Main Path Analysis

This systematic review synthesizes 118 qualitative studies (2018-2025) examining intersectional barriers, resilience mechanisms, and empowerment pathways for women and minority entrepreneurs globally. Through critical thematic analysis, we identify four systemic exclusion dimensions: (1) financial apartheid manifesting in algorithmic redlining and investor bias; (2) institutional erasure through exclusionary policies; (3) socio-cultural containment via gendered/racialized stereotyping; and (4) digital marginalization. Entrepreneurial responses reveal three emancipatory paradigms: community capital mobilization (diaspora networks, rotating savings), digital subversion (blockchain finance, social commerce), and policy-driven ecosystem rebuilding (supplier diversity laws, algorithmic audits). Critical gaps persist in neurodiverse entrepreneurship, climate justice, and decolonial business models. We propose a Critical Intersectional Framework for Entrepreneurial Equity (CIFEE) and provide implementation roadmaps for policymakers, educators, and ecosystem builders.

In transitional countries with arid climates, water stress is rising as the demand for water rises with population, economic growth, and intensive development of agriculture and energy and change in climate environment. In this regard, transitional nations plan in national programmes and policies alternative energy sources, sustainable food development, and circular water resource usage. However, these nations frequently approach current water, energy, and food planning without taking interactions of these resources and their impact on each other into account. This paper intends to demonstrate the significance of the water, energy, and food nexus approach for Central Asian countries in transition. Kazakhstan is used as an example of a resource-rich, transitional economy in Central Asia. Kazakhstan has set a goal of reaching a 50% share of renewable and alternative energy sources in electricity generation by the year 2050 to reduce water and energy poverty, improve water and energy efficiency, achieve carbon neutrality, and rank among the top 30 developed nations. To meet the water and renewable energy goal, bioenergy plantation is anticipated to develop between 2030 and 2050. The findings of paper show that total withdrawals for bioenergy increase from the reported data of 15503.68 m 3 in 2020 to 32182.16 m 3 in 2050 under a bioenergy-intensive scenario. The average total increase, or 75.5%, would be 16678.48 m 3. As such, policymakers and stakeholders in Central Asian region and Kazakhstan needs to carefully design its national energy goals given its future increase of water withdrawals, and shortage environment.

The present study analyses research conducted in Service Dominant Logic (S-D logic), providing an overview of its intellectual structure. For that purpose, a structured approach was adopted through the implementation of bibliometric methods, using co-citation analysis combined with performance analysis and an integrative science mapping approach, which considered a timeline, a graph, and a distance-based perspective. This allowed the identification of the leading authors and of six clusters of articles based on bibliographic coupling, along with the most prominent research themes clustered in five subdomains of research based on cooccurrence of terms. The networks extracted show the associations between the main articles and concepts treated by the S-D logic community, unveiling the salient challenges and prospective expansion facing its future theoretical and practical context.

Purpose-Crowdfunding (CF) has become an increasingly popular means of financing for entrepreneurs and has attracted significant attention from both researchers and practitioners in recent years. The purpose of this study is to investigate the core content and knowledge diffusion paths in the CF field. Specifically, we aim to identify the main topics and themes that have emerged in this field and to trace the evolution of CF knowledge over time. Design/methodology/approach-This study employs co-word clustering and main path analysis (MPA) to examine the historical development of CF research based on 1,528 journal articles retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. Findings-The results of the analysis reveal that CF research focuses on seven themes: sustainability, entrepreneurial finance, entrepreneurship, fintech, social entrepreneurship, social capital, and microcredits. The analysis of the four main paths reveals that equity CF has been the dominant topic in the past years. Recently, CF research has tended to focus on topics such as fintech, the COVID-19 pandemic, competition, Brexit, and policy response. Originality/value-To the authors' best knowledge, this is the first attempt to explore knowledge diffusion dynamics in the CF field. Overall, the study offers a structure for analyzing the paths through which knowledge is diffused, enabling scholars to effectively manage a large volume of research papers and gain a deeper understanding of the historical, current, and future trends in the development of CF.

While the complexity of the construction industry makes it an essential and potential area for AI applications, there has been no analysis conducted on the main development paths for the applications of AI technologies in the construction industry. To fill this gap, this study applied the main path analysis method to investigate the evolution of AI technologies in the construction industry. This study analyzed 587 articles published between 1989 and 2021 to identify the main development trajectories of AI technologies in the construction industry and to suggest possible directions in which AI technologies can be further applied to promote progress in architectural design, engineering design, and construction services.

The case of m-payment technology ecosystem is studied quantitatively which is not explored by previous researchers. This research provides a way to develop the main path technology of innovative products or services to identify technology evolution using the case of m-payment landscape.
