This article focuses on highlighting the issues family businesses in the Arab Gulf region are fac... more This article focuses on highlighting the issues family businesses in the Arab Gulf region are facing in terms of sustaining the business to further generations. The Gulf region, in particular, as newly developed countries in the late 1970s until now depend heavily on family owned companies, where they do not experience the third generation succession yet. This present study unveils the obstacles faced by the family businesses in the Gulf Countries starting from a cultural perspective to the lack of Human Resource Management's role in sustaining the business continuity. By following a detailed literature review regarding family businesses and Human resources functions as a methodology, over 80 resources were selected, studied and analyzed. The findings are that the researcher proposes a succession plan for successors to enroll in the business and get prepared for keeping the business to the third generation. This plan is manifested through a pyramid model using HR functions to present the life cycle where successors undergo leading to the path of business's leadership.

Our deal here is to pay attention on how the text overlaps and organizes itself to come up with a meaning which is resulted by the form of the poem as one whole unit. Since the poem is comprised of two stanzas rhymed as abab cdcd, the effectiveness of its meaning lies in the fact that each component completes the other one; its literariness and aesthetics is acquired through its complexity and unfamiliarity and that is the chiefest purpose of New-criticism.
