The patients with Diabetes mellitus not only face challenges in managing their illness but also develop several complications related to it. One of these complications is erectile dysfunction (ED). Case summary: A case of type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) was reported in a 56-year-old male suffering from ED whose symptoms were successfully managed with individualised homoeopathic medicine. The patient's blood glucose level along with glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) level reduced significantly after treatment. His other symptoms including erectile dysfunction were also relieved.

It addresses various behavioral problems by focusing on each child's unique needs and constitution. A systematic review of homoeopathy's effectiveness showed that it significantly improved areas such as cognitive ability, behavioral dysfunction, sensory impairment, and communication difficulties in children. In autistic children, 72% of cases showed significant improvement after receiving homoeopathy for over six months. Parents reported improvements in their children's socialization and speech, indicating constructive adjustments in behavior and social interaction. Homoeopathy can also be used to reduce disruptive behavior in children with conduct disorders. It provides a comprehensive method for treating children's symptoms of aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety, and difficulty concentrating. Homoeopathy aims to restore balance by addressing fundamental imbalances and harmonizing the body's energy. Further research is needed to fully understand its effectiveness in treating children's behavioral issues.

Stressful lifestyle in modern days adversely affects not only physical and mental but sexual health also. According to a study conducted by IASH one out of every 10 Indian men is impotent. Impotency or Erectile Dysfunction affects millions of men and occurs for a range of reasons. Erectile dysfunction comes under the category of Male Sexual Dysfunction along with premature ejaculation and decreased libido. These may occur due to any psychogenic, endocrinology or vasculogenic causes. Majority of the cases of Male Sexual Dysfunction belong to psychical impotence. When administered in accordance with the guidelines outlined by Dr. Hahnemann in Organon of Medicine, homoeopathic medications are extremely effective in treating cases of sexual dysfunction.

It focuses towards removing the totality of symptoms on an individualistic basis. Conventional approaches, on the other hand, focus primarily on the materialistic causes of disease, such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi, and attempt to eradicate them in an effort to provide a "cure." In circumstances where the cause cannot be eliminated, such as in autoimmune illness cases, these techniques are rendered ineffective. In autoimmune diseases the body starts harming its own cells and if the immune response is suppressed the person becomes prone to other opportunistic infections. Homoeopathy is an effective alternative therapy for autoimmune diseases, treating symptoms and the cause, preventing recurrence and eliminating lifelong medications. Its individualistic treatment regimens and holistic approach make it an ideal fit for managing complex autoimmune disorders. Homoeopathic medicines promote natural healing processes and restore the immune system, improving patients' quality of life and allowing for precise diagnosis, efficient medical care, and disease control.

Numerous oxidants and lipid-reducing agents are employed in treatment, but the unfavourable side effects of these medications highlight the need for safer, more effective alternatives like Homoeopathy. Case summary: A case of Hyperlipidaemia was reported in a 28 year old male and was successfully managed with individualised homoeopathic medicine. The patient's serum triglyceride level reduced significantly after treatment. His other symptoms including flatulence and constipation were also relieved.

Case Taking is an art of collecting all the facts about the patient using various tools like obse... more Case Taking is an art of collecting all the facts about the patient using various tools like observation, perception, history taken as given by the patient or told by the attendant, clinical examination etc. in order to find a remedy for the patient[1]. The selection of a homoeopathic medicine depends solely on the tact of asking the exact questions while taking the case. Failure to do so results in the selection of a partially similar medicine and hence results are not as desired. This can be prevented by developing a habit of completing a symptom as was told by Dr. Boenninghausen, i.e., asking about the time modalities of the chief complaints, the aggravating and ameliorating factors, defining the location of the complain, sensations, concomitants etc [2]. In order to be able to select the correct remedy in any case, one must master the art of case taking first. The next step is conversion of symptoms into rubrics and the rest is taken care of by the different computer software repertories available for physicians' use. Study of repertory helps in understanding the symptoms and how the symptoms are modified in the form of rubrics. Here all the rubrics of cough, as given in synthesis repertory, have been tabulated in a simplified form which will aid in asking more refined questions, help in completing the symptoms and ultimately lead to a better selection of remedy.

The burden of this disease is increasing very rapidly in India. The only known treatment for the condition in conventional system of medicine is hemorrhoidectomy which is associated with recurrence and other complications. The case reported here is of a 56 year old male with visible haemorrhoidal mass with pain and bleeding per rectum during stool. The patient was successfully treated with Individualised Homoeopathic medicine. The patient did not complaint of any recurrence even after 4 months of discontinuing medicine. The photographs of before and after the treatment were taken to record the changes. This case gives the evidence that cure of haemorrhoids with non-recurrence is possible through Individualised Homoeopathic Treatment.

Some people only have small patches of dry skin, but others may experience widespread inflamed skin all over the body. In modern medicines steroids and topical applications are used which suppress the local condition arousing the internal malady and other symptoms which previously existed in latent state side by side. The classical homoeopathic approach makes sure that medicine is prescribed after careful consideration of the whole picture of the person. In this case Kali ars, was given after individualisation to an elderly women with widespread eczema on both hands and legs. She had intense itching, burning and bleeding after scratching. All of her symptoms improved remarkably showing effectiveness of homoeopathic interventions in cases of eczema.
