Julian Robert Stanley Holloway (24 June 1944 – 16 February 2025) was a British actor.

Julian was born on June 24th, 1944 in Oxfordshire, England. He is the son of comedy actor Stanley Holloway and chorus dancer Violet Lane.

Julian appeared in eight of the Carry On films as well as many other television shows.

He later became a successful voice actor.

He had a brief relationship with Tessa Dahl in 1976 resulting in the birth of his eldest daughter Sophie Dahl.

He has been married twice, firstly to actress Zena Walker (1934-2003).
