Has found various including statistics, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, materials engineering, medical engineering, pharmacy and etc. Therefore, in the present era, the study and study of various methods and algorithms of machine learning and artificial intelligence is very important. As a subset of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms create mathematical models based on sample data or training data for unpredictable prediction or decision making. One of the most interesting topics that can be focused on with artificial intelligence is predicting and estimating future events. Machine learning provides machines with the ability to learn independently. In other words, the machine can learn from the experiences, observations, and patterns it analyzes based on a set of data. In this regard, the chapter, with the aim of introducing machine learning and artificial intelligence, deals with their application in managing and analyzing the processes of economic systems in real conditions.

With the help of digital technologies, the speed, accuracy and precision of processes in various businesses have been dramatically optimized, which has saved time, energy and resources in organizations and businesses. Methodology: Supply Chain Management (SCM), as the core business priority of any manufacturing company, has placed itself in the focus of business owners. Suppliers, organizations, and supply chain agencies use the information and share it with others while generating information. Findings: In this regard, considering the importance and fundamental role of the supply chain in the organization and business, as well as the important effects that digital technologies can have on it, this paper reviews library dimensions, components, and key indicators of a chain by reviewing the library resources. The first model, which is based on the assignment problem, the ambulance transfer (moving ambulances) between locations has not been considered. As ambulance transfer can improve system efficiency by decreasing the response time as well as operational cost, we consider this in the second model, which is based on the transportation problem. Both models assume that the demand of all geographical locations must be met. The major contributions of this study are: ambulance transfer between locations, day split into several time slots, and demand distribution of the geographical zone. To the best of our knowledge the first two have not been studied before. These extensions allow us to have a more realistic model of the real-world operation. Although, in previous studies, maximizing coverage has been the main objective of the goal, here, minimizing operating costs is a function of the main objective, because we have assumed that the demand of all geographical areas must be met.

Although many production systems have been automated by using digital machines and equipment, human error has not been eliminated considerably and a high proportion of errors in many industries are derived from humans. For example, in chemical production systems 60-90% of error happens because of human failure [1]. Human errors can be divided into two categories according to their impact on production systems. The low and high impact categories. Low impact leads to produce poor quality and defective production [2]. But in critical industries such as nuclear or chemical industries, human errors in the high impact category can cause a fatal failure and impose a high risk to production systems [3]. Human errors also decrease productivity and increase undesirable costs such as idle cost, backorder cost, and quality cost.

The purpose of this paper is to identify intermediary institutions in the field of renewable energies at international, regional and national levels. In this regard, first the functions and roles of these institutions have been studied and extracted, then the renewable energies and the importance of innovation in this field have been explained. Afterwards, eight intermediary institutions at different levels of activity (international, regional and national) have been identified and their activities in the field of renewable energies are explained in detail. Finally, those activities that can facilitate the process of innovation as an intermediary function in these institutions have been identified and some suggestions are offered by comparing these institutions.

Science parks are known tools for incubation of knowledge-based firms. Recently, policy makers of... more Science parks are known tools for incubation of knowledge-based firms. Recently, policy makers of science and technology of our country has paid attention to these institutions. The topic of this research was investigating the impact of these institutions on the development of knowledge-based companies and identifying the key factors resulting in earning competitive advantages by located firms. After reviewing many researches in this field of study, key effective factors were identified and by using the experts, these factors were revised according to the circumstance of our country and placed in a proper framework. The framework consists of four aspects including: “human resource”, “R&D and technology transfer”, “facilities” and “market development” and twelve factors. The framework applied in Sheikh Bahai Science and Technology Park and the results obtained showed that in this park, facilities aspect needs special attention. This aspect had the highest significance in quadruple aspects and was the only aspect affecting Sheikh Bahai Science and Technology Park. Other aspects such as, “human resource”, “R&D and technology transfer”, and “market development” were effects of the aspects. The results of this research show that the development of knowledge based firms located in this park depends on facilities such as financial resources and primary physical infrastructure than human resource, research activities and marketing services. We suggest using this framework to find the aspects and factors influential the creation of competitive advantages and determining the action and planning priorities for other science and technology parks in Iran.

Purpose: Although more than four decades have passed since the issue of telecommuting as a new me... more Purpose: Although more than four decades have passed since the issue of telecommuting as a new method for organizing work and manpower, but in our country, not much scientific and academic studies have been done in this field. However, in recent years, the implementation of the telecommuting plan has been on the government's agenda, and many government agencies and institutions have been required to implement government directives on telecommuting. The presence of crises such as the outbreak of COVID 19 has also added to the importance of this issue in recent years. Methodology: In this research, the data of teleworkers in the central headquarters of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade were collected through a survey method. Thus, by designing two types of questionnaires for employees and managers, different dimensions of the plan and the consequences of telecommuting in this ministry from two perspectives of managers and employees were examined. Findings: The results showed that information and communication technology is the main component of telecommuting, so without its infrastructure, it is almost impossible to implement this plan. It should be noted that communication infrastructure is not limited to communication tools such as computers and communication lines such as high-speed Internet, and the possibility of access to the organization's internal automation system and employee work card is also part of it. Originality/Value: In this research, the implementation of telecommuting project in the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade has been studied from the perspective of managers and employees and the main challenges facing this project have been analyzed and based on this, suggestions for better implementation of this project in Government agencies provided.

