Can Biçer

I work as a full-time Associate Professor at Safranbolu Vocational School at Karabuk University in Safranbolu-KARABUK. I am also head of Department of Travel - Tourism and Recreation Services. I have got a PhD degree in Business Administration. I study on identifying and resolving workplace issues at both the individual and organizational level, plus focusing on individual, group and organizational dynamics and using that research to identify solutions to problems that improve the well-being and performance of an organization and its employees. I am also interested in leadership and human behaviour in the workplace, workplace friendships, and optimizing the quality of work life.
