This study investigates the impact of vocational skills acquisition on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Gombe metropolis, focusing on the relevance of training to career goals, business outcomes, and challenges faced by participants. A sample of 103 SME owners who had undergone vocational training was surveyed using a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using SPSS software to generate descriptive statistics, including means and standard deviations. Results indicate that while vocational training moderately improves employability and income generation, significant external challenges, such as limited access to capital, markets, and modern technology, hinder the long-term success of business ventures. The study concludes with recommendations for aligning vocational training programs with market demands and providing additional support to address external barriers.

Introduction. Pedagogical and psychological science and practice emphasize the importance of various modes of
study for maintaining the health and psychological well-being of people in late age. Determining occupational health
predictors makes it possible to predict adequate methods for including older people in the educational environment and
develop effective learning technologies.
The research purpose is to detail the relationship between occupational health in late age and personal mobility as its
integral predictor.
Materials and methods. The empirical study involved 355 residents of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region (Russian
Federation) aged 50 to 80. Three comparison groups were identified: non-working pensioners, working pensioners, a
comparison group – working people of pre-retirement age. A complex of 15 psychodiagnostic methods was implemented,
describing as follows: 1) personal mobility as an individual property, life strategy, readiness for mobile behavior; 2) the
emotional, reflective, value-motivational, activity components of occupational health; 3) psychological well-being. The
methods of descriptive and comparative statistics, the correlation, cluster, factorial, regression, dispersion analysis were
used for data processing.
Results. A three-component structure of occupational health at a late age and an eight-component structure of personal
mobility are described (the share of explained dispersion of factor models is 0.42 and 0.51, respectively). The initial
theoretical model of contingency between the occupational health of older people and personal mobility as its predictor
was empirically verified and clarified: a list of mobility characteristics was determined that affects each of the three
components of occupational health – the activity, emotional-reflexive components and psychological well-being (the
coefficient of determination of regression models is 0.42 , 0.29 and 0.28 respectively).
Discussion and conclusions. The research results made it possible to recommend the principles for developing
technologies for teaching to preserve occupational health: complexity and universality, reliance on the free choice of
the content and modes of study by an older person. Methods that meet these principles were defined: the formation of
personal mobility as an integral occupational health predictor, work with life experience, dynamic learning, the use of
reflection as a development mechanism in late age.

The literature on risk has focused on different issues, such as the quantity and quality aspects of risk, how efficiently it is reported, and its role in increasing transparency. The current study aims to investigate the impact of risk meaning and risk measurement (assessment) on risk disclosure. In light of the empirical findings, this research study provides an indepth understanding of the relationship between risk meaning and measurement and risk disclosure. This study considers the perceptions of the stakeholders; investors, shareholders (owners), management, and external auditors, because they are either users of risk disclosure or preparers of this kind of information. The data for the study were gathered using a questionnaire, which was distributed to key stakeholders. The study revealed a positive relationship between the meaning of risk and risk disclosure on the one hand and a positive association between the measurement of risk and risk disclosure on the other. This study extended the literature by providing empirical evidence that disclosure of risk can be affected by the meaning and measurement of risk on one side. Compliance with drug and alcohol regulations are required by 14 CFR Part 120/ and 49 CFR Part 40. These regulations affect approximately 7200 aviation-related companies and their associated services. Consequences for noncompliance can include loss of revenue from imposition of civil penalties, suspension, or revocation of the company's certificate to conduct business. Front End Analysis (FEA) was conducted to determine specific performance problems and provide five tailored educational interventions to address them. Program evaluation was conducted using Interrupted Time Series (ITS) modeling. Results showed significant (p < .05) decreases in nonconformities across all five models with small to moderate effect sizes. Based on the relative effects, values for reductions in civil penalty costs between 16% and 47%, were predicted. Actual sanction reductions from the pre-to-post-intervention periods were confirmed to be 24.21%. The study supported the efficacy of the ITS approach for implementation of level four Kirkpatrick evaluation.

Araştırmanın amacı, Öğrenci Seçme Sınavı (ÖSS) puanı ve Lisans Mezuniyet Not Ortalamasının (LMNO) Kamu Personeli Seçme Sınavı 10 (KPSS 10) puanı ile bu puanının hesaplanmasına esas olan alt testlerdeki başarının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olup olmadığını belirlemektir. Veriler 2008-2009 öğretim yılı sonunda, Erzincan Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi'nin beş farklı programından mezun olan ve KPSS'ye katılan 454 öğretmen adayından elde edilmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının ÖSS puanı ile Lisans Mezuniyet Not Ortalaması (LMNO) fakülte kayıtlarından, KPSS verileri ise ÖSYM kayıtlarından elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sorularını cevaplamak için çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, ÖSS puanı ile LMNO'nun KPSS 10 puanı ile alt test puanlarının anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu bulunmuştur.

