The only difference technology has made to education is that now traditional classroom lectures can be heard at a distant place as well. Other than this, there has been no contribution made to the quality of practical learning in engineering courses. In order to bridge this gap between theoretical and practical learning, we have taken one of the most important areas of Computer Science and Engineering, i.e., CPU scheduling policies in operating systems.
