Pearl Eliadis (B.Sc., B.C.L, LL.B. (McGill), B.C.L. (Oxon.) is a human rights lawyer in Montreal and Aassociate Professor (professional) at the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University. She has also served as Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law and has published extensively on national human rights institutions, human rights-based approaches to public policy, civil society, dissent and democracy, and equality rights. Her monograph, Speaking Out on Human RIghts: Debating Canada's Human Rights System (MQUP, 2014) won the Huguenot Society of Canada Award.
