It will undoubtedly begin with Android Architecture, which consists of five degrees: the Linux piece, Libraries, Application structure, Android runtime, and System apps. The Android operating unit is a multiuser Linux device in which each application is a various customer. Mobile applications have transformed interaction from conventional antiqued methods and fast-forwarded. Mobile applications have delivered more significant than social networking sites functionalities. Mobile applications have entirely altered the point of view and the process of working. Ordering food items, inspecting profile harmony, and creating a grocery store checklist are achievable utilizing mobile phone requests. Apple and Google have carried out significant improvements in the industry of mobile phones. Mobile uses have made our lifestyles less complicated, yet it has also unfavorably affected our lifestyles. Current researches state that making use of a mobile phone the entire time may lead to anxiety. Mobile applications denote a turning point in the primary creations and also developments. They aid organizations to interact much better along with their clients via flash message, offer on-demand solutions utilizing area sharing, and give prolonged assistance with document sharing, video recording conferencing, and a lot more. Chat applications got one among the premier significant and mainstream applications on cell phones. It has the ability of trade instant messages, pictures and documents which it cost free for the clients to speak with one another. All messages should be ensured. The point of the paper is to propose chat application that gives End-to-End security that let securely trade private data with one another without agonizing over information and a continuous message sharing. Notwithstanding the assurance of capacity. A rundown of prerequisites to shape secure chat application is introduced during this paper and upheld these necessities, the machine was planned. The proposed chat application was contrasted and other mainstream applications upheld those prerequisites likewise on the grounds that it has been tried as an image for giving End-to-End security.

As we know that Android operating system is one of the popular operating system for mobile applications.It supports mobile applications such as Chatting based applications,File sharing applications etc. In market thosands of applications are available in which users can send-receive messages,shares the files,send images,audio,video through network connectivity such as 2G,3G,4G. Android chatting application based on wi-fi technology provides same features but using WI-FI(Wireless Fidelity).Users can communicate with each other through WI-FI.There is no need of using internet connectivity.This application is very userful in case of organization, institute,college,office etc where the WI-FI netwok is available.In this paper we uses eclipse IDE for developing mobile application and server used to store text messages.

- In Today's world, Android is one of the most widely used technologies. It is being used in various fields like gaming, communication, social media, shopping, and daily organization, etc. There is one more field where android technology is being used such as public services like Police, Hospital/Ambulance, Fire, Transportation, and Food/Restaurants, etc. Their existing applications or web services which provide these services to user but through different application. The existing system are developed using simple SMS facility. Here, propose a system which is not only based on SMS facility, but also include Internet Based facilities like Wi-Fi, GPRS, and GPS, etc. Now days, security is an essential component for user, so we have also provided security as well as anonymity. This application is user-based i.e. anyone can use it.

Cloud storage is a development of cloud-based data storage, then Firebase provides services, one of which is Firebase storage, which is one of the technologies in the field. Cloud storage technology allows Android users to store data without requiring physical storage, specifically for Android users themselves the use of cloud storage will be very useful as an alternative storage media or backup media so that data is not easily lost. The design of cloud storage applications using Android-based firebase was developed beginning with analyzing needs, designing the appearance of applications, building applications, inputting program code, and testing applications. Output results to be achieved are the generation of cloud storage applications that can store various types of file extensions, are easy to use, and can run well on the Android platform. From this research, the results are obtained: first Cloud Storage technology is very useful as a data storage medium so that data is not easily lost, secondly making an Android application with Angular can be built with Cordova to run on the Android platform, thirdly Firebase has many features and services that can be used in the development of android applications, one of which is firebase storage.

The proposed android application "ANDROID PARENT NOTIFIER APP" will be developed in Android Studio environment with Android 4.0, and back-end storage will be MySQL. This application will run in any android supported mobile with minimum support of Android 4.0. The staff member can upload student's exam results, timetable and school event information and important notifications related to their class using their login and the parents of student will sign up in this app and view their results and teacher uploaded details. The main objective of this project is to make parents to view latest notification sent by schoolteacher and view their exam results in personal mobile itself. It reduces the repeated visit to the schools by parents. It provides the facility to send school events and ensuring parents receive rapid, accurate, and consistent information about their ward. To overcome the hurdles of the previous manual work of staffs here the application proposes a new system, which can be used to minimize manpower and saves time. For this reason, this new system School Notifier App Parents will be developed. To enhance the facility of parent and school staff interaction and give them regular updates to parents the proposed app will be developed to integrate with PHP/MySQL. This facilitates the app usage from anywhere, anytime. Further customization in this app is possible in future. Schedules for examination, event participation, student award winning details and their extracurricular activities with grades can be added in this application in future. Admin user will be added into this application and the staff member will be administered by this user. In future the application can be developed to integrate with chatting facility and video sharing facility. Present proposed app will support all text and image content upload and information management.

In this research paper presents an design model for file sharing system for ubiquitos mobile devices using both cloud and text computing. File sharing is one of the rationales for computer networks with increasing demand for file sharing applications and technologies in small and large enterprise networks and on the Internet. File transfer is an important process in any form of computing as we need to really share the data across. The Wireless Network changed the way we were sharing the files. Infra-Red and Bluetooth are the technology we use to share files in mobile phones and Bluetooth is the successful one. In exisiting system there is no immediate predecessor for the proposed system. Bluetooth file transfer is the already existing system. Drawbacks of Existing System are Short Range , Slow transfer rate and Unsecure .But in our research paper the idea is to use Both cloud and text computing network to transfer files.A wireless network is created and the devices connected in this network can share files between them. Benefits over the Existing System are more Secure , Range-upto 300 mts and Data rate is 50-140 mbps. In future without internet connection we can transfer our information very easily.

Smartphones and other connected devices rely on data services, such as Web Services (WS), Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), to share the information they collect or use. Traditionally, these services were classified according to the average number of bytes transmitted or their delivery time. However, when dealing with battery-operated devices, another important parameter to be taken into account is their power consumption. Furthermore, software designers and developers often do not consider the efficiency of a data communication system, but are simply concerned about ease-of-use and response time. In this paper, we compare FCM, GCM and two types of WS, namely Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) and REpresentational State Transfer (REST) WS in terms of delay, data efficiency, and power consumption. The final outcome is that RESTful WS outperforms all others, making GCM and FCM a viable alternative only when the amount of data to be transmitted is very limited, or when the mobile application requires the advanced services offered by FCM or GCM only.

A Messenger application is a service wherein a user can not only communicate over the Internet in the form of messages but also can exchange data in the form of images, audio and video files. So basically the user has in numerous uses of these services and comparatively has to pay a meager price for merely the data services used. But what if a user did not have access to the cellular network by some means. For this there is also a feature incorporated in the application of Wi-Fi sharing which would enable any user to perform similar operations without the use of Internet and instead use the Wi-Fi network of a mobile device and exchange data that are quite larger in terms of size. This paper aims at providing a basic idea on the implementation and working of a Messenger and a Wi-Fi sharing application based in android, which include the protocols, algorithms and methods that can be used for implementation.
