However, with increasing population longevity, long-term use has been intensified. Thus, the development of resources that improve the robustness and reliability of these devices is justified. This work proposes an in vitro test bench with intelligent behaviour that through a systematic of protocols for the collection, treatment and monitoring of reliability data, coming from standard curves of monitored variables, such as: flow, pressure, vibration, rotation, density, viscosity and temperature, provides a decision support system with user friendly interface for verification, validation and certification of VAD. The proposed method is descriptive of an in vitro test bed model for VAD that considers the use of Petri net for validation of the dynamic behaviour in front of the variables and a decision support system based on big data analytics technology with extraction of dada, which subsidizes intelligent behaviour. The proposed model is consistent with the bibliographic base and its validation. The Petri net allows confirming its application in the decision making, with intelligent behaviour, from the data mining.

This chamber is suggested as an alternative for immunity tests because of the restrictions related to canonical chambers. Here, two methods are used to calculate the E-field: a semi-analytic approach and a numerical one. The semi-analytic method is based on the modal expansion while a software is used for numerical simulations. The results regarding the E-field profile and the related statistical indexes of merit are presented and used to evaluate the chamber performances. Experiments were also conducted in order to evaluate the chamber. Index Terms-Reverberation chamber, random excitations and loads, transmission lines. I. INTRODUCTION Canonical chambers-like Reverberation Chambers (RC) and TEM chambers-are generally used for electromagnetic immunity testing despite their particular operational restrictions. RCs using mechanical paddles or frequency stirring provide a statistical E-field uniformity in all the directions inside the working volume [1], [2]. Nevertheless, the operation frequency of RCs is inversely proportional to the chamber dimensions and it is a constraint for low frequency tests. The international standards recommend the RC configuration for immunity tests over 80 MHz frequencies [2], [3]. Among the first published works concerning RCs we can mention [4],[5], [6], and [7]. These authors have proposed two different approaches in order to change the boundary conditions inside the chamber: constant rotating paddles and step-by-step paddles. On the contrary, TEM chambers operate in the low frequency range. Introducing a stripline inside the chamber, a deterministic E-field uniformity is reached over a working area parallel to the plate, but not for all the polarizations in the chamber volume. Some early works with TEM cells were proposed by [8]. The performances of the TEM cells were extended in all polarizations using three orthogonal striplines [9]. An overview on the usual electromagnetic compatibility test methods is presented in [10], and herein a comprehensive list of references on these methods can be founded. Recently, an alternative concept called Transmission Line Exciting Chamber (TLEC) has been

The tendency of the grid codes is to require the ability from the wind power plant to keep connected during and after grid disturbance, similarly to the synchronous generators requirements. This paper analyse the behaviour of a wind power plant equipped with doubly fed induction generators connected to a transmission system during grid fault and compare its performance with a conventional synchronous generator based power plant. The results have shown that the conventional synchronous generator has much more effective injection of reactive power during grid fault and, by consequence, the terminal voltage is kept in higher levels.

These machines have the highest relation between electrical torque and weight of active materials. The pole pair modular construction could eliminate or lower the gear ratio used in conventional wind turbines. This paper presents a dynamic model of a wind turbine equipped with a transverse flux permanent magnet generator connected to a direct-current power system using a combination of 3D finite element generator model and an aerodynamic model. The results indicate that the model can give accurate response for steady-state operation and for wind speed variations.

The main feature of this package is the capability in applying discretization in geometric domains of teeth taking into account their complex inner structures and the materials with different hardness. Usually, the mesh generators reported in literature treat molars and other teeth by using simplified geometric models, or even considering the teeth as homogeneous structures.

The bridging scales are used to preserve the consistency and linear independence properties of the entire bases. A detailed description of the development of the discrete model and its numerical implementations is given to facilitate the reader to understand the proposed algorithm. A numerical example to validate the proposed method is also reported.

The evaluation of this volume is based on the geometrical and physical constraints, like the ones related to the internal E-field distribution recommended by standards. The importance of the present work is related to the development of a non-canonical reverberation chamber configuration, whose excitation is carried out by transmission lines, instead of antennas plus paddles.

The field profile and the related indexes of merit, as well as statistical ones, regarding the working volumes (WVs) are used to evaluate the chamber configuration performance. The compromise between WV and-field, constrained by the-field standard deviation, is shown through Pareto's front. An index of merit based on area calculation under Pareto's front is defined and used for transmission line set comparison.

This development has been driven by the cost reduction as well as the low-loss generation of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBT). According to new grid code requirements, wind turbines must remain connected to the grid during grid disturbances. Moreover, they must also contribute to voltage support during and after grid faults. The crowbar system is essential to avoid the disconnection of the doubly fed induction wind generators from the network during faults. The insertion of the crowbar in the rotor circuits for a short period of time enables a more efficient terminal voltage control. As a general rule, the activation and the deactivation of the crowbar system is based only on the DC-link voltage level of the back-to-back converters. In this context, the authors discuss the critical rotor speed to analyze the instability of doubly fed induction generators during grid faults.
