It is suggested that this calculation should be included in the CNC lathes ' resident software program. This would decrease the amount of blocks of data required for part of the program. In a single block, a complete circular interpolation cycle for the number of passes could be specified. The suggested algorithm is optimized for minimal machining time and enhanced surface roughness. The programming of the new interpolation scheme, using circular and linear segments, must be applied to the specific part.

The propose of this work is to study the effect of long cutter compared with the regular one on d... more The propose of this work is to study the effect of long cutter compared with the regular one on different workpiece material of similar dimensions, dissimilar immersions and various cutting parameters. The study also aimed to extend previously established research on the effects of tool deformations and examine the relationship that exists between the lengths, at a specific diameter, and the surface roughness of Aluminium and EN24 alloy steel materials. The tool deflection of high length-to-diameter ratio end mill is compared with the predictions of regenerative chatter vibration on the flat surface of the workpiece. The results indicated that the regenerative chatter theory seems to accurately predict the stability of different immersion slotting cuts. It has been shown that the tool length has a strong effect on the achievable metal removal rate in high speed milling.

The vibration level depends on many different parameters such as material type, rigidity of tooling structure, cutting data and operation mode. In milling the cutting process subjected to the tool vibrations having a milling tool holder will most likely result in high vibration levels. These vibrations have a consequence of reduced tool life, poor surface finish and sound distributions. This study presents a new approach of localization for an elastic periodic cutting tool holder of milling machine. A numerical model has been developed to describe the structure of the cutting tool holder. On the other hand, the behavior of periodic holder is investigated numerically. This paper examined the dominating milling vibration components and identified these vibrations which are related to structural dynamic properties of the milling tool holder.

The Aluminum alloy 2024-T351 was used in both working pieces. Six processes in FSW may include sticking, plunging into the welding pieces, half and full sliding, full welding along the joint line for the weld to be created, and spacing when picking away the welding tool from the weld. In determining the weld quality, their values should be within a safe range during the welding process, to derive heat from friction, modifying the parameters of the process causes variation in force in the traverse and axial directions. The ability to measure forces and understand their relationship with welding parameters is essential to a successful FSW energy strategy. The analytical models presented in this study depict each welding phase as it occurs and can be applied to predict welding forces and the heat energies.

Measuring the circular passes and errors of the periodic milling tools holder is of paramount imp... more Measuring the circular passes and errors of the periodic milling tools holder is of paramount importance for ensuring excellent surface roughness. For rendering circular shapes during a milling process, a circular interpolation to measure circular passes and errors of the periodic cutting tools holder is thus used. This model is intended to complement the computerized numerically controlled (CNC) systems. The model contains a number of blocks, such as a complete circular interpolation cycle of a number passes which is specified in the programmable part of the model. This study presents a new localization approach for an elastic cutting tool holder of a milling machine. A numerical model is developed that describes the structure of the tool holder. The behavior of the periodic holder is modeled numerically. The modeling results are in agreement with the experimental measurements with a relative error of about 8%.

The analysis influences in finding sand of the camel sole in slipper regions that would support in discovery of footpad and foot syndromes. Behaviour of sole pad penetration into sand was predicted on camel's fore and rear feet using computed technique, for the corresponding segments at the same weights and speeds and for their selected distinctiveness. Camel walk's and his ordinary steps and increase speed to travel and cut off roads and deserts with the magnitude of the weights have a direct impact on the camel feet and stretch the pads, which requires the study of the case and shape of these feet-pads, and not to dive into the soft sand to walk through. For analysis, a 3D model was used. This was done using engineering programs draw a rough shape of the feet-pad through which can note the change, by changing the speed with or without bearing weight on his back. The results revealed that, their container sides were disconnected from the ground by footpad and the interdigital notch of the sole pad were appeared with various scales and colors.

Boiling a well is one of the most critical steps in the discovery and production of oil and gas. The well’s boiling process is expensive because the drilling depth can be as much as 7000 meters. Any delay (breakdown time) in boiling costs a lot of money for hydrocarbon firms. Various boiler parameters are continuously tracked and regulated to avoid drilling delays. This paper focuses on the vibrations occurring at the bottom hole assembly (BHA) stick-slip. Two modelling methods, the lumped parameter model and the combination of the distributed–lumped (D–L) parameter model, were used and compared to the actual measurement performance. The D–L model was found to be more precise, particularly for long strings. Using the simulations, the most comprehensive modelling methodology is introduced.
