Abstract
Green computing, also called green technology, is the environmentally responsible use of computers and related resources by implementing energy efficiency CPUs, SERVERSs and PERIPHERALs. Green technology aims to reduce resource consumption and improve the disposal of electronic waste (e-waste). Today everyone is using computers, so day by day the numbers of computers are increased which leads to increase the carbon content in the atmosphere.

Green computing is an effective approach to protect our environment from the hazardous material and its effects that comes from the computers and its related devices. It is an effective study of environmental science that use manufacturing, using, disposing and recycling of computer and other electronic devices. In this research paper we concern about the Green computing, its needs and steps toward Green computing by a common man. This research paper describes that today computer is basic need of everyone. No individual or organization can work without computer, But they also have to aware about the harmful impacts to use of computers, its manufacturing and disposing and what steps we should take to reduce the harmful impacts and save our environment.
Green computing or green IT, alludes to ecologically economical figuring or IT whose objectives are to diminish the utilization of risky materials, expand vitality proficiency amid the item's lifetime, and advance the recyclability or biodegradability of outdated items and processing plant waste. Green registering is the term used to signify effective utilization of assets in figuring. This term for the most part identifies with the utilization of figuring assets in conjunction with minimizing ecological effect, expanding financial suitability and guaranteeing social obligations. Green Computing focuses on vitality effectiveness, lessening asset utilization and discarding electronic waste in a mindful way. Green registering is the ecologically capable utilization of PCs and related assets. Such practices incorporate the execution of vitality proficient focal handling units (CPUs), servers and peripherals and in addition diminished asset utilization and fitting transfer of electronic waste (e-waste). PCs today have turn into a need in workplaces as well as at homes.

Green Computing is a way of study of ending reutilizing and rebuilding of computers and electronic devices is overall analysis. The goal of green computing is to reduce the dangerous material increasing the utilization of energy. Green computing implies to practices and ways of utilizing computing resources in an ecofriendly way while maintaining overall computing .green IT refers to computer and information system and IT applications and predominant strategy to help save and enrich an environment, an increase in the eco logical sustainability in today times. Green computing is under consideration of all the business organization and leading companies with the advancement of new technologies and its varieties of applications. In yester years, especially during last 10 years, computer and IT industries realized the importance of going green an addressing the major concern relating to environment and also to minimize the cost which has led to sharp drift in strategy and policy to IT i...
Today Computers are widely used throughout the globe. The amount of usage of computer systems in the world also require heavy amount of electricity and leaves carbon foot prints. Also disposal of e-wastage has become a problem. It is necessary to think about the environmental issues concerned with using computers because it is not possible to decrease the usage of computers. Need for green computing has arise.Green computing is the study of disposing, recycling and manufacturing of computers and peripheral devices in such a way which reduces its environmental effect and promote biodegradability or recyclability of out-dated products and factory waste. Green computing is important for all classes of systems, ranging from handheld systems to large-scale data centers.

Main Idea: Green computing reduces the environmental impact of computing practices. Focus on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and waste reduction. The role of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing energy use optimization and sustainability. Impact on energy consumption, carbon footprint, and electronic waste management
Green Computing is now under the attention of not only environmental organizations, but also businesses from other industries. In recent years, companies in the computer industry have come to realize that going green is in their best interest, both in terms of public relations and reduced costs. This paper will take a look at several green initiatives currently under way in the computer industry.

Green computing, also called green technology, is the environmentally sustainable to use of computers and related resources like-monitors, printer, storage devices, networking and communication systems-efficiently and effectively with minimal or no impact on the environment. Green computing whose goals are to reduce the use of hazardous materials, maximize energy efficiency during the product's lifetime, and promote the recyclability or biodegradability of defunct products and factory waste. Computers today not only used in offices but also at homes. As the number of computers is increasing day by day, so is the amount of electricity consumed by them which in turn is increasing the carbon content in atmosphere. This problem has been realized by people and measures are being taken which help in minimizing the power usage of computers. Therefore , this can be called as Green Computing. We use Green Computing because it-reduced energy usage from green computing techniques translates into lower carbon dioxide emissions, stemming from a reduction in the fossil fuel used in power plants and transportation, Conserving resources means less energy is required to produce, use, and dispose of products ,Saving energy and resources saves money .Green computing even includes changing government policy to encourage recycling and lowering energy use by individuals and businesses.

Over the past years, green computing has become a concerning Issues for government, commercial organizations and even individuals in society. In this paper, firstly the green computing will be defined and discussed briefly, secondly the impact of it is effects on the environment and consumable resources will be explained through statistical info-graphic collected around the global. Finally, the road map strategies will be drawn beyond the traditional techniques, in order to take actions against IT negative environmental and financial influences.
Now a day’s Green computing is being a necessity among business organization to a single computer user. Green computing is being emphasized so that adverse effect of computing on environment can be lessened. Green computing can be realized at both organizational level as well as single user level. It is emerging as most efficient use of technology which is not only environment friendly, less costly as well. Most person realise the green computing as power efficient computing but it is not only power efficient computing but recycling of computer parts in proper way as well. In this paper we have discussed why green computing is necessary, what initiative have been taken from organizational level to a single user level to make computing more green and what initiatives will make computing more green in future
Green computing, the study and practice of efficient and eco-friendly computing resources, is now under the attention of not only environmental organizations, but also businesses from other industries in this paper we have traced out certain innovative measures which may be helpful for overcoming the major problems which are emerging due to the immense usage of computing devices. With the pervasive increase of computing, to meet the requirements the energy consumptions are climbing to their peak, beside the clarion call in order to reduce consumption and reverse greenhouse effects, it's becoming a major challenge for the IT leaders to develop and meet with the current expenses related to computing in the present financial crisis. Green computing or green IT, refers to environmentally sustainable computing or IT.
