Computational modeling and domain are initially validated with the results available in the literature for mass flow rates of 0.5, 1, 2 kg/s. Further, the flow characteristics like heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop, isotherms and secondary flow are investigated for baffle orientation of 60 0 ,120 0 and 180 0 for mass flow rates of 0.5, 1, 2kg/s. It is observed that regarding heat transfer coefficient (h, w/m2-k) variation, 1200 baffle configuration comes out as the better option in comparison with 60 0 and 180 0 .
