There was a significant difference between pre and postintervention knowledge and medication adherence score with a P value of 0.000.Conclusion:Findings of the study indicated that educational interventions were significantly effective in improving knowledge and medication adherence among hypertensive patients. The study provided evidence for the efficacy of an educational intervention in hypertensive patients' knowledge and medication adherence.
