Abstract
This paper deals with the various issues relating to the role and the importance of Management Information Systems (MIS) in the Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). It also draws the TQM Frame work for achieving competitive advantage and explains four important dimensions of TQM for contributing to the company’s performance and success.

TQM means keeping the organization running smoothly with continuous input from our owners/customers. The major components of TQM are quality information, rewards for results, cooperation, secured jobs, fairness, equitable compensation, employees ownership stake etc the guiding principles are customer satisfaction safety, elimination of errors and defects, continuous improvement, employee empowerment etc The major constraints are lack of top management support, commitment, over dependence on computerized quality control, no market research, management by fear etc .
This study came to examine the impact of Total Quality management (TQM) as instrument in achieving on the organisational performance. TQM is defined as a policy that essentially aimed at establish and deliver high quality products and services that cover all their client's demands and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management is an administrative approach for firms focused on quality, in light of the cooperation and every individuals and aims at long haul accomplishment through consumer's loyalty and advantages to all individuals from the associations and society. The impact of many organisations failure to properly implement TQM by all administration level, challenges the organisation ability to organise frequent employee training have been a big problem. This research work attempt to find out the effect of TQM execution in the board inclusion, challenges disturbing the usages, impact of employee training and TQM standard application to the accomplishment of organisational goal. The key discoveries demonstrated that rehearsing TQM but it is yet to implement it to the highest level of subscribing to a quality reward system. The implementation of TQM is at the quality assurance level. It was discovered that administration inactions undermined initiative promise to quality and rendered TQM rehearsal insufficient. It is through questionnaires method and oral interview that data are collected from the aforementioned organisations. References were made to journals, related books, internet the aforementioned organization concurred that TQM have in hierarchical execution.
Total quality management (TQM) is a strategic commitment to make quality and customer satisfaction a guiding factor in everything an organization does. TQM, which has preoccupied the attention of organizations since the beginning of the industrial revolution, is based on the participation of all members in an organization to improve processes, products, services, and the culture they work in. This conceptual paper addresses the TQM tools used and discusses cases and issues of TQM's execution in organizations. Based on previous studies, it was found that unwillingness to implement quality management and level of quality performance will cost organizations billions of dollars. Thus, an organization must instill the TQM concepts and practices into one's product development process to avoid pitfalls and ensure success during TQM implementation. In general, the organization should sustain management of innovation and change to build competence and competitiveness in this ever-changing environment.
This study reflects on analyzing different types of information system strategies for doing the Total Quality Management of the Aviation industry. Moreover, in this report it also gives of the proper discussion of different techniques that are used to improve the quality management by doing proper use of Information strategies. Furthermore, it also discusses about different examples of the IS support techniques in doing the TQM implementation of Delta Airlines. Apart from this, it also focuses different Information strategies and select different processes of TQM implementation at Aviation Industry.

The surrounding environmental dynamic realities affecting organizations today are impacting the ways these organizations are adapting to manage the resultant changes. Among the many alternatives chosen by organizations to trim identified weaknesses or deficiencies is the route to quality.
Total Quality Management is a plan or a system that is based on some quality tools that helps a company to maintain their goals and high standard of work and operations. Information technology is a growing field in countries like United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc. They should implement and facilitate their workers who are working in operations field with the total Quality management tools. It will result in better and efficient work. It will ultimately help in producing the better result
The rapidly shifting global market, has warranted organizations to determine new opportunities or re-engineer processes as means to obtain an edge over competitors. Literature suggests the demand for increased quality is a crucial aspect for organizations to survive in quickly expanding global market, as quality is vital in securing economic success. Over the past decade, the framework of total quality management (TQM) has been mantra of operational officers. Literature has assessed TQM at many different angles and has provided many speculation and approaches to achieve increased efficiency. The following work reflects on the aspects of applying TQM and provides conceptual model for TQM integration.
Abstract The subject of this paper is linked with the valorisation of the meaning and the perspectives of Total Quality Management (TQM) system design and implementation within the domestic companies and creating a model methodology for improved performance, efficiency and effectiveness.
