt has been made to develop
a concept paper highlighting the state of affairs of present business researchers
working in the public policy and social science domains in the era of Generative AI
and to put forward directions for future and factual research. An outline of the
current literature survey on the AI concepts has been elaborated to understand the
unwavering threats, which is likely to destroy the future of unaware business
researchers in the present era of AI. There is a strong need for self-imposed ethical
code of conduct while using GAI contents which shall be supported by a self declaration that it is AI-generated content and does not require authentication.

Corporate Social Responsible activities of a company play a major role in keeping its customers well connected with the brand for the growth of its future business and delivering value to customers in turn enhances the business performance as per Drucker's surrounding ecological and demographic populations to save the environment. This case study also invites healthy academic discussions on the sustainability issue, since the company has survived 61 years of green marketing business in spite of having tough competition from the existing OMC players, by its commitment to actively engage in utilizing its CSR funds in the welfare of consumer population management system. India has well-regulated statutes, whereas businesses also requires to adopt ESG considerations besides CSR to achieve the SDGs. The presented case study highlights the company's marketing and innovative consumer connect initiatives taken to address social concerns by contributing substantial amount under the CSR Head for the betterment of surrounding ecological and demographic populations to save the environment. World Health Organization is keenly working on the formulation of Mental Health Policy legislation and regulation for promoting and protecting mental health at work for every individual/country by identifying the individual, social, and structural strategies through training of the managerial workforce as well as interventions for workers for promoting and protecting their mental health at works? In the event of the average rise of universal atmospheric temperature and no concrete heat action plan to counter the reported heat wave deaths and mental health trauma caused now-a-days by global warming resulting in the sharp decline in the mental health status of the working professionals at work. Thus it is to be promoted and protected through policy interventions to achieve the desired levels of SDG in the era of Global warming with full financial support and utmost priority by the Government. The social stigma related to the mental health problem is very strong so no one in the society is even ready to accept the fact that one has any kind of mental health problem associated with him and it is affecting his work-life balance. Thus, an exploratory research was conducted by studying a group of diversified working professionals, literature survey was done online in post covid-19 environment, the findings justify the immediate need for formulation of an action plan the country's mental health policy legislation to promote awareness and protect mental health problems of the society to prevent their mental health in the era of global warming.

It is very high time to act now without making any further delay in developing resilience infrastructure to secure a safe, healthy, and prosperous environment on planet earth for our generation next as extreme changes are taking place due to climate change. Since disasters are not natural but the hazard is, so we have to counter only natural hazards and our own people's behaviour on climate change. Innovative Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) techniques are to be adopted for reducing the reoccurring damages caused by the natural hazards like cyclones, droughts, earthquakes, and floods by developing resilience infrastructure for its prevention and proper mitigation. DRR is one of the fast emerging concept and practices followed by today's world under the aegis of UNDRR for reducing the risk of disasters through sincere efforts by analysing and reducing the causal factors being responsible for disasters. Reducing our exposure to natural hazards and reducing the vulnerability of surrounding people and loss of their property, judicious management of land and the environment, and recuperating our preparedness and deploying multi-hazard early warning systems for adverse events are a few examples of DRR methodologies. As disasters often follow natural hazards and their severity depends on how many knock a natural hazard has on the society and on the environment itself. The scale of the blow of disaster in turn depends on the choices we make for our lives and for our environment. These choices relates to how we grow our food, where and how we build our houses, what kind of government we have, whether good governance principles are in place and how our financial system works and even what we teach in our schools? Every decision and action makes us more vulnerable to disasters or makes us more susceptible to them. Thus Climate Financing and Socially Responsible Investments must now be promoted to develop the long-term infrastructures and investment planning based on the robust Environmental Social and Governance Analysis (ESG). In order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and attain Environmental Sustainability (ES), the risk-informed finances and investments are needed for countering the increasing uncertainty in the present external environment aroused as a result of ignoring the consequences of Climate Change.

Migration leads to the movement of inhabitants to find work while the development is advanced industrial growth. A qualitative cum subjective research analysis is presented to illustrate factors responsible for migrations and to focus upon its developmental outcomes. Primeval history of different types of migrations based on Indian ethos has been cited with the recent example of pandemic spread of COVID-19 across states. The problems of immigrants are concerning the entire business world. In migration, people move from their native place to a new place or country for livelihood and better career perspective abroad, irrespective of their demographic constructs such as their country of origin, religion, age, gender, marital status, and nature of profession whether skilled, unskilled artisans, casual labors, medicos, engineers and scientists, etc. in order to increase their wealth, to develop themselves and becomes more advanced and also for strengthening country's economy and growth. The digital empowerment initiatives seem to be the only workable solution required to fix accountability, to control the corruption and to establish the balance between growth and distribution network through the use of present available and future resources and to develop the trained and committed professionals to ensure consistent growth in order to provide a joyful and hassle free working environment, corruption free work culture in the country to fulfill the government responsibility of providing an easy, clean and transparent work culture to the citizens, where all the people of our country can live and work together fearlessly from the present era of living and working anxiously.

On 01 July 2015, Govt. of India has launched Digital India campaign for power to empower to ensure that Govt. Services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure and increasing internet connectivity by making the country digitally empowered in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). DPIIT, under M/o C&I which is largely dealing with foreign direct investment in the country has effectively implemented PESO-Online Licensing System in 2012 itself under Good Governance initiatives, which can effectively monitor the industrial development activities on pan India basis. World bank doing business report 2019 has placed India this year on 77 th Rank by stepping 23 rd rank up from last year on the basis of 30 parameters under 10 categories, namely starting a business, construction permit, getting electricity, registering properties, getting credit, protecting minority investors, paying taxes, trading across borders, enforcing contracts, and resolving insolvency in term of time to comply with the government regulations. This study was undertaken to focus only on North Eastern States except, Sikkim and the major findings were very useful tool to spread knowledge, skills and attitude, required for ease of doing business in the region.

