Coffee also has an important role as an export product in Indonesia's foreign exchange making . The Global Agricultural Information Network released the 2019 Indonesian Coffee Consumption Annual Data showing that Coffee Domestic Consumption for the 2019/2020 period of 294 thousand tons . This shows an increase in coffee consumption of around 13.9% compared to the 2018/2019 period which was only 258 thousand tons. According to the International Coffee Organization (ICO), the amount of coffee consumption is more than the amount of coffee produced in the year period of 2017 to 2020 which shows that there are a lot of coffee enthusiasts in Indonesia. The increase in coffee consumption can be seen in the proliferation of cafe or coffee shop businesses with a modern concept . The result of Toffin's research with Mix Magazine showed that in August 2019, the number of coffee shops in Indonesia was more than 2,950 outlets. This means that there is a threefold increase compared to 2016 when there were only 1,000 outlets . The increasing number of outlets can create intense competition among similar companies . Based on this, every company must find a strategy for running its business so as not to lose market share. One of the strategies that can be used to elevate the coffee business is through the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) . CRM techniques can be grouped into three categories, namely strategic, operational, and analytical . Analytical CRM is the process of storing, extracting, distributing, using, and reporting customer data into information that can be followed up well by the company .

While the sustainability development indicators of a city mostly rely on its sustainable development goals (SDGs), no investigations into whether these indicators imply SSCIs have been conducted. SSCIs are critical during the current unprecedented climate crisis and are necessary to facilitate a livable future. This study considers the city of Suwon as a case study. Suwon’s sustainable development policy adopts 10 SDGs among the 17 SDGs from the United Nations, later called Suwon SDGs (SSDGs). By conducting a content analysis, this study found that the indicators adopted from the SDGs require further investigation to evaluate the core SSCIs. Using text analytics, we found that Suwon’s policies focus on indicators in the local environment, such as the employment rates for every age category, even if the SSDG indicators incorporate the SDGs. Th...

This has never been studied before regarding the need to change residence, so the factors that encourage or restrain workers from moving to IKN have not been identified. Ideally, the transfer of these workers to IKN is based on full willingness and awareness of the conditions of life that will be lived in the future. To find out how far the intention of Jakarta workers is to move to IKN, factor analysis is needed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The concept used to investigate these push, pull, and restraint factors is push-pull-mooring (PPM). These three factors are important to study to obtain a model structure that can be used as a direction for IKN development. In addition, this research is also intended to find out technical information related to t...

In determining production costs such as packaging costs, the usage of the traditional model is not always suitable shown by the possibility of overstated or understated conditions. This study aims to propose the implementation of the Activity-based Costing (ABC) system in calculating the cost of tea packaging and finding the differences compared to the traditional costing. The data used were based on the case of PTPN VII Gunung Dempo, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The results using the ABC system show that the total cost per unit for "BOPF" tea products is IDR 34,444.45, for "DUST" products is IDR 35,629.77, and for "DUST II" products is IDR 35,629.77. While the traditional system calculation shows that the total cost per unit for "BOPF" tea products is IDR 61,982.60, for "DUST" tea products is IDR 61,982.60, and for "DUST II" tea products is IDR 61,982.60. The strategy that can be applied to avoid possible losses in determining packaging costs due to incorrect cost calculations using the traditional system model is to implement Activity-based Costing.

However, this expansion strategy increases the demand for container exchange between terminals and their logistics facilities within a port, known as interterminal transport (ITT). ITT forms a complex transportation network in a large port, which must be managed efficiently given the economic and environmental implications. The use of trucks in ITT operations leads to the interterminal truck routing problem (ITTRP), which has been attracting increasing attention from researchers. One of the objectives of truck routing optimization in ITT is the minimization of empty-truck trips. Selection of the transport order (TO) based on the current truck location is critical in minimizing empty-truck trips. However, ITT entails not only transporting containers between terminals operated 24 h: in cases where containers need to be transported to a log...

The development of the multiterminal system escalates the complexity of the container transport process and increases the demand for container exchange between different terminals within a port, known as interterminal transport (ITT). Trucks are still the primary modes of freight transportation to transport containers among most terminals. A trucking company needs to consider proper truck routing planning because, based on several studies, it played an essential role in coordinating ITT flows. Furthermore, optimal truck routing in the context of ITT significantly affects port productivity and efficiency. The study of deep reinforcement learning in truck routing optimization is still limited. In this study, we propose deep reinforcement learning to provide truck routes of a given container ...