The aim of the study was to identify trends in women's participation in financial schemes for micro-enterprise development and to analyze women entrepreneurs' perceptions of entrepreneurship. The results of the survey showed that although many efforts have been made by the government of India and state governments in promoting entrepreneurship still there is a gender-stereotyped attitude towards the distribution of economic resources between men and women which is actually a barrier to women's empowerment as well as social inclusion.

These features are: evaluation design, data collection procedures, population and sample, data collection instruments, and data analysis procedures. Over the past decade researchers in the field of mathematics education have become more and more interested in the study of motivational and emotional besides cognitive aspects of mathematics learning. With regard to emotions it is of special importance that students are able to control their emotions during learning and problem solving (De Corte, Op 't Eynde, Depaepe, & Verschaffel, in press; Durlak et al., in press). In this respect research suggests that similar to metacognition, the self-regulation of emotional processes requires students to acquire emotional knowledge and skills that will enable them to become aware of their emotions and to actively regulate them. However, so far research has paid scarce attention to students' awareness and mastery of relevant metaemotional knowledge and skills. This paper will report an investigation that attempts to analyze students' awareness and identification of their emotions during mathematical problem solving. Sixteen junior high-school students solved 4 complex mathematical problems. They were asked to think aloud during the solution process that was videotaped. Immediately after solving a problem a video-based stimulated recall interview took place. A cyclical procedure of data analysis took place based on the thinking aloud protocols, the videotapes and the interview transcripts, and resulted in the identification of students' knowledge of emotions. The results that will be presented reveal that students possess some meta-knowledge that enables them to identify and describe their emotions. But the findings show also that they are often not immediately aware of the emotions they are experiencing.

This paper reports on crossing borders virtually via an e-Tandem scheme and presents the findings of a study, in which students of English from an Austrian university were paired with students of German from the UK and the USA. Drawing on data from 19 in-depth interviews, the study aims to identify links between e-Tandem language learning and foreign language enjoyment (FLE) (Dewaele & MacIntyre, 2014, 2016). A category-based qualitative text analysis (Kuckartz, 2014) revealed that a majority of the interviewees felt e-Tandem language learning contributed to their FLE. Furthermore, a range of reasons underlying students’ perceived enjoyment of learning a language in Tandem emerged: having authentic conversations in the target language with L1 (first language) users (Dewaele, 2018), perceiving each other as cultural mediators and a difference from language classroom contexts on the level of power relations, which made students feel more at ease. In pursuing the aim of abating health problems and enhancing the quality of care, healthcare facilities inevitably create waste that may itself be hazardous to health. Proper management of such waste is not only a legal, but also a social responsibility of the hospitals. Segregation at the site of waste generation is the first and foremost important step in healthcare waste management. It is emphasized as a means of ensuring that hazardous healthcare risk waste and healthcare general waste are separated and stored in appropriate containers. The importance of segregation is highlighted by the mere fact that only 10% to 25% of waste generated in health facilities is hazardous. Failure of this vital step turns non-hazardous waste into hazardous. Segregation also enables those who handle the containers outside the hospital wards to identify and treat them appropriately. There has been a sharp increase in the amount of waste generated from both health facilities and households. It is estimated that 0.5 to 2.0 kg per bed per day hospital waste is generated in India. Therefore, Biomedical waste must be properly managed and disposed of to protect the environment, general public and workers, especially healthcare and sanitation workers who are at risk of exposure to biomedical waste as an occupational hazard. Population selected was GNM students and sample size were 70. The consent was taken from samples. The subjects were selected by convenient sampling technique. The structured questionnaires were distributed to the students to assess their level of knowledge regarding Biomedical waste management after obtaining an informed consent. Data was collected by using Structured Knowledge Questionnaire. Results: The study revealed that the level of knowledge among the students who has inadequate knowledge was 12.85% those who have moderate knowledge is 67.15% and adequate 20%. The chi-square test revealed that there was significant association with age, and training attended by students on Biomedical waste management and there is no significant association with year, source of information, area of working.

