The article highlights the development trends of preschool children, associated with the characteristics of modern socialization. Today, the process of including the child in culture has a number of specifi c features. An adult ceases to be a unique carrier of culture for the child, the eff ectiveness of traditional parenting and teaching practices becomes ambiguous, decreases the intensity of communication between a child with adults and other children. One of the reasons for these changes is the rapid introduction of digital technologies into the child’s daily life: the Internet, the computer, the tablet, the phone and other gadgets that a preschooler often masters better than his parents. Recently entered into force, the administrative code was adopted with the stated purpose of unifying the regulations in the field of public administration, in order to create a normative framework, coming to the aid of individuals, public administration, but also of practitioners. In this respect, a significant part of the provisions were taken identically from the normative acts that were repealed, while there are also new provisions, some of them leaving, unfortunately, the impression of a code adopted in haste. The article describes the strategic directions of societal challenges valorized in the research and innovation domains. There are described the research dimensions of the theoretical and methodological bases of psychological activity assurance in the general education system from the perspective of contemporary societal approaches. They highlight the objectives, the novelty and originality of the proposed research, the expected scientific results as well as their area of impact on society.

The aim of the study was to identify the role of the library while developing information literacy skills for students, teachers, and researchers and to study educational needs of consumers in the new information context. The survey covered 1004 respondents from six departments. As a research tool it was used the questionnaire survey method from SurveyMonkey online.

The article addresses the issue of literary-artistic and linguistic education in non-traditional school lessons. The author conceptualizes a theoretical model, consisting of theories, principles, activities, technologies, and evaluation criteria, in accordance with the specifics of the two domains of Romanian Language and Literature as a school subject: Language and Communication, and Literature. The model substantiates the design of the entire educational process by capitalizing on non-traditional lessons.<br>

Activitatea independentă a studentului contribuie la realizarea eficientă a finalităţilor educaţionale si la formarea competenţelor lui profesionale, in condiţiile unei planificări eficiente din partea profesorului si a studentului. Familia, ca instituție socială fundamentală, devine tot mai mult afectată de schimbările social-economice și politice; drept rezultat, mediul familial devine instabil, perturbat și devalorizat. Din aceste motive considerăm că educația parentală necesită o abordare actuală, pluridisciplinară, plecând de la cerințele societății de astăzi, conturând astfel importanța eficientizării și optimizării relațiilor interpersonale părinți-copii prin formarea, consolidarea și valorificarea competențelor parentale pozitive. Dat fiind faptul că educația părinților necesită o abordare teoretică profundă, ceea ce ar presupune schimbarea cursului său praxiologic și axiologic, în prezentul articol vom preciza cele mai relevante teorii care au contribuit la fundamentarea teoretică a educației parentale și a consilierii adulților. The family, as a fundamental social institution, is increasingly affected by socio-economic and political changes, as a result, the family environment becomes unstable, disrupted and devalued. For these reasons, we consider that parental education requires a multidisciplinary approach, starting from the requirements of today's society, thus outlining the importance of improving and optimizing parent-child interpersonal relationships through the formation, consolidation and valorisation of positive parenting skills. Given that, parental education requires a profound theoretical approach, which implies changing its praxiological and axiological course, in the context of the research, we will specify the most relevant theories that have contributed to the theoretical foundation of parental education and adult counseling.
