The result shows that the naringinase production was increased with increase in agitation speed from 120 rpm to 160 rpm thereafter the naringinase production was decreased. Therefore 160rpm was found to best for enzyme production and the enzyme activity was 8.02 IU. The results were depicted in fig. 4.
