2002년 한 해 동안 이 노래의 인기는 대단했는데, U Got It Bad, Foolish, Hot in Herre, Dilemma 등의 쟁쟁한 히트곡들을 뚫고 2002년 빌보드 핫 100 연말 차트에서 1위, 빌보드 핫 100 2000년대 총결산 차트에서 4위, 1958년~2018년 빌보드 핫 100 올타임 차트에선 45위에 올랐다. 이로서 2001년 Lifehouse의 Hanging By a Moment에 이어 2년 연속 포스트 그런지 곡이 연말 차트 1위를 차지하게 되었다.
일개 캐나다의 무명 밴드에 불과하던 니켈백은 이 노래 하나로 캐나다와 포스트 그런지를 대표하는 밴드를 넘어, 2000년대 미국에서 제일 성공한 락 밴드가 될 수 있었다.
에이브릴 라빈이 부른 버전은 만화 원피스의 극장판인 원피스 필름 Z에서 엔딩곡으로 쓰였다.[1]
