It is divided into three main parts, first part compares between studies that analyzed complexity of the built environment in general and detects four main approaches, second part discusses these four approaches and detects the analytical tools of each one of them, last part compares between the analytical tools and formulate an integrated method to analyze complex geometry of informal settlements using, fractal analysis , space syntax and pattern language.

Self-similarity phenomena-recently emerged in different scientific applications‖ invites us to trace this significant centric order in other levels of geometry of traditional mosques , according to self-similarity order, the system repeats itself many times at many scales, so if we could understand the whole we can understand the part, and vice versa. In the light of self-similarity order this research traces centric order in many levels of geometry of traditional mosques, like; location within urban fabric, layout, daylight, architectural features, and ornaments. The research counted many centers within the geometry of the traditional mosque, this existing of multiple centers and the ovation of repeating centers many times at many levels can be understood as emphasizing the principle of Tawhid. This conclusion could be used as a guideline to reconstruct the contemporary vision of mosques' architecture.