The beloved late president A P J Abdul Kalam used to say that trees are true teachers, they continue to give unconditionally even when pelted with stones to take their fruit and even if cut them down. Trees give life. Let's reciprocate that. Plant more trees, it is worth mentioning a few points that he envisaged to point out towards administering green governance policies in transparent manner. As a result of global environmental concerns the green principles are to be adopted for the sustainable development and facelift of profusely expanding management education sector. Adherence to environmental friendly green policies for sustainable development of management education is the only answer to address the issues related to climate change and global warming. The outcome of recently concluded Paris agreement 2015 on climate justice has also emphasized on working towards a greener future. Now there is a need to strike the gavel for better future of management educational institutes by adopting green initiatives, sustainable business development in this sector can also be achieved. Adaptations of innovative environmental friendly techniques for energy conservation are the key factors for reducing effect of global warming and attaining sustainable education by the future ready green management institutes.

Safety is and always will be of paramount importance in everything we do at management. Our motto shall be "SAFETY FIRST" as accidents can happen, accidents have happened and accidents will happen, but reducing the risk of accident through safety training is a sine-quo-non and has to be made a theme for achieving sustainable organizational growth in India by next decade. In order to develop the available human resources employed in this domain, there exists a need of understanding the role of Behavior Based Safety Training for capacity building of CFS managers, safety professionals and law enforcing officials, for achieving safe and accident free working environment, maintaining an injury free work place and reducing risk of disasters, where people can live and work together fearlessly from the present era of living and working dangerously. This calls for leapfrogging to emerging innovative strategies and systematic training through Behaviour Based Safety process, from the perspective of the safety of human resources, their risk management, and by enforcing statutes to achieve the zero tolerance on accidents. This research study was undertaken at six districts of Gujarat namely, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Valsad, Vadodara and Rajkot, where more numbers of NGVs were plying with an objective to explore the perceptions of CFS manager's behaviour on safety training, to measure their level of awareness and to gauge the benefits of safety training. The respondents were mainly comprised of CFS managers and or owners of the clean fuels stations, managing the services of compressed natural gas refueling facilities at their respective clean fuels stations. The structured non-disguised questionnaire, designed as Research Instrument for collection of required primary data, was first coded with respect to important safety criterions and then served by verbatim translating into vernacular local Gujarati language to help the respondents to better understand and to respond to it correctly. Six demographic factors were determined to measure the selected constructs responsible for gathering the information based on opinion of selected respondents on safety criterions in order to explore, identify, analyze, evaluate and report on various multiple influences caused on learning behaviour and training process as well as their beliefs, intentions, and attitudes of selected CFS managers towards Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) training drawn randomly, in the absence of exhaustive list of available respondents across the state of Gujarat. The major findings based upon the data analysis reveal that BBS Training is a very useful tool to increase actively caring behaviours of respondents and it may be used to spread knowledge, skills and attitude, required for improving safety, reducing at-risk behaviours of others to avoid accidents and build around a strong safety culture. This study will certainly create new avenues and future positions for HR Managers to show their capabilities in training the available human resources.

Managing accidents and reducing risk of disasters in the petroleum installations of our country is a sine-quo-non and has to be foster with a vision to ensure safety through systematic research and innovative training strategies for reducing number of fatal accidents, injuries leading to permanent disability. Practicing disaster risk management in a scientific manner will certainly develop a safety and injury free culture, which in turn will develop an accident free work place and would ensure zero accident to provide a safe and injury free work place where everyone can live and work together fearlessly from the present era of living and working dangerously. This calls for leapfrogging to emerging innovative training strategies and systematic research studies to develop the available human resources employed in this domain, there exists a need to understanding the role of Behavior Based Safety training applications. Therefore promoting strong safety culture through education and training of masses may be made as one of mandatory component of the vision 2030 document of training policy and must be highlighted in the CSR charter so as to achieve the benchmark of environmentally safe and accident free oil and gas operations on a 24 X 7 basis in India.

Managing employees' involvement for good
governance of the EHS systems in an organization is
a very important aspect of business, hither to
neglect for long; as it has to be made a theme for
cultivating a strong safety culture. It will help in
reducing number of fatal accidents, injuries leading
to permanent disability, and loss of man hours and
productions. Practicing good governance principles
in a planned manner will be an aid provider to
develop a clean environment, disease free
employees health and injury free strong safety
culture, which is needed to be established in each of
the organization practicing EHS systems as per
OSHA's Standards. This would fully ensure zero
accident for all the actively caring people and
develop an accident free work place in the
organization. Thus Industrial and chemical
organizations ,must therefore focus on providing
behavioral safety training to develop their
employees for good governance of EHS System, in
order to provide a safe and injury free work place
environment, accident free work culture in their
organization to fulfill their social corporate
responsibility of providing a safe, clean and accident
free environment, where all the people of our
country can live and work together Fearlessly from
the present era of living and working Dangerously.

good governance practices, adopting behavioral
safety training strategies and conducting systematic
research studies in this area, from the perspective of
the Environment Health and Safety (EHS). In order to
develop the available human resources employed in
this domain at various industrial and chemical
organizations in India, there exists a need to
understand the role of employee's involvement for
Good Governance of EHS systems. Their capacities
can be build further, through Behavior Based Safety
(BBS) Training, to ensure a safe working
environment, develop an injury free health and
introducing a strong safety culture.
