Building chart is for demonstrating the layout of a room, working space as well as where the wireless sensor nodes have been situated. Figure. 7 Log history The Log History allows user to view and manage the his- tory of sensory data stored in the SQL database, as shown in Fig 7. Various keywords are provided for database query like date/time, building name, sensor node ID, workspace ID and room ID. Operations such as modify, delete and export records in database are also provided for the ease of data management.

The input of decision making process is a parameters vector and occupant’s action. Local agents will only conduct decision making and learning activities when any of those events occur. Otherwise, the sampled data will be discarded, as shown in Fig. 8. Three such events are defined as follows: occupants changed events (OC), parameters changed events (PC) and device oper- ated events (DO).
