M-learning is the future modern way of learning; so it is important for the students to keep pace with changing technology and time. M-learning has a key position in the development of new teaching methodologies for higher education students. Learning through M-technology is free of limitation; the student can access the knowledge and information at any time and any place. This research paper measures the intention of students to learn from modern and innovative method that is M-technology. For this research paper data is collected from Filipino tertiary students to perform statistical analysis i.e. structural Equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS-21. Results indicate that student's innovative behavior, lecturer influence, usefulness and ease of use of technology has positive impact on student's intention towards M-learning.

English teaching and learning has become an integral part of the Chinese educational system. Due to the opening up policy of the Chinese government to the rest of the world, the need to reform in line with the changing demands of the time became necessary. This therefore led to the influx of potential foreign English teachers in to the country due to the demand for foreign English teachers. The study therefore explores the factors influencing the hiring decisions of potential foreign English teachers in Hefei. Questionnaire was used to elicit information from respondents with the help of SPSS as the analysing tool. Using logistic regression model it made it possible to better understand the impact of the factors that influence hiring decisions. Results indicated that gender and experience were statistically significant. Colour and educational level were not statistically significant but important in the hiring decisions. Nationality of a potential foreign English teacher was not significant and also not important in the hiring decisions. The study concludes that professional recruiters should be put in place during the hiring process. It therefore suggests that competence should be a key factor in the hiring decisions of potential foreign English teachers in order to better learner's outcomes and to meet the objective of the state.

Today's generation of university students is the first generation to have been raised with social media. WeChat has been one of the most popular and useful apps in China, and increasingly now also in the Philippines. This paper proposed that cloud-native applications like WeChat have the potential to be an innovative and disruptive agent for change and modernization in higher education because they offer a new set of communication channels for teaching and learning. The study shows the feasibility of using WeChat as learning and teaching tool which emphasizes interactive, individual, and computer multi-media teaching styles. Furthermore, WeChat styled cloud native applications have the potential to make higher education learning more accessible and socially engaging, and personalized learning more practical and readily available to every student. The experimental results show teaching based on WeChat is effective to improve both teacher's and students' learning outputs and the teaching and learning process hence making it feasible in higher education.

The study delves on pharmacy students' perception of academic professors' online teaching performance and the factors that influence it. The main research question pertains to identifying factors that significantly influence students' perception of their academic professors at the University of Perpetual Help-Dr. Jose G. Tamayo Medical University. Survey questionnaire was utilized to elicit information from 125 respondents with the help of SPSS v17 as the analyzing tool. The findings show that respondents regarded all these factors neutral which means that most of them were less inclined to express their actual opinion, thus giving the researchers an impression based on the gathered data that they were not satisfied with the way how teaching practices were executed and shown online. Therefore, the researchers adopted a paradigm on reflective teaching strategies, a six-step process which can help them as pedagogical practitioners.

The utilization of Learning Management System (LMS) has been given much emphasis especially during the COVID-19 pandemic period and has become a common phenomenon during the new normal. This study examined the factors that influence LMS adoption among the students. Drawing upon the model of technological acceptance (TAM), five factors have been identified such as facilitating conditions (FC), perceived enjoyment (PE), perceived service quality (SQ), perceived value (PV), and satisfaction (SAT) in successful acceptance of LMS as an observational viewpoint from the of the University of Perpetual Help System-Pueblo de Panay. The study used quantitative with the support of SPSS, SEM, multi-level linear regressions, and regression analysis. The study will add value to the growing figures of investigation on TAM by measuring the factors and their impact on LMS adoption.
