John Charles Cocker was born in 1877 at Royton, Lancashire, England.
In 1881, he was enumerated twice; living with his maternal grandparents at 123, King Street, Oldham, Lancashirel and also, he was living with his parents and siblings at 14, Orchard Street, Royton
He married Mary Gertrude May Cocker during the third quarter of 1905 at West Bromwich in Staffordshire.
In 1921 he was aged 44 and he was out of work as a a Steel Erector for Braithwaite & Co of Bride Works in West Bromwich
He died aged 56. His death was registered in the Oct-Nov-Dec quarter of 1933 in Birmingham.
