Носова, Россия 3 Шанхайский университет транспорта, КНР Аннотация Развитие общественного транспорта является эффективным способом уменьшения заторов на улично-дорожной сети и повышения эффективности перевозок пассажиров в городах. Повышение качества городских автобусных перевозок способствует привлечению большего числа пассажиров. В случае, если момент времени прибытия автобусов на остановочные пункты не прогнозируется, автобусы движутся с нарушением графика, что вызывает беспокойство у пассажиров. Это является одним из факторов снижения качества пассажирских транспортных услуг. В настоящей статье представлен метод прогнозирования моментов времени прибытия автобусов на остановочные пункты на основе цепей Маркова, учитывающий пространственно-временные характеристики движения автобусов. Предлагаемый метод прогнозирования позволяет упростить планирование пассажирами маршрута их передвижения по УДС и сократить время ожидания на остановочных пунктах. Разработанный алгоритм прогнозирования прибытия автобусов на остановочные пункты апробирован на реальных данных автобусного маршрута №114 (г. Харбин, КНР). Преимуществами предлагаемого метода являются малая погрешность результатов прогнозирования, а также простота использования метода и алгоритма его реализации. Innovations in the Sphere of Green Logistiсs (текст статьи на англ. яз.-English text of the artic... more Innovations in the Sphere of Green Logistiсs (текст статьи на англ. яз.-English text of the article is at p. 229) В последнее десятилетие на транспорте утвердилось научное направление, ориентированное на повышение экологичности и основанное на принципах устойчивого развития,-«зелёная» логистика. В статье представлен обзор исследований в этой области на примере зарубежных и российских проектов. Показано, что существующие подходы, методы и инструменты «зелёной» логистики носят разрозненный характер, их использование приводит к принятию противоречивых решений, не способствующих планомерному снижению вредного воздействия транспорта на окружающую среду. Авторами предложен свой подход к систематизации принципов и методов «зелёной» логистики, который позволит формировать более сбалансированные программы повышения экологичности и эффективности функционирования транспортных систем.

We propose the concept of up and down harmonically convex mapping for fuzzy-number-valued mapping... more We propose the concept of up and down harmonically convex mapping for fuzzy-number-valued mapping as our main goal in this work. With the help of up and down harmonically fuzzy-number convexity and the fuzzy fractional integral operator, we also show the results for the Hermite–Hadamard (H–H) inequality, the Fejér type inequality, and some other related versions of inequalities. Moreover, some examples are also presented to discuss the validity of the main results. The results from the new technique show how the suggested scheme is accurate, adaptable, efficient, and user-friendly.

Currently, at the regional markets, there is a disproportion between the growing demand for trans... more Currently, at the regional markets, there is a disproportion between the growing demand for transportation and logistics services and the availability of facilities needed for their implementation, which is because the high logistics costs and does not meet the strategic objectives of the country to create a common economic space. The article describes the system of market factors that have the most significant influence on the distribution of logistics facilities. Study and evaluation of potential changes in the region of logistics facility disposition are proposed to perform using simulation techniques and statistical data analysis. The article presents the engineered multivariate statistical models that control the kind and effect of correlation between socio-economic development factors of regions, as well as a simulation model, which allows to assess the dynamics of these factors and predict demand for logistics infrastructure facilities. The choice of region (subject) dislocation of the logistics center is proposed to realize by the developed technique based on the calculation of the integrated index that takes into account differences in the level of socio-economic and infrastructural development of the regions. This technique in conjunction with a simulation model is applicable to a variety of administrative and territorial levels (region, city) and allows to take into account both the current demand in the logistics infrastructure and demand dynamics. The technique given in the article can be used to assess the level of attractiveness of the Russian Federation in the development of public and private investment projects for the development of logistics infrastructure.