Collecting data related to the measures taken by the Monetary Authority in light of the pandemic, and the following results were reached:-1) There is no effect and relationship to the number of injuries on the number of returned checks, as the analysis showed an increase in injuries and an accelerated rate, with a decrease in the number of returned checks during the same periods. 2) There is no direct effect and relationship to the number of injuries on the value of returned checks, as the analysis showed a rapid increase in injuries, with a decrease in the value of returned checks during the same periods. 3) There are an impact and relationship of comprehensive closures on the number of returned checks. The world today is shocked by the emergence of the epidemic COVID-19 virus, which until now has claimed many lives. Methodology: A descriptive research design was undertaken for this study. The population of the study consists of health workers at selected hospitals of Meerut. With the sample size of 30 were selected by using non probability convenient sampling. Result: Among 30 Health Workers Sample 15(50%) Were Having Moderate Knowledge ,12(40%) Were Having Adequate Knowledge and Only 03(10%) Were Having Inadequate Knowledge About Respectful Maternity Care. And there was significant association with number of deliveries whereas there is no significant association between age, sex, education, years of experience, area of working and attending any midwifery related training Conclusion: The study concluded that the most of the health workers are having moderate knowledge regarding the respectful maternity care and there was significant association among the students.

Objectives 1-To assess the level of knowledge among the GNM students regarding Biomedical waste in selected hospital of Vrindavan. 2-To correlate the knowledge of GNM students regarding Biomedical waste with selected demographic variables Methodology: This study was conducted to assess knowledge among the GNM students regarding Biomedical waste in selected Hospital in Vrindavan, Mathura and the descriptive study design was selected. Population selected was GNM students and sample size were 70. The consent was taken from samples. The subjects were selected by convenient sampling technique. The structured questionnaires were distributed to the students to assess their level of knowledge regarding Biomedical waste management after obtaining an informed consent. Data was collected by using Structured Knowledge Questionnaire. Results: The study revealed that the level of knowledge among the students who has inadequate knowledge was 12.85% those who have moderate knowledge is 67.15% and adequate 20%. The chi-square test revealed that there was significant association with age, and training attended by students on Biomedical waste management and there is no significant association with year, source of information, area of working.

The pain and discomfort due to pressure ulcer prolongs illness, rehabilitation, time of discharge and even contribute to disability and death. Lengthy periods of immobilization are emotionally stressful for patients. Hence the study was conducted "To evaluate the effectiveness of structured teaching programme regarding prevention of complications of immobilized patients. methods: The study involved 50 immobilized orthopaedic patients using the structured interview schedule. STP was implemented and post-test was conducted after 8 days using the same structured interview schedule to find out the effectiveness. Results: 86% of respondents were taking mixed diet and 60% had compound fracture. The main cause for the fracture was road traffic accident (46 %). Regarding effectiveness of Structure exercise plan , the overall mean percentage knowledge score in the pre-test was 34.71% and 80.91% in the post-test. The statistical paired 't' test indicates that enhancement in the mean percentage knowledge score was found to be significant at P≤0.05 percent level for all the aspects. Conclusion: This study revealed that nursing staffs' knowledge and practice about pressure ulcer preventive measures could be improved. Participants in the study reported that they could use the educational program effectively and easily in the prevention of pressure ulcers among their immobilized patients, which decreases the occurrence of pressure ulcers and as well as improved patient outcome.

The researcher introduced self to each subject and explained the purpose of the study and assessed the awareness level before conducting awareness training programme in creating awareness on handling personnel protective equipment to prevent (Covid-19) corona infection. After finishing awareness training programme again the awareness level were assessed. Data analysis was done according to the objectives of the study using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Frequency percentage mean and standard deviation were used for the analysis. Study findings reveals that the awareness training programme in handling personnel protective equipment to prevent (Covid-19) corona infection is effective and which was evidenced by the gain in post test awareness score was significant at 0.05 level of significant and the value of t is 21.521598 and the value of p is < .00001. The result is significant at p < .05..Findings revealed that awareness training programme in creating awareness about handling personnel protective equipment to prevent (Covid-19) corona infection among staff nurses was an effective teaching strategy in gaining awareness among the staff nurse. The findings also revealed that there was significant association between awareness level and education of the participant, area of posting, received any information before regarding PPE and information regarding handling personnel protective equipment to prevent (Covid-19) corona infection in their working environment. But there is no association between awareness level and age, citizenship, family income per-month.
