Project management is the key to neat company administration. The company will grow in numbers and hire more workers and gain more projects. This system will help the company to manage, monitor, and track the progress of their project. It will help them get a better administration system dashboard and be more productive to gain more projects. This system will allow them to track the progress from the beginning when a project starts, such as pitching follow-up to the execution progress and the final billing reminder. A traditional method such as writing manually in a digital notepad or file folder will be replaced by this system since the old method may confuse if the company employee forgets to update the manual notepad. The vision of the system will be beneficial when the company grows in number later on more prominent.

Virtual Vpaint can be a new innovation to change the physical mouse to virtual mouse, then the users can minimize the cost of hardware consumption and damages. Having virtual mouse, users can control the computer only through webcam to do a lot of things such as drawing, editing images, mouse control, and others. Virtual VPaint application will discuss the development of Computer Vision for drawing an object in Windows form application by using virtual mouse. This application can perform common image editor such as blurring, gray scaling, and negating images. Users can control mouse pointer through the webcam by using object mover which has specific color, then can draw an object on canvas by using virtual pencil.

It is usually formed of 24 edges of right isosceles triangular prisms that are connected with spring bolts so that each edges can be rotated in some way to form a shape. Rubik"s Snake is a tool to test an idea of shape in space. This research will develop a 3D Rubik"s Snake simulator for PC with "Snix" as the name of the application. The simulator is expected to imitate a real Rubik"s Snake behavior that its edge can be rotated in some way to form shapes by implementing existing 3D computer graphics algorithms.

Jember Regency is very suitable for agricultural commodities. However, the agricultural sector in Jember Regency is affected by changes in rainfall. Rainfall forecasting is one of the ways used to form mitigation strategies and reduce the risk of agricultural production loss. This study aims to estimate rainfall in Jember district with statistical downscaling (SD) technique using support vector regression (SVR) and support vector classification (SVC) approaches. The research data were obtained from secondary data obtained from the Office of Highways and Water Resources of Jember Regency for the period January 2022 to December 2022 and global Global Circular Model (GCM) data. Daily rainfall forecasting of Jember City dated January 1, 2023 -December 31, 2023 shows that the prediction and forecasting graphs are very volatile, this is because the forecasting is done in daily form. Daily rainfall in Jember district in 2023 shows a decreasing intensity from the beginning of the year until entering the dry season in June. The rainy season will return in October and reach its peak in November 2023. SVM modeling results can predict daily rainfall in Jember city on testing data with an accuracy value of 76.71% and sensitivity values for cloudy, light rain, and moderate rain classes are 28.57%, 91.52%, and 0%, respectively. Overall, the models generated using both Support Vector Classification and Support Vector Regression for each domain size used have a similar ability and are good enough to predict daily rainfall under normal conditions but not good enough for extreme conditions. Statistical Downscaling model with Support Vector Classification method and 8×8 domain size produces the best model to predict daily rainfall in Jember district.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternativeuntuk menentukan dosen penguji skripsi. Metode yang di terapkan untuk membangun system iniadalah text mining, TF-IDF dan Vector Space Model (VSM). Text mining untuk melakukanprocessing data, dimana data yang akan diproses adalah judul dan abstrak skripsi, sedangkanVSM untuk melakukan pengklasifikasian kompetensi, penelitian ini dapat merekomendasikantiga dosen untuk menjadi dosen penguji skripsi berdasarkan kecocokan antara judul danabstrak dengan klasifikasi Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Model pengembanganperangkat lunak CRISP-DM. Adapun fase yang dimiliki oleh CRISP-DM adalah fasepemahaman bisnis, fase pemahanman data, fase pengolahan data, fase permodelan, faseevaluasi dan fase penyebaran. Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki akurasi 93,22%.

Automatic text recognition in document images is an important task in many real-world applications. Several systems have been proposed to accomplish this task. However, a little attention has been given to document images obtained by mobile phones. To meet this need, we propose a new system that integrates preprocessing, features extraction and classification in order to recognize text contained in the document images acquired by a smartphone. The preprocessing phase is applied to locate the text region, and then segment that region into text line images. In the second phase, a sliding window divides the text-line image into a sequence of frames; afterwards a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) model is used to extract features from each frame. Finally, an architecture that combines the bidirectional recurrent neural network (RNN), the gated recurrent units (GRU) block and the connectionist temporal classification (CTC) layer is explored to ensure the classification phase. The proposed system has been tested on the ICDAR2015 Smartphone document OCR dataset and the experimental results show that the proposed system is capable to achieve promising recognition rates.

