The sentences after eq. (3) should read: It is also possible to prove that in the frame of reference chosen qa = 0, provided q is small. In this frame, therefore, the proton is largely unpolarized. In eq. (7), 15 is _~0.1 fm. Omitting here a measurement presentation, in this paper we show the current experimental procedures adopted and NDIR apparatus performances. Quality measurements have been recently improved by introducing an ULTRAMAT-5E (SIEMENS) NDIR analyzer controlled, for operating mode, by computer: the routine precision attained is + 0.1 p.p.m. An interesting performance of the analyzer is its nondetectable sensitivity to water vapour infrared absorption, enabling us also to determine CO2 measurements in wet air. A flask sampling technique and an investigation of the flask deterioration risk, against storing time, are presented. Results of the investigation validate the use of electropolished stainless-steel flasks for high-quality measurements.

This charge arises from the equation %hat requires tha% flux be quantized whenever space-time is multiply connected. 1.-Introduction.

The corresponding Berry potentials can be Abelian or non-Abelian depending on the mass degeneracy of the system considered. Examples include de Sitter universes and maximal acceleration.

The Dirac equation supplies Maxwell equations and the constraint necessary to obtain from them charged fermions with stringlike structure.
