The purpose of this study was to determine the level of user satisfaction for the NTB IPDN Campus for the 2022 period in the form of a User Satisfaction Index. The method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data sources from searches or literature studies of relevant previous research results for comparison. Study results. The User Satisfaction Index for Library services in 2022 has increased by an average of 4%, when compared to the 2021 period. The highest increase in service elements is the element of service fees/tariffs with a difference of 231 points or an increase of 7%. While the element of service with the smallest difference is found in the element of service procedures by 27 points or 1%. Listening to all the service elements (9 elements), all of them experienced an increase in user satisfaction from the 2021 survey when compared to the 2022 survey results. The conclusion of this study is that the User Satisfaction Index for library services IPDN Campus NTB in 2022 obtained an average value for all service elements of 3.326 or converted with user satisfaction index interval values entered in the performance of service units in the GOOD category.

This study sought to investigate on effectiveness of online teaching and learning during the Covi... more This study sought to investigate on effectiveness of online teaching and learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic: A Case of one university in Zimbabwe. The study adopted quantitative approach in which 202 students were given an online questionnaire to fill. Data was analyzed through graphs to indicate the perception of students on effectiveness and challenges involved in the online teaching and learning. The study concludes that the e-teaching and e-learning adopted to minimize negative impact of Covid-19 Pandemic were not effective. High number of students (63% and 14%) reported that the whole process was frustrating as they could not learn effectively. Furthermore, students revealed that their failure was due to various challenges including inefficient strategies used by lecturers and difficulties to stablish and maintain relevant and fruitful interaction between lecturers and students. Adjustment of adaptation to online learning is a priority policy in adapting to a new life. The Institute of Domestic Administration, West Nusa Tenggara Campus, which initially carried out direct face-to-face lectures, shifted to the use of online media and distance learning as a strategic step that must be taken to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to know the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at IPDN NTB Campus. Methods The research uses a quantitative model with closed and open survey methods. Respondents from this study amounted to 392 Praja/students. The results of this study indicate that 50% of Praja/students want partly online learning (online), 24% want online learning, and 26% want face-to-face learning, so it can be concluded that online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic was quite effectively implemented.
