fundamental phenomena/notions “Matter”, “Consciousness”, “Space”, “Time”, “Energy”, “Information”, which are fundamentally transcendent in conventional philosophy and sciences, are rigorously scientifically defined. The conception completely rigorously scientifically legitimates the outstanding C. F. von Weizsäcker “Ur hypothesis”, and E. Fredkin “Digital Philosophy/Physics”, which posit that Matter is constructed from some binary reversible logical elements; what is postulated in the model; and on all reliable experimental data. Correspondingly in the model it is postulated that Matter’s ultimate base is the [4+4+1]4D dense lattice of primary [4+4+1]4D binary reversible fundamental logical elements [FLE], which is placed in the corresponding Matter’s fundamentally absolute “Cartesian” [4+4+1]4D spacetime with metrics (cτ,X,Y,Z, g,w,e,s,ct), while everything in Matter is/are some specific disturbances in the lattice. Basing on the above in the model a number of fundamental physical problems are either solved or essentially clarified, e.g. of what is/are the physical sense of Lorentz transformations; uncertainty and wave-particle duality in QM; particles and antiparticles, etc., besides initial Planck scale models of particles and fundamental Gravity, Electric, and Nuclear/Strong Forces are developed, where it is shown that these Forces strengths ratio is in accordance with experimenta values only if the FLE size and FLE flip time are Planck length and Planck time; the model rather probably really scientifically clarifies some cosmological problems, including the ‘matter-antimatter asymmetry’ one. This article presents and grounds (i.e. presents proof of the existence, the truth, the self-cons... more This article presents and grounds (i.e. presents proof of the existence, the truth, the self-consistence and the completeness of) the informational concept ("the Information as Absolute" concept) in philosophy and sciences, which was developing from 2007 year till now. The concept defines the Information as ultimately common, real and fundamental "absolute" phenomenon, which exists as absolutely infinite set ("Information" Set) of elements (members) and informational (e.g., logical) links between the elements; where any element itself is some informational structure also. Correspondingly, for example, Matter as the substance, radiation, etc., is some system of informational patterns, constituting a specific, and practically infinitesimal comparing to the Set, element "Matter" of the "Information" Set. The concept allows for the resolution, or at least for a consideration on a higher level of rational comprehension, of basic ontological and epistemological problems in philosophy and natural sciences; it clarifies basic fundamental notions such as space, time, energy, etc., and so is the fundamental base for real development of science.

The model yet now solves and makes clearer more 30 fundamental problems in physics; including, enabled to put forward rather reasonable 2007 initial models of the Gravity and Electric Forces in statics, where the Forces' mediators are real -i.e. by no means virtual -disturbances in the Matter's ether, as that particles also are. In this paper the recent versions of the models, including description of free fall motion of gravitational test mass in Gravity field and of motion of electric charges, is presented, where it is shown that in any field no singularities are created, and so rather probably it is possible to obtain at least first approximation description of motion of masses in extreme gravity fields, including below event horizon in SMBH, etc. As well as it is rigorously shown that both -Gravity and Electric Forces fields have no energy and energy density, don't interact specifically independently on charges with anything in Matter, so there is no "electromagnetic" masses, etc.; besides the models explain why the inertial and gravitational masses are equivalent in statics and why and how aren't equivalent at bodies motion, the fundamental puzzle why 2 0 / 4 ћc e α πε = , why magnetic monopole doesn't exist, etc.

