College ERP system provides a simple interface for maintenance of different student, department, faculties, library and others information. All the colleges usually have a number of departments and educational modules such as courses, seminar hall, etc. Managing all these departments and other modules manually is a very difficult and hard, ineffective and expensive task. So here we propose an ERP system for college. Our college ERP system has all the information about the students, teachers, events, library, departments and other respected information. The system allows the admin to add students, faculties and any other events. Our system allows a faculty to enter or input student's attendance into the database which can later be viewed by students and faculties. The students can view his/her attendance through a separate student login. The admin can upload the timetables for various departments for exam preparation. The time table is then available to be viewed by faculties and students on the web portal. These systems have easy user interface and have powerful data management system which makes this system is very useful.
A great African President was saying in an education interview that <<Someone who is not well educated is obviously dangerous for himself and also dangerous for the society.>> Based on this tought , This man wants simply to underline that Education is a very important thing in the stabilization of a person because it allows the learner to establish properly the difference between the good and the evil. Therefore in this world most of the countries are struggling in order to help their population by providing them a powerful system of education such as great universities with all facilities , IT tools for fast learning in developed countries etc…My country being among one of the least developed country in this world is suffering from powerful education. So The aim of this paper is to create a prototyp of a data center for universities .It aims at allowing multiple users registered in different universities to access informations about education which will be kept on a center of data in order to improve the quality of learning and education in my country. The paper outcome has many empirical implications and may be deployed in practice in order to understand clearly the objective of the project . As a result the research proposal will fulfill its purpose and will give a clear image as well as an example of data center. KEY Words: Data center, Data center management, client server

The success of any organization such as School of Public Health, University of Ghana hinges on its ability to acquire accurate and timely data about its operations, to manage this data effectively, and to use it to analyze and guide its activities. Integrated student database system offer users (Student, Registrar, HOD) with a unified view of data from multiple sources. To provide a single consistent result for every object represented in these data sources, data fusion is concerned with resolving data inconsistency present in the heterogeneous sources of data. The main objective of this project is to build a rigid and robust integrated student database system that will track and store records of students. This easy-to-use, integrated database application is geared towards reducing time spent on administrative tasks. The system is intended to accept process and generate report accurately and any user can access the system at any point in time provided internet facility is available. The system is also intended to provide better services to users, provide meaningful, consistent, and timely data and information and finally promotes efficiency by converting paper processes to electronic form. The system was developed using technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL. PHP, HTML and CSS are used to build the user interface and database was built using MySQL. The system is free of errors and very efficient and less time consuming due to the care taken to develop it. All the phases of software development cycle are employed and it is worthwhile to state that the system is very robust. Provision is made for future development in the system.
Abstract— Universities face a variety of cyber security threats. These include disruption to the functioning of a university network, through to more general and targeted attempts to obtain valuable information from networks and their users. Universities also face a growing challenge from advanced, persistent and targeted threats that reflect the sector’s important contribution to innovation and economic development. Some of the major causes of the following computing agents and their adverse effects have been taken as a research study here at Islamic University of Science & Technology Awantipora Pulwama, One of the Technical University of Jammu and Kashmir State. During the study various unwanted agents that regularly pose threat to the valuable assets including important information content with reference to the universities sustainable policies and programs are being analyzed and a comprehensive framework is being developed to overcome the immediate uncertainty in terms of security challenges faced by the organisations.

In this paper, we propose a new formal model to describe risk analysis and measurement process for IT systems. Our model complies with international standards and recommendations for non-profit organisations. The model accounts for solutions used in widely known and recommended risk analysis methods and provides for evaluation of efficacy of these solutions. A simple example illustrates the application of the proposed model for effective risk analysis of any IT system. † This is an extended and amended version of the paper, presented at the 5 th Congress of Young IT Scientists (Miȩdzyzdroje, 23-25.IX.2010).
