In this study, it is intended to put forward the relationship between intrapreneurship, which com... more In this study, it is intended to put forward the relationship between intrapreneurship, which comes into forefront as a vital element for development of businesses and their competitiveness by originating from the phenomenon of entrepreneurship, and job satisfaction, which is an important area of organizational behavior and whose relation with the above mentioned term was also reflected to the literature and researches, through a research. In this regard, a questionnaire form with 29 questions was created through questions, which were taken from questionnaire, whose validity and reliability are ensured to measure intrapreneurship and job satisfaction, and this created new form was applied to businesses that operate in the furniture sector in the district Inegol of the province Bursa in Turkey.
As a result of a survey work, which was performed on 337 people, it was concluded that among factors such as proactive behavior, innovation, differentiation and organizational renewal, which are described as dimensions of intrapreneurship in the research, the factors of proactive behavior and organizational renewal positively and significantly contribute to job satisfaction.

Some extraordinary complications of this surgery are massive bleeding, taste perception disorders due to glossopharyngeal nerve damage, hematoma of the mouth floor, jugular vein thrombosis, Grisel syndrome, cervical osteomyelitis, nasopharyngeal stenosis, pulmonary edema, infection, and lingual artery pseudoaneurysm. In this clinical report, an 8-year-old girl presented with a posterior plica perforation after adenotonsillectomy performed 1 week previously and this complication has led to velopharyngeal insufficiency. This rare complication may result from traumatic damage or excessive cauterization of the posterior plica.

The primary aim of this paper is to analyze whether exportation can be used as a successful strat... more The primary aim of this paper is to analyze whether exportation can be used as a successful strategy to move the chicken meat sector out of a crisis. The data for this study includes the export and production quantity of chicken meat for the country of Turkey from 1981 to 2010. Data was gathered from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The effect of the 1994, 2001 and 2005 crises on the production and export quantity of chicken meat is investigated by using the curve fitting approach. The results illustrate that chicken meat export quantity increased during the crisis time. At the same time, production quantity didn’t decrease significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that exportation can be a strategy applied to eliminate the impact of a crisis.