Pembuatan judul otomatis adalah proses untuk menghasilkan judul dari suatu artikel dokumen secara otomatis. Dengan dibangkitkannya judul secara otomatis pembaca dapat menangkap ide utama dari sebuah dokumen tanpa harus membaca keseluruhan dokumen. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) untuk pembuatan judul otomatis dokumen berita berbahasa Indonesia. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembuatan judul ini menghasilkan kinerja terbaik pada katagori politik dengan nilai rata-rata pesisi sebesar 0.319, nilai rata-rata recall sebesar 0.321 dan nilai rata-rata F-measure sebesar 0.311. Sistem dengan metode KNN ini memiliki kelemahan, yaitu sangat bergantung pada data latih dan tidak dapat membuat judul baru, sehingga terdapat judul bentukan sistem yang kurang mencerminkan isi dari dokumen yang diujikan

Paper ini membahas studi Entropy Bahasa Sunda dan Bahasa Jawa untuk kompresi teks. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui Entropy bahasa Sunda sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk kompresi teks. Dalam makalah ini, digunakan algoritma Binary Huffman Code untuk menganalisis nilai entropy Bahasa Sunda dan Jawa. Pengkodean dengan metode Huffman Code dibangun dari panjang variabel kode-kode yang disusun dari bit-bit. Simbol yang memiliki nilai probabilitas lebih tinggi akan memperoleh kode-kode paling pendek, sedangkan simbol yang memiliki nilai probabilitas lebih rendah akan memperoleh kode-kode paling panjang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Entropy Bahasa Sunda sebesar 4.186 bits per simbol, sedangkan Entropy bahasa Jawa sebesar 4.101 bits per simbol.

Automated discourse analysis tools based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) aiming at the diagnosis of languageimpairing dementias generally extract several textual metrics of narrative transcripts. However, the absence of sentence boundary segmentation in the transcripts prevents the direct application of NLP methods which rely on these marks to function properly, such as taggers and parsers. We present the first steps taken towards automatic neuropsychological evaluation based on narrative discourse analysis, presenting a new automatic sentence segmentation method for impaired speech. Our model uses recurrent convolutional neural networks with prosodic, Part of Speech (PoS) features, and word embeddings. It was evaluated intrinsically on impaired, spontaneous speech, as well as, normal, prepared speech, and presents better results for healthy elderly (CTL) (F 1 = 0.74) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) patients (F 1 = 0.70) than the Conditional Random Fields method (F 1 = 0.55 and 0.53, respectively) used in the same context of our study. The results suggest that our model is robust for impaired speech and can be used in automated discourse analysis tools to differentiate narratives produced by MCI and CTL.

Pemilihan topik atau judul skripsi menentukan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan pengerjaan skripsi tepat waktu, hal ini juga berpengaruh dalam kebutuhan akreditasi program studi. Namun penentuan topik atau judul skripsi menjadi hal yang cukup sulit untuk mahasiswa, beberapa penelitian mengenai klasifikasi topik skripsi telah banyak dilakukan untuk mengelolompokkan topik atau judul skripsi sesuai dengan konsentrasi keahliannya sehin gga memberikan informasi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan model klasifikasi untuk mengetahui model klasifikasi terbaik dalam klasifikasi topik atau judul skripsi. Ada tiga model klasifikasi yang dibangun dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes, Neural Network dan K-Nearest Neighbor. Evaluasi hasil dilakukan dengan metode cofusion matrix untuk mengetahui nilai akurasi, presisi, recall dan fscore. Dari hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi dengan algoritma Neural Network memiliki nilai akurasi paling tinggi dengan nilai 94,1% sedangkan nilai akurasi paling rendah adalah model klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dengan nilai 79% .

In recent times, online users freely express their sentiments in different life aspects because of the huge increase in social networks. Sentiment Analysis (SA) is one of the main Natural Language Processing (NLP) fields thanks to its important role in identifying sentiment polarities and making decisions from the public’s opinions. The Arabic language is one of the most challenging languages for SA due to its various dialects, and morphological and syntactic complexities. Deep Learning (DL) models have shown significant capabilities, especially in SA. In particular, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks have proven perfect abilities to learn sequential data. This paper proposes a comparative study result of Word2Vec and FastText word embedding models that are used to create two Arabic SA (ASA) LSTM-based approaches. The experimental results confirm that the LSTM model with FastText can significantly ameliorate the Arabic classification accuracy.

