Penelitian ini berjudul “Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa dengan Menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Demonstrasi pada Mata Pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Otomotif Kelas X TKR SMK Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Otomotif (PDO) dengan Kompetensi Alat Ukur Mekanik melalui Metode pembelajaran Demonstrasi empat tahap yang telah dilakukan pada kelas X TKR 1 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Indralaya Utara. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak tiga siklus. Sebelum dilakukan penelitian, persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 8%. This study aims to (1) analyze the level of absorption and suitability of the field of work of graduates of the Mechanical Engineering Vocational School in the Yogyakarta Region, (2) find out how the strategies are carried out by the schools to maintain and improve the absorption and relevance of graduates. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling was done using proportional random sampling method. Data collection techniques are done using interview guidelines, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the teacher who manages the special job fair, the head of the study program in the engineering department, the students and the teacher who handled the student industry practice program. The results showed that (1) the percentage of students' absorption in the world of work was 80%, the lowest was 60%, this showed that the incorporation of public and private SMK graduates in Yogyakarta was in the category of functional job readiness, because more than half had entered the world of work, but not all vocational students work according to their fields. The causal factors that influence the discrepancy in the area of student work in the world of work are the lack of cooperation between schools and industry, the availability of jobs in the machining sector is still minimal. (2) Strategies in dealing with technological developments are always carried out by schools to maintain and improve the absorption and relevance of graduates by creating learning variations that support the needs of 4C skills (critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity) implementing fun learning strategies, schools also organize machining workshops and seminars on the development of machining technology.

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation and parental support on the learning outcomes of automotive electrical subjects in class XI automotive light vehicles at the Walisongo 2 Gempol Vocational High School. This study uses a descriptive correlational research design. The data from this study were obtained from a questionnaire given to students for the variables of learning motivation and parental support, while the data on student learning outcomes in automotive electrical subjects was obtained by documentation. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial literacy on student entrepreneurial intentions. This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Gorontalo. The sample of this research was 200 students, the sample was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions, this is shown by the t count of 12.266 and the Sig. 0.000 < α 0.05, it can be stated that Entrepreneurial Literacy has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. This study aims to reveal the effect of industrial practice experience on the job readiness of vocational engineering mechinery students in Yogyakarta. This type of research is ex-post facto with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were all students of machining engineering expertise program at Vocational High School Yogyakarta, with a total of 297 students. Determination of sample size using the Isaac & Michael table, obtained a sample of 247 students. Sampling with purposive sampling technique and data collection using a questionnaire.
