Data Analysis and Presentation

A mechanism is provided for detecting malicious activity in a functional unit of a data processing system. A set of activity values associated with a set of functional units and a set of thermal levels associated with the set of functional units are monitored. For a current activity value associated with the functional unit in the set of functional units, a determination is made as to whether a thermal level associated with the functional unit differs from a verified thermal level beyond a predetermined threshold. Responsive to the thermal level associated with the functional unit differing from the verified thermal level beyond the predetermined threshold, sending an indication of suspected abnormal activity associated with the given functional unit.

Noticing the complexity of inclusive education in theory and practice, this study is aimed at finding out the nature and types of Inclusive Education (IE) practices employed in the Engela cluster in the Ohangwena region, Namibia. A mixed research design was employed to solicit information using a quantitative survey and a qualitative case study. A criterion sampling procedure was used to select a sample of six school principals, 48 teachers and 120 learners to share their experiences regarding the practices of inclusive education in schools. To seek convergence, corroboration and correspondence of data, the researcher applied triangulation using different research tools (Creswell & Clark, 2011). Various instruments such as one- on-one interviews, focused group interviews, questionnaires and visual representations (pictures) were used in this study. The quantitative and qualitative findings are presented simultaneously according to themes.  The results obtained were presented, analysed and discussed in line with the themes derived from research questions. The quantitative results were analysed using descriptive statistics, while the qualitative data used typological and polyvocal data analysis. The findings revealed that the Engela cluster comprises a wide range of learners with special/diverse needs of which the most prevalent group is orphans and vulnerable children (83.3%). It was found that the school principals and teachers tried to implement inclusive practices despite the fact that they did not have in-depth knowledge and skills in what constitutes Inclusive Education. Although the envisaged idea of inclusive education is to ensure education for all learners, most school principals and teachers were of the opinion that inclusion in the Engela cluster can only be applied with confidence to a limited extent. Moreover, they maintained that not all the learners found in their respective schools are eligible to be taught in

regular schools. This assertion was attributed to poor school infrastructure which does not respond to the call of Inclusive Education and that obstructs inclusion of learners with special/diverse needs. Nevertheless, it was also found that some school-based interventions applied were in compliance with the call of inclusive education. Results suggested that the IE practices employed by schools in the Engela cluster could not vigorously be established due to various challenges. Hence recommendations were made to relevant stakeholders and further research to be conducted in the IE field.

In Italy, digital and information technologies for the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage, which were an imperative for more than a decade, have been accelerated. This paper aims to collect and to process openly available data on patrimony from OpenStreetMap and the Lombardian Geoportal. The study is divided into two phases: a simple statistical analysis of cultural heritage in Monza is obtained, and the results are presented graphically. Firstly, built-in tools and Python Console of QGIS are evaluated, to filter attributes and add geometrical values to the downloaded material. Secondly, plug-in DataPlotly and an online coding application named Replit are assessed. The results are presented and compared in terms of their flexibility, quality of visual representation, customisation, and simplicity of use. Tools developed through and for QGIS are easy to use and available to everyone. Additionally, coding applications can be integrated for more refined results. This approach fosters interdisciplinarity, bridges the gap between professionals and non-expert users of GIS, and opens a range of opportunities for future collaborations. The citizen, as a mapper, can be involved in the administrative decisionmaking process, contributing with data collected in situ. Collaboration between these two sides can potentially produce the better for evaluating the contemporary built environment and its undividable part of cultural heritage.

We live in a visual era where society prefers data presented in a visual form rather than as a text. As a result, the use of maps, i.e., visual representations of spatial information, increases. Given that, maps are (also due to the development of cartography) widely used not only by geographers but also by the general public. Moreover, the public not only uses maps but, thanks to the availability of diverse data and user-friendly GIS apps, also creates them. The frequency with which maps are used (and also misused), as well as the fact that their authors are no longer only trained and professionally skilled cartographers, then bring the necessity of a higher accent on cartographic education. Specifically, the development of map skills. Only with fully mastered map skills can students recognize the power that maps have and appropriately adapt their conclusions, predictions, and decisions.

Historical cartography can offer extensive knowledge about the past of this town and it is one of the main sources of information. For the creation of the project was selected free and open-source software QGIS where the selected historical maps were vectorised, compared and investigated. A new understanding of the development of the city was studied and some discoveries appeared. Effective application of the thesis project started in the courses of Architectural preservation studio at Politecnico di Milano. This was followed by the interest of citizens in the project who were actively participated in the creation of the same. Other stakeholders showed interest in involving in future developments. How attractive is this region? People ask this question very often. The main problem consists of the vagueness of the term "attractiveness" and the varied understanding and perception of the word "attractiveness". Attractiveness can be seen from the perspective of a farmer, a young man or woman, a businessman or a sociologist. The presented research is focused on providing information about regional attractiveness through interactive web maps. This approach is essential from many perspectives: (1) information presented as maps are much more attractive and intelligible than numbers or tables; (2) maps show information with spatial context; (3) web maps are the most accessible cartographic product; (4) interactive web maps enable to select the perspective of regional attractiveness based on users' requirements and preferences.

Chapter four outlined the methodological and research design aspects employed for this study. This Chapter presents the data that was collected through an empirical investigation. The data presented in this Chapter relates to the findings of the focus group discussions with teachers, the individual interviews with the Circuit Office official, the Regional Office official and school principals as well as the findings from the document analysis. Firstly, the collected data from interviews and document analysis are analysed and presented. Secondly, the finding are interpreted and discussed supported by data from the literature and by the key verbatim excerpts made by the participants. This Chapter therefore establish the influence of the financial incentive on teacher motivation and learner performance in rural Namibian schools.

You are done with the tedious task of data cleaning, and now the fun begins. Your analysis has produced several results, which you must present in a useful manner to a statistician (if you are lucky) or a non-statistician (as is usually the case).
