Abstract
Digital education is education supported by technology. In the literature, numerous definitions of terms can be found: web-assisted learning, distance learning, e-learning, online learning. These terms should be considered in the context of the paradigm of time in which authors worked, as well as level of developmental degrees, geographical areas. In the practice, news day all around the Globe, we have online learning platforms as a form of new schools. Each of these schools has its own rules of organization, frames, domains, and limitations. From the other side, we do not have universities that are preparing students for new ways of teaching. In presentation will be give the concept of new schools and UONEDU integrative model that is preparing educators for that concept. The presentation will give the brief review of the results of the UONEDU case study of the development of digital education in the environment with basic, limited or without any digital support, from an idea of the basic methodology. It will be identified the factors that influence of development and the main scales of sustainability of digital education in the practice. The specific conditions of education are a great challenge for all those involved in education, and necessarily refer to knowledge and the transfer of knowledge. In such conditions, without prior planning and organization of teaching, educational institutions are "thrown into the world" (Heidegger, 1985) of online education. The purpose of the study is to identify leadership, programs and its evidence. By content analysis, it is identified that the UONEDU organization has leadership in accordance with regulations of the state, it has the educational program contents and that has evidence for verification and recognitions for policy makers-Certificates. It can be concluded that social innovation of citizens and experts, by networking and bringing to the table models of organizing and representations are a way in which small-scale organizations are thrown and could be recognized in the world and be served as strategies to overcome education in specific conditions. Generally, education takes place on three levels: informal, semi-formal and formal. In different cultures and civilizations, through the development of the human beings, they intertwine and, of course, do not develop at the same time, depending on the period in which man lived. Modern models of education necessarily intertwine all three forms of education, and the biggest challenge is their verification and recognition as a form of transition and communication on a global level. Thus, online education is not a separate education, but a model on which these three levels of education take place. The occurrence of online education is most often expressed in specific conditions of education, i.e. in conditions where education is disabled, limited or moved outside predefined spatial, classroom or campus spheres. Specific conditions in which online education occurs represent alternatives outside the predetermined framework of education-for example, off campus, outsourcing of human
In the present context, in which there is a significant concern regarding the use of ICT in higher education, within the MISI proceedings of April-May 2010, DANUBIUS University of Galati participated along with other 29 universities around the world in setting up a one-piece image of using of these technologies. The starting point was the achievement of a survey applied to both educators and students from the participating universities. MISI, or the Multi-Institutional Survey Initiative, is an endeavour among Sakai institutions raising similar questions for instructors and students across Sakai implementation facilities in order to compare and contrast similarities and differences between institutions as well as to provide feedback to improve Sakai development in the future. Starting from the educating type in which participation activities unfold (full time, extra mural, distance education), this paper aims at interpreting the responses obtained from the perspective of both teachers and students on the appropriateness of using certain software or equipment in teaching and/or researching activities. Also, we are concerned in identifying and analysing the objectives of using information technology in our educational institution. We also propose to evaluate as most important the use of IT&C and its relevant benefits identified by respondents. We aim at highlighting within our case study the elements of our analysis based on the DANUBIUS Online e-learning platform

With the advent towards 'Knowledge Society' and necessity of education for lifelong learning, learning has to be now needed in everywhere and in availability for 24*7. To satisfy the needs and requirement, schools adapt online learning resources to reach million and million people to diminish the cost of infrastructure, maintenance cost, regular cost etc. along with to satisfy the necessity of the society in where needs from education differs from time to time. With rapid growth of population and entrance in educational periphery for all ages don't accumulate all population within the boundary. Introducing of e-learning justifies the need irrespective of geographical boundaries. Recent furtherance in wireless technology has introduced a new drift in the field of education that is U-Learning (Ubiquitous Learning) which is more advanced in its approach: it can percept the present situation of the learners and do accordingly. Present paper will focus on the paradigm shift from traditional teaching learning scenario to present u-learning and tries to locate its beneficial perspective and loops holes so that policy makers can able to address those adversities and can able to prescribe the desired one framework which leads to promote towards quality education and justify the demands of the society. The traditional education methods may remain incapable to meet the today's rising education demands by reason of the fact that it depends on a time, a place, and a person. On the other hand, the training programs in the online learning environments offer important advantages for meeting the rising education demands, and have been become more popular. However, the online education programs that have become more and more popular have disadvantages such as the limitation of instructor control, the boringness due to monotony and the lack of experiential learning. These disadvantages caused by the lack of platforms where online education programs are available, are being minimized by the help technological developments. In this regard, it has been needed to research what kind of disadvantages may arise based on the lack of platforms, and to create innovative solutions in the light of developing technology against these disadvantages. In line with this requirement, under the scope of this study, a comparative content analyze is performed on the most popular platforms (synchronous and asynchronous and blended) that are preferred by universities in Turkey, and it has also been examined that how these online educations can be transformed into a more effective structure with the help of developing technologies. As a result of this study it has been determined that innovative technologies such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality make significant contributions to the instructor control, interaction and the experiential learning (transforming theory into practice) in online educations.

The online education in the higher education is a complete system rather than just a platform. The participants for this research study included twenty enrollees in distance learning programs. The respondents got online instruction from two distinct higher education institutions (the University of Florida and the Florida State University). The qualitative research design chosen for this study was conducted through observations, and interviews. To begin the study, each respondent had a formal structured interview recorded and transcribed. The interviews with each respondent lasted around 60 minutes on average. Depending on the respondents' preferences, interviews were done at a convenient location, such as their workplace, the university library, or dorm room. Interviews with each participant were performed in an unstructured manner. The following were among the favorable experiences: ease of connection, availability of technical help, self-paced learning, convenience, cost-effectiveness, and adaptability of the program. The difficulties included: a feeling of isolation, self-motivation, and self-regulation, inability to get help from the teacher, and a delay in seeking feedback. The following factors contributed to participants' positive interactions: accessibility to the internet and technology, a well-designed instructional format, easily accessible technical help from the institution, immediate grade filings following assessments, and a flexible learning participative timetable. Untimely or ineffective communication from the educator was among the variables that contributed to participants' unfavorable experiences. Other factors were boring educational approaches, a lack of technical assistance, a lack of interpersonal connection, and an inadequately-designed course interface. Taking into consideration the fact that the system management is in a continuous development, the help, based on technological means, is lead to the organizational domain. The lack of a proportioned system, organizationally speaking, leads, in most cases, to the decrease of the students’ performance. This is how we intervene in this process: we come up with new ideas to improve the current plethora of technological means. The gap between students and their professors could be removed with only a click or at the push of a button. The platform is intended to come in handy to the needs of the students, as well as the professors’ needs, through building a bridge that assures the communication between those two parties in real time. Using the user’s location, the application would facilitate his access to the rooms in which he has to study, providing input of the current location and the finish location. Such an application should be introduced in any organization whose activities are ha...
