This paper seeks to look into the nuanced role that leveraging AI technologies play in a manner that augments primary education while, at the same time, ensuring in the process protection to children's privacy rights. The education sector has also been covered with artificial intelligence lately, which brings a place where facilities for individual learning, according to the exact requirement and style of learning of the student, can be put in place. More so, the basic level of education-that is from where the actual foundation of skills lies-a huge potential remains in terms of AI-based applications among students, in their engagement, autonomy, and academic attainment. Examples of such AI tools will be adaptive learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems inspired towards practice, and educational games focusing on the diverse needs and preferences of the learner, hence redefining traditional approaches in pedagogy. However, the very penetration of AI into the primary education system raises mostly ethical questions, connected with child privacy. Using the capacities of AI-driven platforms, a child literally emits plenty of sensitive data from personal identifiers up to learning preferences and behavioral patterns.

Online learning platforms have become integral to modern education, especially during the COVID-1... more Online learning platforms have become integral to modern education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they offer a dynamic environment for remote education. This study focused on evaluating postgraduate students' and Ph.D. scholars' perceptions of online learning platforms at the Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, School of Management Studies. Employing a descriptive research design, this study utilized convenience sampling and distributed a Google Forms to 218 students in March 2023. In total, 104 responses were received. However, 101 questionnaires were found to be valid and fit the analysis. The study used a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire to collect data on students' perceptions of four factors (educational system quality, information quality, ease of use, and usefulness). The study employed statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) and SmartPLS4 were used for data analysis. The study used data analysis techniques such as descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, construct reliability and validity, convergent validity, outer loadings, R-square, and f-square to evaluate the reliability, data quality, and fitness of the model. Apart from that, path coefficient was run to examine the level of influence of the independent variables on students' perceptions. The findings supported the hypotheses related to the positive correlation between educational system quality, ease of use, and overall satisfaction with online learning. However, this study challenged the hypothesis that information quality significantly affects student perceptions of online learning. While this study did not provide strong statistical evidence for the positive relationship between the perception of information quality and students' intention to attend online learning sessions, it highlights the importance of ensuring high-quality educational materials and considering other factors that influence students' decisions in online learning. The findings suggest that focusing on these aspects can enhance student satisfaction, engagement, and motivation in online learning environments. Moreover, educators and institutions should capitalize on the unique advantages of online learning, such as flexibility and multimedia-rich content. In conclusion, this study provides valuable insights into the complex interplay between students' perceptions of online learning platforms and their intentions and behaviors. The implications discussed offer guidance to educators and platform developers to enhance the design, implementation, and effectiveness of online learning experiences. This study also identified future research directions, emphasizing the need for more comprehensive studies, considering additional predictor variables, incorporating qualitative data, and conducting longitudinal research.

The result indicates that training needs assessment and training resource availability have a significant effect on employee performance. However, employees' perception of training is not the major determinant of employee levels of performance. The HRM department of the Tigray Regional Education Bureau (TREB) should train employees to make training programs effective that will improve employee performance. The availability of training resources and their management should be improved.

The ultimate objective is to identify an efficient machine learning algorithm that may be utilized for predicting consumer churn in dairy-based products. Following the exploratory data analysis (EDA) phase, churn prediction models are constructed using machine learning algorithms such as logistic regression, random forest, support vector machine, K-nearest neighbor (KNN), decision tree classifier, and Gaussian naive bayes. The Kaplan-Meier curve, which is based on the customer lifetime value (CLV), is used to understand the churn behavior of the customers. Two binary classifier models are chosen for further study: random forest and logistic regression, determined by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC). Comparing the random forest to the logistic regression, the random forest performs better overall (87.26%), with precision (85.44%), recall (88%), and F1 score (86.7%). The random forest classifier has an AUC value of 95%, which is higher than the AUC score of 93% for the refined logistic regression model, as seen by the ROC graph. In comparison to the logistic regression, the random forest classifier is doing rather well on this binary class classification task based on the confusion matrix and ROC graph. Thus, the random forest classifier is considered to be the most effective one for dairy products.