So policy making for these technologies is one of the most important interests of policy makers. Technological innovation system, as a most important approaches in technology policy, has developed increasingly. Therefore, identification of the most important dimensions in this field to propose policy interventions for development of high technologies is credential. We used metasynthesis to integrate and combine previous studies in the field. The research Statistical population is 280 document with the keyword of technological innovation system in scopus database until end of 2018.at the end, contributions of 52 article used in the final framework. In order to evaluate the quality of the research, we used Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP) method. Also, kappa index used to verify the reliability of the research. Regard to developing the framework by using the elements of previous frameworks, the framework has content validity. Also the content validated by 5 experts in innovation study field. We propose the comprehensive framework of TIS with 10 dimensions and 102 activities. The main dimensions are: development, exchange and diffusion of knowledge, entrepreneurial activities, guidance of search, market formation, resource mobilization, legitimation, policy and coordination, creating structure, weaken the regime, exploit the regime. Also, attention to the context and using the contingent view to response the opportunities and threats was proposed as complementary to the framework. developing high technologies is a very complex and multi-dimensional issue which requires to identify the dynamics of innovation systems. One dimensional perspective to technology development and mere attention to knowledge creation and R&D, would not lead to technology development. Therefore, in order to policy in this field, attention to dimensions and elements which is identified in this study could be very useful.

Given the prospects for this technology and the country's efforts to its development, policymaking for this technology is very crucial. The technological innovation system is one of the most important dynamic approaches in the field of modern technology policy. In this approach, by analyzing various functions which are influencing the development of a technology, the proper path to technological advancement is explained. For this reason, 10 major factors influencing the development of emerging technologies have been identified based on previous studies in this area and the effect of ten factors on each other was identified by using the system dynamics and the fuzzy DEMATEL method and the interactions between these functions were modeled. Market formation, resource mobilization, exploitation of the regime and policymaking and coordination functions have the most direct effect on the other functions. Also, policymaking and coordination, market formation, entrepreneurial activities, creating structure and resource mobilization have the most total impact on the other functions. Regard to resource constraint in the system, the policy makers should focus on those factors which have the most direct and total impact on the others that in this research are market formation, entrepreneurial activities, resource mobilization and policymaking and coordination. Given the dynamic nature of technology development, this model can help policymakers in the decision making process for the development of the Internet of Things.

The country's insurance industry as one of the country's financial institutions has a special place in the investment process and special attention to appropriate investment policies in the field of insurance industry is essential. So that the efficiency of this industry in allocating the existing budget stimulates other economic sectors. This study seeks to model investment in the performance of dynamic networks of insurance companies.
Methodology: In this paper, a new investment model is designed to examine the dynamic network performance of insurance companies in Iran. The designed model is implemented using GAMS software and the outputs of the model are analyzed based on regression method. The required information has been collected based on the statistics of insurance companies in Iran between 1393 and 1398.
Findings: After evaluating these units, out of 15 companies evaluated, 6 companies had unit performance and were introduced as efficient companies. The average efficiency of insurance companies is 0.78 and the standard deviation is 0.2. The results show that the increase in the value of investments is due to the large reduction in costs and in terms of capital and net profit of companies is a large number that has a clear and strong potential for insurance companies.
Originality/Value: In this paper, investment modeling is performed to examine the performance of dynamic networks of insurance companies in Iran.

The aim of this research is to define and prioritize the factors affecting on technology learning levels in Isfahan state corporations level.
Methodology: Statistical population, are 104 corporations which are active in industrial context that examine the quintet assumptions by accumulating needed data by the use of a questionnaire with standard components and reliability coefficient of 0.845.
Findings: Regarding the results, it is demonstrated that four studied level in a structural equations model, have been truly explained technological learning levels in Isfahan state corporations level, and each one has been affective straightly on mentioned process. Accordingly, the straightest effectiveness related to average level (0.78), basic level (0.67) and global level (0.65) are respectively in next degrees of importance and also each of these affective factors on these levels have been discussed.
Originality/Value: According to the results, there are recommendations for managers to improve the levels of technology learning at the enterprise level, and how to pay attention to the identified factors to learn.

As manufacturers and technologies become more complicated, manufacturing errors such as machine f... more As manufacturers and technologies become more complicated, manufacturing errors such as machine failure and human error have also been considered more over the past. Since machines and humans are not error-proof, managing the machines and human errors is a significant challenge in manufacturing systems. There are numerous methods for investigating human errors, fatigue, and reliability that categorized under Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) methods. HRA methods use some qualitative factors named Performance Shaping Factors (PSFs) to estimate Human Error Probability (HEP). Since the PSFs can be considered as the acceleration factors in Accelerated Life Test (ALT). We developed a method for Accelerated Human Fatigue Test (AHFT) to calculate human fatigue, according to fatigue rate and other effective factors. The proposed method reduces the time and cost of human fatigue calculation. AHFT first extracts the important factors affecting human fatigue using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and then uses the accelerated test to calculate the effect of PSFs on human fatigue. The proposed method has been applied to a real case, and the provided results show that human fatigue can be calculated more effectively using the proposed method.

In today's world, the fourth generation of industry has forced companies to rethink how their supply chain is designed. In this case, in addition to the need for adaptation, supply chains also have the opportunity to reach operational horizons, use emerging digital supply chain business models, and transform the company into a digital supply chain. One of the transformational technologies that has had a tremendous impact on the supply chain in this regard is IoT technology. This technology, as one of the largest sources of data production, can facilitate supply chain processes in all its dimensions. However, due to the presence of the Internet and the location of supply chain components in the context of information networks, this digital supply chain always faces major challenges. Therefore, in this paper, an attempt was made to examine and prioritize the most important challenges of implementing a supply chain 0/4 using a nonlinear hierarchical analysis method. In order to investigate these challenges, the opinions of experts active in the supply chain of Fast-moving consumer goods industries (FMCG) were used as a case study as well as some academic experts.The results show that the lack of technological infrastructure and security challenges are the most important challenges of implementing supply chain 0/4 in the era of digital developments, which should be given special attention for a successful implementation.