Beberapa orang biasanya akan mencari hotel tergantung dari kebutuhan dan juga melihat ulasan dari orang-orang sebelumnya. Hotel dan juga ulasan yang terlalu banyak,terkadang akan membingungkan pencari hotel untuk menemukan hotel yang pas bagi mereka. Dari sinilah dibangun sebuah sistem yang akan mempermudah pencari hotel untuk menemukan hotel yang pas. Sistem ini adalah sebuah sistem rekomendasi. 2) ABSTRAK Klasifikasi adalah bagian dari sistem pembelajar yang fokus pada pemahaman pola melalui representasi dan generalisasi data. Penentuan prediksi hasil klasifikasi terbaik menjadi masalah jika terdapat beberapa masukan dari metode yang berbeda-beda pada lingkungan data yang heterogen. Penggabungan keputusan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan rekomendasi keluaran beberapa metode klasifikasi. Kami memilih pendekatan voting dan meta-learning sebagai metode penggabungan keputusan. Ada dua fase yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu fase pembangunan prediksi oleh metode klasifikasi yang heterogen dan fase penggabungan rekomendasi metode-metode tersebut menjadi satu kesimpulan jawaban. Karakteristik klasifikasi yang menjadi fokus adalah klasifikasi multi-label. Binary Relevance (BR), Classifier Chains (CC), Hierarchichal of Multi-label Classifier (HOMER), dan Multi-label k Nearest Neighbors (MLkNN) adalah metode klasifikasi yang digunakan sebagai penyedia rekomendasi prediksi melalui pendekatan yang berbeda-beda. Pada fase penggabungan keputusan, metode Ignore diajukan sebagai pendekatan meta-learning. Ignore menggabungkan keputusan dengan cara mempelajari pola masukan dari sistem pembelajar. Untuk membandingkan kinerja Ignore, metode konsensus digunakan sebagai pendekatan voting. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa Ignore memberikan hasil terbaik untuk parameter recall. Ignore memprediksi nilai false negative lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan metode konsensus 0,5 dan 0,75. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Ignore dapat digunakan sebagai meta-learning, meskipun kinerja Ignore harus diperbaiki agar dapat beradaptasi dengan data yang heterogen.

Salah satu teknik rekomendasi yang telah sukses dan banyak digunakan yaitu collaborative filtering. Collaborative filtering dapat dibagi menjadi dua metode utama yaitu user based dan item based. Pada umumnya kedua metode tersebut belum memiliki fitur untuk mengakomodasi item baru. Oleh karena itu digunakan metode alternatif yang disebut user-item based collaborative filtering. Metode ini memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan urutan teratas nilai prediksi rating yang dihasilkan oleh sistem. Metode ini menggunakan algoritma missing-value pada perhitungan prediksi rating dan tidak memerlukan proses pembentukan neighborhood. Kelemahan dari metode user-item based collaborative filtering adalah ketika pengujian dilakukan dengan pengukuran error menggunakan normalized mean absolute error (NMAE), hasil yang diperoleh NMAE cukup tinggi. Dengan melakukan perbaikan pada rumus prediksi missing value algorithm (MVA) menjadi adjusted MVA, metode user-item based collaborative filtering, dalam pengujian terbukti dapat menurunkan NMAE dan mengurangi jumlah prediksi di luar range nilai rating. Sebagai studi kasus metode user-item based ini diterapkan pada sistem rekomendasi wisata kuliner Kota Solo. Kompresi adalah suatu teknik untuk memperkecil jumlah ukuran data dari data aslinya dengan tujuan agar lebih efektif dan lebih kecil dalam penyimpanan serta efisien dan lebih cepat dalam proses pentransmisian data. Paper ini membahas studi Entropy Bahasa Sunda dan Bahasa Jawa untuk kompresi teks. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengetahui Entropy bahasa Sunda sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk kompresi teks. Dalam makalah ini, digunakan algoritma Binary Huffman Code untuk menganalisis nilai entropy Bahasa Sunda dan Jawa. Pengkodean dengan metode Huffman Code dibangun dari panjang variabel kode-kode yang disusun dari bit-bit. Simbol yang memiliki nilai probabilitas lebih tinggi akan memperoleh kode-kode paling pendek, sedangkan simbol yang memiliki nilai probabilitas lebih rendah akan memperoleh kode-kode paling panjang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Entropy Bahasa Sunda sebesar 4.186 bits per simbol, sedangkan Entropy bahasa Jawa sebesar 4.101 bits per simbol.

This research tries to analyze nearest neighbor method in solving the problem. This research will use quantitative method with 7 delivery route as samples involving 30 location points and 900 matrix of distance between locations. Data collection was done by conducting field study, ie observation and tracing of secondary data. This study uses a causal associative method of research that aims to determine the causal relationship (causal) or is influential between two or more variables. The results of this study indicate that the method is able to reduce total mileage by 15% from 1,614 km to 1,372 km or decrease as much as 242 km, reduce the delivery time of 16% or as much as 7 hours 49 minutes, and reduce the cost of delivery as much as 16% or decreased as much Rp 689,718.

In recent times, online users freely express their sentiments in different life aspects because of the huge increase in social networks. Sentiment Analysis (SA) is one of the main natural language processing (NLP) fields thanks to its important role in identifying sentiment polarities and making decisions from the public's opinions. The Arabic language is one of the most challenging languages for Sentiment Analysis due to its various dialects, and morphological and syntactic complexities. Deep Learning (DL) models have shown significant capabilities, especially in SA. In particular, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks have proven perfect abilities to learn sequential data. This paper proposes a comparative study result of Word2Vec and FastText word embedding models that are used to create two Arabic sentiment Analysis (ASA) LSTM-based approaches. The experimental results confirm that the LSTM model with FastText can significantly ameliorate the Arabic classification accuracy.