Lysogorsk deposit of roofing slates is one of the largest in the Ural. The deposit is composed of... more Lysogorsk deposit of roofing slates is one of the largest in the Ural. The deposit is composed of coarsefiber, medium- and fine-fiber slate. A feature of the Lysogorsk deposit is the presence of quartz and carbonate-quartz veins. The thickness of the veins and inclusions varies from the first meters in swells to the first centimeters in twitches. Sometimes quartz vein zones with a thickness of 6–15 m are observed. The veins are localized mainly in coarse-fiber slates and are practically absent in fine-tomedium-fibrous slates. Since the marketable products should be free from overburden and gangue, slate containing carbonate-quartz material is subject to selective excavation and separate accounting in the form of operational losses. The deposit uses two technologies for the extraction of mineral resources. The best part of slates is extracted with drilling and blasting to obtain raw materials used as surface dressing of roofing materials. Fine-fiber and medium-fiber slates are partially developed using diamond-rope equipment in order to obtain blocks used for the production of roofing tiles. The features of the Lysogorsky deposit, the mining technology as well as the requirements of legislation and consumers to the quality of raw materials make it necessary to develop methodological recommendations for justifying mining parameters and determining losses during production of roofing slates. The existing industry regulations and methods for determining mineral loss do not allow us to determine the volume of possible slate recovery at the sites of inclusions of carbonate-quartz dyke and the estimate the volume of loss of the mineral. The authors of the article develop a method for justifying the parameters of excavation blocks and calculating slate losses, which takes into account different combinations of incline angles of contact interfaces of single quartz inclusions and veins with respect to the direction of mining advance, as well as the parameters of drilling and blasting in preparation of rocks for excavation. Based on the calculations performed, the recommendations are given on the planning of annual volumes of mining operations for the exposed sections of the field. It is determined that the loss standards are 21.2% for the horizon of 584 m and 15.8% for the horizon of 578 m. To justify the loss for the underlying levels, it is recommended to use the developed method for determining the width of the excavation blocks and the losses.

An open-pit mining method is more often used in the early years of such a mining enterprise (ME). The management of the enterprise is faced with the problem of changing the mining method as the depth of the quarry increases. Untimely solution of this issue or the choice of the wrong strategy for the development of ME leads to a decrease in profitability, and the emergence of environmental and social difficulties. We studied the functioning of one hundred and seven MEs from different countries and substantiated four main sustainable development strategies for ME and its main system—the open-pit mining and technical system (MTS): adjustment of the current stage of mining indicators, transition to a new stage of mining, transition to a combined open–underground mining, and mine closure. The result of our research is an original methodology for selecting a strategy for MTS sustainable development. Our methodology is based on a new system of parameters and indicators for evaluating the sustainability of the opening-up of an opencast system (OOS). This assessment system includes twenty-three indicators that characterize the technical, technological, economic, social, and environmental factors of sustainable development. We propose to select a strategy for MTS sustainable development using combined fuzzy AHP-MARCOS multicriteria decision method (MCDM). The result of our case study for the Malyi Kuibas ore deposit was the choice of a mine closure strategy. The reliability of the obtained result is confirmed by a multilateral sensitivity assessment using nine other known MCDMs, while changing the criteria weights and composition of strategies. The results of the study prove the need for a timely decision to change the MTS development strategy as the depth of production increases. In addition, we have shown the effectiveness of the selection methodology based on the multicriteria assessment of the OOS sustainability.

The effective concept implementation of sustainable development in logistics and supply chain man... more The effective concept implementation of sustainable development in logistics and supply chain management is based on the use of management decision-making methods for changing the parameters of logistics flows. Decisions should be made based on the measurement and evaluation of the parameters and indicators of these flows. The complexity of managing green supply chains is associated with insufficient knowledge of the system of logistics flows indicators and parameters, as well as in the absence of methods for their comprehensive assessment. In the present work, an original system of indicators (indicators and parameters) of logistic flows in green supply chains is proposed. Managed parameters of logistic flows are identified, the change of which ensures the principles implementation of the sustainable development concept. The use of the fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method for evaluating the performance of logistics flows in green supply chains is considered. A fuzzy model for managing the parameters of logistics flows has been developed. Changing the parameters of logistic flows in order to achieve the goals of the sustainable development concept is proposed to be carried out using the original system of green logistics instruments. The work presents a calculation implementation example in the logistics flow control system of the procedure for selecting green logistic instruments.