In this paper the universal model of fundamental interactions (fundamental Nature forces), which ... more In this paper the universal model of fundamental interactions (fundamental Nature forces), which was developed in 2007-2023 in framework of the whole informational physical model that is based on the main postulate that everything in Matter exists, happens, interacts, and moves as some specific disturbances in Matter's ultimate base-at the [4+4+1]4D dense lattice of the [4+4+1]4D binary reversible fundamental logical elements [FLE]. Including particles are specific disturbances-close-loop algorithms that cyclically run basing on the FLE "hardware", That was applied at developing of the 2007 initial models of Gravity and Electric forces, and is applied here at developing of the initial model of Nuclear Force. It is shown, that in the case, when the particles, including the nucleons in nuclei, interact on some distances, the action of Nuclear Force is seems practically complete analog of action of Gravity and Electric forces, i.e. the Nuclear Force mediators, "circular mesons", are in the main traits analogs of Gravity and Electric forces mediators "circular gravitons/photons", also are propagating in the lattice as specific disturbances that are initiated by specific parts of particles' algorithms' FLEs "Forces charges". In contrast to particles, at propagating in the lattice mediators don't carry energy, while carry the universal for all Forces elementary momentums p=h-bar/r, r is distance between particles, which is transmitted to other particles. In contrast to the mediation of Forces in standard physical theories, all mediators are completely real, and by no means "virtual", FLE structures in Matter. The developed model is in accordance with existent nuclear physics experimental data.

On another hand the conception itself is of interest as a weighty contribution to foundations of physics and so it is presented in this article more minutely and systematically.

This article is some review of results that were obtained at 2007-2021 years development of “The Information as Absolute” concept and the informational physical model, which is based on the concept; including a number of fundamental physical problems are briefly considered in framework of the conception and the model. Recently in physics there are several publications, that present lists of the problems. However, those lists are essentially incomplete, for at least two reasons. Firsts of all, a number of phenomena are studied traditionally by philosophy, and so corresponding problems are usually considered to be “metaphysical”. However, they relate also to some concrete physical phenomena. For example, physics evidently studies Matter, and so the metaphysical problems “what is ontology of Matter”, “what is “Space”, “Time” and a few other physical phenomena and notions as well, are really a Meta-physical problems “what does physics study?” There are other fundamental physical problems, which are not considered as such in physics, and are absent in the “fundamental problems lists”. Those include the problems, which really exist, yet are incorporated into standard physical theories, and so are fundamental “implicitly”, which in physics are “solved by default” ‒ and mostly erroneously. Note, though, that a number of “Meta-physical”, and concrete fundamental, problems more in detail are considered in the paper “The Informational Conception and Basic Physics”, https://arxiv.org/abs/0707.4657, v5 (2021), so this paper is, in certain sense, an expanded conclusion of this paper, which includes, correspondingly, more in detail consideration of some more general physical problems; and, besides, in this article, the problem “what are Gravity and Electric Forces” is essentially clarified comparing with the arXiv 2021 paper version above, and additionally initial model of Nuclear Force is presented. Besides, the concrete problem “What is Life”, and the rational cosmological model, where a few vague points in standard cosmology rather probably are rationally clarified, while the fundamental problem “matter – antimatter asymmetry” in Matter is solved with rather large probability, are considered, and one of recently published rather complete “lists of fundamental problems” is commented in Appendix.

This paper is a little upgrade of the sections 5 “Cosmology|” and 6 “Conclusion” in the paper “Th... more This paper is a little upgrade of the sections 5 “Cosmology|” and 6 “Conclusion” in the paper “The informational physical model: some fundamental problems in physics”, viXra https://vixra.org/pdf/2007.0001v3.pdf , whilst the whole replacement of this paper seems would not be rational, in one, though rather probably essential, point – in this case rather possibly useful cosmological experiment is proposed. The experiment follows from the fact that “escape velocity” for a concrete body doesn’t limit some borders for moving in the “body’s atmosphere” other bodies. For example, the Erath escape velocity is 11.19 km/s, however bodies with different velocities can move apart Earth on any distance, if a velocity is →11.19 km/s – up to infinity, before stopping and return back to Earth. Correspondingly, though SMBH have two borders, i.e. real one, i.e. the size of the compact extremely dense central object, and “virtual” one, i.e. the GR “event horizon”, the real SMBH “atmosphere”, which feeds on accretion of external matter, spreads outside both borders, including, rather probably, it take part in composing of the SMBH jets. So, besides, in this paper the sections numbers, and the references that are in the host paper, are mostly conserved.
