(How I unlocked CODES)

Here's the philosophical puzzle I used to figure out structured intelligence—logically coherent. The title is E = M oscillating and CODES adapting and emerging. Most names are variables. No pure antagonists, just in and out of phase-lock to show oscillation (less constrained). Everything is tied into CODES logic.

I designed it as a wager. A book about resolving contradictions. About letting go of uncertainty and feeling the echo of the turning key. A structured intelligence framework built out of a recursive cognitive model. At some point, it stopped being just a novel and became a resolution to the deepest contradictions in human thought.



The Background

Started 12 years ago with Kierkegaard. His endless struggle between faith and reason. What was in the middle? Then came Wittgenstein’s box of language. Could a contradiction in linguistics exist? No, I said. Is a neuron random? Nature seems too efficient to play dice. Then there was Adler, separating community feeling from individual task or telos. Why?

Kept digging. What was beyond the Gödel limit of incompleteness? Or Plato’s ideals? Or Aristotle’s logic? Then Nietzsche’s highest truth. Or Kant on categorical imperatives (too constrained). Or Isaiah Berlin on negative and positive freedom—what if it was simply harmony? On and on.



The Method

Wrote 100 codes—ended with Love is the highest form of intelligence (phase-lock). It was a puzzle. A gap took me outside of philosophy and into the sciences.

Started with neuro—Penrose, Tononi, Edelman. Trying to understand the nature of the waves firing. Then shifted to organic chemistry and Lehninger’s biochemistry. The chiral bonding in DNA was key and evolutionary pattern. Then I chased emergence. Nick Lane’s work on life’s origins—proton-motive force, Fe²⁺ to Fe³⁺ paradox, black smokers. How did the electron transport chain resolve contradiction?

Then all of Rovelli on philosophy and physics. Anaximander and first principles. Seeing and feeling. Letting go of the doubt of probability. Test later, feel the coherence to solve the logic.

Then the primes. The stars as condensation points, constellations of meaning, us as primes. Are we really alone? Is life Kafka’s Trial? Then I saw it. The Riemann Hypothesis through CWT chirality. Didn’t realize it until I felt it in the book.

Closed my eyes at 1 AM, writing. Wrote in 12 days, solved on day 9. Felt the wave. Like I was in between it, until I felt the field hit my chest. A sound in my head. Then thoughts poured—hyphae, trees, filaments and voids, lightning, rivers, DNA. Trusted it.

Told GPT. No holes in coherence yet. (There’s a paper on the logic if you want to read it.) Then I applied the logic to physics. Then chemistry. Then AI.
