The water diversion structure can be expanded to the total flow control of more paths (more than or equal to 3) of water inlet and outlet pipelines, and has higher switching stability and reliability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water diversion structure.
Background
The prior art is applied to a water diversion structure on top spraying which can be switched at a low place, and generally aims to solve the problem of flow control on the premise of meeting the function switching: this is because there are two or more water paths to the top spray at the top spray switching valve, and the total flow is typically required to be below a certain value (here below 2.0GPM, two lines, for example) and thus requires the installation of a water-saving sheet for control. There are two schemes where the following are negated and thus the following:
1. The 2.0GPM water-saving sheet is directly added at the front end of the top-spraying switching valve, so that the total flow can be directly controlled, but the problem is that the front end (water mixing valve) of the top-spraying switching valve is always available for general users, and the structure of the water-saving sheet cannot be added; if the water mixing valve with the water saving sheet is matched, the total selling price of the product is increased greatly, and the installation engineering quantity of users is increased; if the water mixing valve with the water saving sheet is matched, the water mixing valve is long in a top spraying middle pipeline, the flow loss is large, and the top spraying water flow is smaller, so that the shower comfort is affected.
2. The two pipelines at the rear end of the top-spraying switching valve are respectively plugged with a 1.0GPM water-saving sheet, the total flow rate does not exceed 2.0GPM, but when only one pipeline outputs water, the flow rate is less than 1.0GPM, so that the shower comfort is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a water diversion structure.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the water diversion structure comprises a cavity formed by a water inlet head, a valve body and an end cover, wherein the cavity comprises at least one water inlet and outlet pipeline, and a hydraulic pushing rod with a spring, a water saving sheet and a switching shaft are sequentially arranged in the water inlet and outlet pipeline from back to front; the water flow passes through the water inlet and outlet pipeline to impact the water inlet pushing rod, so that the water inlet pushing rod overcomes the spring force to move forwards and pushes the switching shaft to move forwards, at the moment, the water inlet and outlet pipeline is communicated, and the water flow passes through the communicated water inlet and outlet pipeline and passes through the water saving sheet to carry out water inlet and outlet.
Preferably, the cavity comprises two water inlet and outlet pipelines.
Preferably, the water dividing structure is applied to a top spraying structure.
Preferably, the top spraying structure is further provided with a top spraying switching valve, and the top spraying switching valve is used for switching water inlet and outlet waterways of the water distribution structure.
Preferably, at least one sealing ring is further arranged in the water diversion structure.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the water diversion structure can be expanded to the total flow control of more paths (more than or equal to 3) of water inlet and outlet pipelines, and has higher switching stability and reliability.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to fall within the scope of the invention.
1-5 Of the attached drawings, a water diversion structure is characterized by comprising a cavity formed by a water inlet head, a valve body and an end cover, wherein the cavity comprises two water inlet and outlet pipelines, and a hydraulic pushing rod with a spring, a water saving sheet and a switching shaft are sequentially arranged in the water inlet and outlet pipelines from back to front; the water saving sheet is positioned in the middle of the two water inlet and outlet pipelines, water flows through the water inlet and outlet pipelines to impact the water inlet pushing rod, so that the water inlet pushing rod overcomes the spring force to move forwards and push the switching shaft to move forwards, at the moment, the water inlet and outlet pipelines are communicated, and water flows through the communicated water inlet and outlet pipelines and passes through the water saving sheet (the water saving sheet is shared by the two water inlet and outlet pipelines).
The water diversion structure is applied to a top spraying structure, the top spraying structure is also provided with a top spraying switching valve, and the top spraying switching valve is used for switching water inlet and outlet waterways of the water diversion structure. The flow mode of the ice cream after the water way is switched is referred to in the specification of figures 6-13.
Referring to fig. 6-9 of the specification, when switching water flow enters a single-side water inlet and outlet pipeline of the water diversion structure, the water flow enters from the single-side water inlet head and then passes through a hydraulic pushing rod with a spring, the hydraulic pushing rod moves forwards against the force of the spring under the impact of the water flow, and pushes the switching shaft to move forwards, at the moment, the water inlet and outlet pipeline is conducted, and the water flow enters and exits through the conducted water inlet and outlet pipeline and the water saving sheet.
Referring to fig. 10-13 of the specification, when water flow enters the two-side water inlet and outlet pipeline of the water diversion structure, the water flow simultaneously enters from the two-side water inlet and outlet pipeline and then passes through the hydraulic pushing rod with the spring, the hydraulic pushing rod moves forward against the spring force under the impact of the water flow and pushes the switching shaft to move forward, at this moment, the water inlet and outlet pipeline is conducted, and the water flow enters and exits through the water saving sheet (the water saving sheet is shared by the two water inlet and outlet pipelines).
