If each of these factors are not considered leads to decrease of useful life in structure. In this research after doing investigations by using FMEA-FUZZY method, it became clear that earthquake is known as the main and the most effective factor of bridges ruin in utilization case. For this reason, imposed earthquake on Babolsar bridges was strictly investigated and after bridges modeling in SAP software, probability of ruination in each structural elements of bridges was calculated. Then, by using FMEA-FUZZY method, rate of risk in each bridge against earthquake becomes clear. Difference of presented procedure in this research with previous research is that by using this procedure it is possible to correct the situation of all bridges by budget similar to previous cases. And reaching to relatively proper case, while in previous researches, by using multi-criterion decision making method, we only selected a bridge as a critical bridge that was in most critical case and all budget was spend first for this bridge and then was spend for other bridges. The results show that each of bridges in which parameters have debility. So, it is necessary to do all schemes for resisting these bridges against earthquake. In order to prevent from probable difficulties, caused by earthquake on these bridges. Finally the result show that steel legs buckling at the first bridge and the second is necessary for reform.

For this purpose, at first the factors effective on safety of users, performance and speed of bridges’ failure were identified. Then, the weight of said factors or in fact the effect of each one of these factors on the users’ safety, performance and speed of bridges’ failure is obtained by fuzzy verbal method, according to the opinions of experts and through filling the relative questionnaires. In continue, upon evaluation of bridges in Mazandaran Province in terms of each one of said factors, the priority index and prioritization of bridges is determined based on their need to repair and maintenance. Ultimately, a mathematical planning model is presented and considering the budget limitation, the priority index extracted from previous stages, the cost and effectiveness of repair and maintenance methods specify that which bridges and by which method will be remedied. This approach has been evaluated successfully by actual and simulated data.

In this study, we have investigated delay causes in the important projects in Mazandaran Province, prioritized factors by distributing questionnaires to construction specialists in construction projects and calculated their average weights. The effective criteria in prioritizing project elements were identified in the delays of three-factor construction projects by determining the main factors in delay. In this research, multi-criteria decision making methods of ANP & Topsis-Fuzzy were used to determine priority in project elements for creating delays in construction projects for the first time. After prioritizing, using multi-criteria decision making methods, the result showed that the employer is the main factor in creating delay in construction projects. Consequently, the main solution for decreasing the created delays in Iran is the proper prediction of credit allocation.

people, making it one of the largest cities in Iran. Population
growth, consumerism, and change in eating habits,
such as the increased use of packaged products, is causing
the accumulation of waste in this city to increase. In this
study, the selection of a waste landfill site for Saqqez
focused on 13 layers of geography information that was
used by the IDRISI and Arc GIS software. Different
models of the analytic multi-criteria decision-making process,
such as an analytical hierarchy process (AHP),
weighted linear combination (WLC), and Boolean logic,
were used to manage layers to establish specific databases
for urban waste landfills. Satellite images (Landsat ETM
and SPOT ), proposed sites and a land use map of the
study area were also used. The results of this study indicated
that two methods (AHP and WLC) in the early stageshad better decision-making powers for locating landfill
sites when compared to Boolean logic. Overlapping and
compounding the similarities between these models in Arc
GIS software, a 74-ha site was found. This site will be able
to accept 130 tons of waste per day for the next 20 years.

Thus, it was made an effort to choose the most appropriate factorial system through the modern and outmoded systems in the country using the multi criteria making decision methods, ANP and AHP-FUZZY, and regarding some of the important criteria in choosing the type of the factorial system such as dead load, saving energy, performance facility, etc .finally, light steel frame (LSF) system has been chosen as the most appropriate selection through the ones under study.

Therefore, this article has done operationally in Boukan city which is located in Western Azarbaijan of Iran and it tries to represent by using rules and data of construction management, urban designing and capabilities of Geographical Information system (GIS) in urban water management at the time of natural disasters. Structure of this article is like that in first we established a comprehensive data base related to water utilities by collecting, entering, saving and data management, then by modeling water utilities we had practically considered its operational aspects related to water utilities problems in urban regions.

The bridge management system is one of the significant components of the transport management system. Allocating appropriate funds for repairing and maintaining the bridges for the governmental institutions is needed. Therefore, in big cities with multiple bridges and limited funds, the need to investigate the bridges for their repair, maintenance, enforcement, resistant making, and substituting the risky ones increase. In this study, for the first time, through using two methods of decision making, the FUZZY aggregate simple weight (FSAW) and the analytical network procedure (ANP), the risk ability of various bridges in Babolsar in a case wise approach was appraised and it became evident that the second bridge of this city has a high risk compared to the other bridges of the city. Also, in this paper, for the first time, the risk appraisal of the bridges in the exploitation mode was investigated. Examining the effective measures on the risk of the bridge along with the findings of prior research showed that earthquake, flood, traffic load, bridge abrasion and the life span of the bridge are the most important measures of appraising the risk of bridges in the exploitation mode. The bridges in Babolsar were investigated through using the two methods of decision making, ANP and FSAW. It was found that the first bridge of this city has the most probability of destruction and should be given more attention.
