The paper is devoted to formation of knowledge base of the domain names system, serving to interests of the Azerbaijan Republic. According to this purpose, the data warehouse is developed for processing great volume of registration data of domain names, clustering data is performed, and rules are generated for extraction of new knowledge.

Аннотация. Статья посвящена анализу географических доменов верхнего уровня. Проведен мониторинг правил регистрации географических доменов около 250 стран различного уровня развития. Определено число людей на один домен в 25 странах, представляющих наибольший интерес и значимость. В то же время указаны особенности географических доменов верхнего уровня и рассмотрены принципы разрешения споров, связанных с доменными именами. Введение Одним из самых интенсивно развивающихся направлений в области информационных технологий (ИТ) является Интернет. Сегодня около 1 миллиарда 800 миллионов человек населения земного шара являются пользователями Интернета (www.internetworldstats.com). Каждый компьютер, подключаемый к сети Интернет, идентифицируется уникальным кодом (адрес), представляющим собой определенный набор цифр. По своему техническому значению такой код организует IP-адрес (Internet Protocol) данного компьютера, по которому происходят поиск и взаимодействие компьютеров в сети. В силу возникающих сложностей для пользователей сети в проведении операций, выражая адреса компьютеров в Интернете в виде IP-адресов, запоминая цифры, созданная система доменных имен (Domain Name Sistem, DNS) представляет собой наиболее важный компонент Интернет-структуры. Домен (с английского domain, произошел от латинского слова dominium, обозначающий владение, территория) является логическим уровнем Интернета. Доменные имена состоят из областей символов, разделенных точками [1, 2]. 1 На сегодняшний день Интернет-корпорация по присвоенным именам и номерам (The İnternet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, ICANN, www.icann.org) несет ответственность за управление DNS и распределение IP-адресов. Increased volume of data and demand for ad hoc analysis of data leads to the rise of one of the biggest problems of Big Data called Big Data analysis. This article studies the current problems and most frequently used methods of big data analysis and gives some recommendations. The article also investigates the technological stages of Big data processing, and the basic characteristics and features of big data.

Big Data is becoming a promising area in the field of healthcare. It is used to improve the results of the analysis of large volumes of data sets and to reduce the costs. Increase in data volume and demand for ad hoc analysis of data created one of the biggest problems of Big Data called Big Data analysis. The article deals with actual problems of a large analysis of data generated in the field of health, and explores the main characteristics of the data. At the same time, it defines the
various opportunities, advantages and characteristics of the data in the area of health, and provides a number of recommendations.

DNSSEC technology is used in preventing DNS search result hacks, eliminating falsifications and ensuring security of domain name systems. The article analyses attacks undertaken to DNS server and justifies the necessity of DNSSEC technology application. The article researches the present state and problems in implementation of DNSSEC technology, advantages and scope of solvency in ensuring the security of DNS systems. Recommendations for realization of these technologies are proposed.

The creation of e-library reflects a new quality level in various data storage, systemization and distribution. The article describes the creation and accessibility issues of e-library. It also studies the transition from traditional libraries to e-libraries, and analyses the main objectives and characteristics of national e-libraries and presents some recommendations.

The increasing amount of data and a need to analyze the given data in a timely manner for multiple purposes has created a serious barrier in the big data analysis process. This article describes the challenges that big data creates at each step of the big data analysis process. These problems include typical analytical problems as well as the most uncommon challenges that are futuristic for the big data only. The article breaks down problems for each step of the big data analysis process and discusses these problems separately at each stage. It also offers some simplistic ways to solve these problems.

This work is dedicated to formation of data warehouse for processing of a large volume of registration data of domain names. Data cleaning is applied in order to increase the effectiveness of decision making support. Data cleaning is applied in warehouses for detection and deletion of errors, discrepancy in data in order to improve their quality. For this purpose, fuzzy record comparison algorithms are for clearing of registration data of domain names reviewed in this work. Also, identification method of domain names registration data for data warehouse formation is proposed. Decision making algorithms for identification of registration data are implemented in DRRacket and Python.

Məqalədə səhiyyə sahəsində yaranan BV-nin analitikasının mövcud problemləri araşdırılır, BV-nin əsas xüsusiyyətləri tədqiq olunur. BV-nin müxtəlif üstünlükləri, imkanları və xarakteristikaları müəyyənləşdirilir və bir sıra tövsiyələr verilir.

The use of Big Data in the era of digital technologies may help to analyze some important data for solution of state and municipal problems and to increase the accuracy of future forecasts. The article explores the characteristics, advantages and opportunities of Big Data for the improvement of e-government services through more efficient use of communication and information technology. At the same time, it provides a number of recommendations on the use of Big Data in e-government.

The main goal of the state policy in the field of demography is to ensure the growth of population reproduction in accordance with the country's development strategy by eliminating negative trends in demographic processes. Demographic processes can be assessed by country, region and district. In this regard, demographic surveys can be conducted at the state, regional and individual levels. The article is devoted to the analysis of demographic characteristics based on the data of social network users. The spread of the Internet and digital technologies has created new opportunities for demographic research. To this end, the article analyzes demography as a field of multidisciplinary research and shows the importance of data collected in social networks for demographic research. This includes the use of data collected in the analytical systems of social networking services as a new source of information for demographic research. The article discusses foreign experience and current scientific and practical studies in the field of electronic demography, identifies current areas of research and analyzes their state-of-the-art. The paper explores the social network analysis systems and their classification by characteristics.

Rəqəmsal informasiyanın sürətli artımı, verilənlərin müxtəlifliyi unikal verilənlər strukturunun vaxtında analiz edilməsi, daha uyğun, dolğun axtarışı və emalı zərurətini yaratmışdır. Bu məqsədlə məqalədə qeyri-ənənəvi verilənlər strukturuna malik böyük verilənlərin emalı zamanı süni intellektə əsaslanan alqoritmlərin xüsusiyyətləri analiz olunmuşdur.
