In this paper, a systematic literature review was conducted to gather research evidence on the nonvisual effects of lighting on the elderly in terms of sleep, mood, and alertness. This study aims to investigate the lighting scenarios that have previously been tested on older adults and identify the most effective lighting scenarios that improve elderly sleep, mood, and alertness. The literature review included 24 studies with widely disparate results. Dynamic lighting scenarios and lighting interventions tailored to affect the circadian system (CS) seem to be the most effective in improving sleep and mood for older adults. On the other hand, the effect of lighting on the alertness of the elderly is still not fully understood due to a lack of relevant research. The review offers suggestions and recommendations for lighting scenarios for the elderly based on research-evidence-based criteria and strategies. It is recommended to intensify

Everything we use on day to day basis is being affected by breakthroughs in technology in technology. Some of these things are vital to our everyday lives, others simply make things easier. For example the Cyberspace in which the performance of many of the daily tasks easier and faster, This article hopes to outline some of that tecnology , and show how it is being by architect to build abetter, more effficient, more visually stunning digital world. Since there was a lack of Studies showing the change Created by digital technology in the nature of human activities performed by the human, Which resulted in a change in the patterns and functions of buildings; The research problem was identified. Therefore, the research focused on the study of Cyberspace and its impact on the architectural design of contemporary buildings with the aim of adapting the user to the development in digital technology and linking them to the space that he uses and inhabits. Based on the research problem and the purpose of the research, the research hypothesis was based on the possibility of merging the Cyberspace with the basic standards of architectural design of the physical spaces in contemporary buildings. To attain the objectives of the study and the research hypothesis, the research used two research methods, theoretical and analytical. Therefore, the research was divided into three parts: The first part is the theoretical study in which the concept of cyberspace, its characteristics, its components, its functions, the hypotheses of the scientists around it, the relationship between cyberspace and physical emptiness, and the criteria of the performance of activities through cyberspace The second part is the analytical study, Where an analysis of some of the affected buildings patterns of Cyberspace And to visualize the change that occurs when using Cyberspace to perform tasks that are supposed to perform in the physical space of the building. The third part A Comparative Analysis by comparing the design criteria of one of the types of buildings analyzed with the design criteria for the same building when using Cyberspace. According to the analytical study and comparative analysis, research concluded the possibility of merging the cyberspace with the physical spaces in the architectural design of buildings and exploitation the Cyberspace. in the provision of materialism spaces, Which helps to find solutions to the problems of congestion And the lack of green areas in future cities.
