The aim of this study is to determine the reality of the practices of the faculty members of teaching skills in light of comprehensive quality standards from the viewpoint of Balqa applied University College students. To achieve the objective of the study the researcher designed a questionnaire included four axes on quality standards in teaching. The study found out that the teachers of these colleges have skills associated with qualities of teaching methods, strategies, teaching methods, techniques, interaction, communication and the evaluation. But they're poor if some special skills like the inability to diversify in the initialization methods to lecture in various ways, to motivate students to learn, does not possesses the ability to provide feedback to students answers, does not support scientific and creative thinking. Never use modern teaching methods and techniques in the best way, and does not emphasize the student use of computers outside the classroom in organizing their daily duties and perform scientific tasks and scientific research. The study recommended the teachers of Applied University of Balqa colleges to increase the attention to skills associated with teaching methods and strategies, teaching methods and techniques, interaction and communication, and evaluation. Particular as regards to diversification in the initialization methods for lecture using the different available methods to stimulating students learning, such as using stories, realistic problems, current events, PowerPoint, scientific demonstration, and to develop their abilities in providing feedback to students answers and support their skills in scientific, creative and critic thinking and to use modern teaching methods and techniques, and the use of student computers outside the classroom in organizing their daily duties and perform scientific tasks and scientific research.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and elements of the work environment for the five-star hotels in the Al Aqaba city. It also aims to identify the average job turnover and its causes in five-star hotels in the Al Aqaba city. The Findings indicate that there is a statistically significant impact of the work environment on the average job turnover in five-star hotels in Al Aqaba city. It also find that the average of salary considered the most influential factor on the average of job turnover followed by colleagues at work, safety system, health and safety system, taking into account humanitarian cases, the treatment of supervisor, continuous development through training, tools and equipment used by the department. Staffs' cafeteria, vacation & leaves system, justice at work, health insurance system, housing allowance, shift work system, promotion system, pressure of work's hours, The reward system, the points system on salaries, finance incentives, and finally transportation allowance. The study recommended that five-star hotels should concentrate on the special factors of working environment for its influential role on job turnover, through direct them towards the best, to reach to less turnover and thus to more stability, productivity and efficiently. It also recommended that administration should take into account the process of promotion for bachelors and married staffs.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of management information systems of human resources on the training needs in Al-Balqa Applied University and to get out practical recommendations to solve them. It also aims to show the possibility of determining the goals of the training programs, and to evaluate and follow-up training programs offered by the Human Resource Management at the university. The Findings indicate that there is statistically significant relationship between management information systems of human resources and identifying training needs and setting of training programs goals in the Al Balqa Applied University. The findings also indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship between management information systems of human resources and evaluation and follow up the effectiveness of training programs at Al Balqa Applied University. The study recommended that there is need to identify of training needs at the university level in the long term, when designing management information systems of human resources. The study recommends that there is need to take into account identifying the individual needs of the management information system of human resources and the management information system of human resources should help in analyzing and treating goals to reach to the quality of the training programs.

The government spending on development sector plays a significant role towards economic growth as it is the most powerful economic agent in all modern societies. The main objective of this paper is to explain theoretically the phenomenon of unique debt burden shifting and welfare loss in countries under debt trap with the support of descriptive statics of a panel of fourteen, Asian Pacific Developing Countries (APDC). This paper is an extension of our previous paper on debt trap and basic borrowing fundamentals (see Alam & Taib, 2012). The analysis shows that the government spending on development sector plays significant role towards economic performance of the country and improves welfare of its citizens. Any decrease in government development spending affects country‟s economy negatively and hurts welfare of the citizens. It provides guidelines for the policy makers on choice between debt and tax especially in the servicing of public debt.

This study aimed to explore the impact of the organizational justice on the development of organizational citizenship behavior in the Jordanian press organizations. The population for the present study consists of all workers in Jordanian press organizations. This population includes 1835 employees. They are working across four press organizations, which are Jordan Press Foundation, the company of Jordan Press and Publishing, the Arab Printers Company, and the company of Jordan United Press and Publishing. 204 questionnaires were distributed to collect the necessary data and to test hypotheses of this study. The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management success factors represented (organizational culture, administrative leadership, organizational structure, information technology infrastructure, standards) on electronic business (electronic information, electronic communications, electronic work flow). The study community included all employees in Jordanian telecom companies, where the three telecommunications companies (Umniah, Zain, Orange) agreed to participate in the study, and (240) questionnaires were distributed to employees in those companies, and (191) questionnaires were retrieved, of which (188) were valid questionnaires for analysis with an actual response amount of (78.3%), which is similar to the final study sample. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and assumed a positive impact of the factors of success of knowledge management on electronic business in Jordanian telecom companies. The results showed that there is an awareness of the factors of success of knowledge management among employees in Jordanian telecom companies, where the arithmetic averages for the organizational culture variables, information technology infrastructure and knowledge measures came within the level of high importance, and the variable of administrative leadership and the organizational structure variable came within the level of intermediate importance in the current study, as well all averages of e-business dimensions came within the high level of importance, as well as the overall e-business variable, in addition to that, the results indicated a positive impact of the factors of success of knowledge management on e-business in Jordanian telecom companies; as the variable of knowledge management success factors explained (65.7%) of the variance in ebusiness, and the results also indicated that the variable of information technology infrastructure was the most influencing electronic information, and the second ranked in the impact of organizational culture, while the variables of administrative leadership do not affect the organizational structure and measures of knowledge on electronic information, and the results also showed that the variable of the information technology infrastructure ranked first in the impact on electronic communications, followed by the effect of the variable of organizational culture, and then the organizational structure variable, while the administrative leadership and knowledge standards variables do not affect, finally it showed the results indicated that the variable of the IT infrastructure was the most influential in the electronic work flow, and came second in the organizational structure, and the organizational culture ranked third, and the fourth came the variable of administrative leadership, while the electronic work flow variable was not affected by knowledge measures based on the results.

The study aim is to examine the impact of industry 4.0 on sustainability of industrial organizations in Jordan. The population of the study consists of employees at various administrative levels of industrial organizations in Jordan. Due to the large population and the spatial and temporal limitations of the research, it was difficult to collect data using the comprehensive method. Therefore, the random sampling method was applied to collect data from the research population. The structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test the impact of industry 4.0 dimensions on sustainability. The study results confirmed that all dimensions of industry 4.0 had an impact on sustainability. The greatest effect was for cyber-physical systems.
