This study investigates the disparities in English language proficiency among students at Banyan ... more This study investigates the disparities in English language proficiency among students at Banyan University, focusing on differences across various faculties. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through a standardized English proficiency test and a questionnaire assessing students' perceptions of their language abilities and challenges. There was a 3,734 population and, 392 a sample size was taken with a robust sampling strategy. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 26 version. Statistical tests, including ANOVA and Tukey tests, revealed significant variations in proficiency levels, with students in the Agriculture and Education faculties outperforming those in the Sharia Law faculty. The findings also highlighted writing skills as the most prominent challenge faced by students, supported by Chi-Square analysis. Conversely, the hypothesis suggesting a correlation between students' age and English proficiency was not supported, indicating that age may not be a significant factor. These results underscore the need for targeted interventions to improve English language skills, particularly in faculties with lower proficiency levels. Recommendations include tailored language programs, peer support initiatives, and faculty-specific workshops to address identified challenges. This study contributes to understanding academic English proficiency at Banyan University and provides actionable insights for enhancing language education across faculties.
Using Cryptocurrency in Afghanistan

The fast growth of the digital banking sector needs a higher level of customer satisfaction. This... more The fast growth of the digital banking sector needs a higher level of customer satisfaction. This study sample data was taken as a convenient sampling technique with a standardized questionnaire. The digital banking dimension had (0.908) reliability, customers' satisfaction had (0.845), reducing waiting time variable had (0.729) reliability. The sample consisted (of 254) students of Ahmedabad city of both genders. The quantitative data was analyzed with SPSS by applying Pearson correlation and t-test to understand the relationship and difference between the gender levels of satisfaction. The result statistically proved that the gender of the participants did not have any significant difference in digital banking satisfaction levels. Moreover, the Person correlations proved that there was a significant association between the levels of customers' satisfaction with service charges, reducing waiting time, and overall digital banking.

Data were analyzed through Atlas.ti for finding the themes to answer the objectives. The result shows six challenges via Complex and changeable activities, crimes, crypto expenses, illegal activities, the need for specialization, and others that can be controlled and hacked. Moreover, seven themes for opportunities such as cryptocurrency transactions, decentralization, new academic topics, new industry, new monetary system, new money type, and new technological control are presented.

Ethnocentric and cyberbullying behaviors are the trigger point of Afghan nationals. It is importa... more Ethnocentric and cyberbullying behaviors are the trigger point of Afghan nationals. It is important to study ethnocentrism and Facebook's Cyberbullying behavior. Voluntarily participants of both gender took part and they were from different ethnicities such as Tajik, Pashtun, Hazara, Uzbek, and other minorities (54.8%, 28%, 4.5%, 9.9%, 2.8%) respectively. A purposive sampling technique was used for participants' selection. The sample comprised of N=425 participants which consist of Kunduz province and other provinces (375, 101) respectively and its age ranged from (18-36) years. Moreover, Ethnocentrism Scale and Revised Cyber Bullying Inventory (RCBI) were used for data collection. The correlational research design used for data analysis. On average males were using Facebook (125.4 minutes/day) and females (81.44 minutes/day). The result revealed that ethnocentrism has a significant positive correlation with cyberbullying and cyber victimization, while other factors, age, and gender did not show a significant difference. Lastly, the study revealed that correlation between the Cyberbullying & Cyber victimization had a strong significant uphill positive linear relationship.

This information can be valuable for organizations in evaluating the impact of compensation and recognition on employee satisfaction and can inform future HR policies and practices. data of this study were obtained with a specific goal in mind constituting the primary data. A convenience sample technique was used to conduct a survey of 60 lecturers in the Afghan province of Paktia utilizing an online Google Form. The study found that the implementation of the payment system at Paktia University has had a positive impact on the academic staff. The improved payment system has led to an increase in job satisfaction and recognition, which in turn has improved job satisfaction among the university's lecturers.

The lens of cultural conflict has many dimensions to examine diversity based on gender, caste, oc... more The lens of cultural conflict has many dimensions to examine diversity based on gender, caste, occupation, etc. It is highly needed to determine the appropriate system, which leads humans to further development and prosperity. There were both genders of male and female (42.8%, 57.2%) respectively. Furthermore, data was gathered with a sample using random sampling method from 2019-to 2021. There were 750 students with different castes such as Open/General category of caste (53.9%), Scheduled Tribe (9.5%), Scheduled Extremely Backward Caste (20.7%), Scheduled Caste (8.5%), Other Backward Caste (5.6%), and economically weaker section (1.9%) participants. This study evaluated the difference of variance of castes among one another and the mean score difference of gender was also evaluated. This study proved that there was not a significant difference among castes groups similarly the gender of the Ahmedabad city students' also was not significantly different.

Therefore, providing a flexible workplace and giving more benefits to the University teachers is a key for tackling the current issues of Afghan society. The data was collected through an online cross-sectional method via a voluntarily self-reported standardized questionnaire from 72 participants of both genders from public universities. Furthermore, the purposive sampling technique was applied for data collection. The questionnaire had three dimensions and its reliability for Job satisfaction (0.789), employees’ benefits (0.901), and workplace flexibility (0.873). The result showed that job experience did have a significant impact on employees’ benefits. Similarly, employees’ benefits did not have a significant association with job satisfaction. And working hours per week also did not have a significant correlation with job experience, job satisfaction, employees’ benefits, and workplace flexibility. However, Job satisfaction level had a positive significant correlation with workplace flexibility and it had a negative significant association with the job experience of the participants.

Through this, the measurement for prevention and treatment lowers the unfavorable consequences of cyberspace. A scholarly paper that provides an overview of the psychological and behavioral challenges of virtual space does not exist. It is very important to highlight this new area for the younger generation's prevention. The PRISMA methodology was used for systematic reviews of meta-analysis. Data was collected from the Bielefeld Academic Search Engine (BASE). That had 2904 documents. Sixteen documents were selected with the PRISMA rules. The data was analyzed using At list version 9 and Excel software for portraying the diagrams. The study discovered some evidence of psychological difficulties in cyberspace, including issues with family, motivation, and culture. The study provided evidence that the creation of cultures online has unintended consequences. Behavior modification Users' actions are altering negatively. Cyberspace demonstrated that users became disengaged from their tasks. Although the internet diminishes its users' dignity, the most complex situation is cyber sickness, which is worsening the problems for the users. Cyberspace separates users from the real world and keeps them occupied with fictitious circumstances in the virtual world. It is highly suggested that researchers highlight the negative effects of cyberspace and its side effects. The side effects of cyberspace must have awareness among the users.
