The problem of research were how the revenue of hotel and restaurant taxes, how the accountability of administrative on local revenue offices and how the management of hotel and restaurant taxes revenue. These researched aims to description of revenue of hotel and restaurant taxes, analyzed the accountability of administrative on local revenue offices and to explain the management of hotel and restaurant taxes revenue. The result of researched to founded that the revenue of hotel and restaurant taxes in annual the realization to be increased , but the realization it still less contribution for local income. These meaning that still there subject/object of hotel and restaurant taxes which not payment, not registration and to be passive taxes in local revenue offices. The attempt of improved the administration of hotel and restaurant taxes with applied accountability of administration through MITRA function and 5C approaches to implementation of administration activity which trust and accountable in management of hotel and restaurant taxes in local revenue offices. The management of hotel and restaurant taxes revenue have applied suitable with management function with "Mix Accountability of Administration Model" as the solution in administration of hotel and restaurant taxes which have trust and accountable to increased the realization of tax revenue and contribution toward regional income of Makassar City

The tourism sector has experienced expansion, diversification, and intensification of sustainable... more The tourism sector has experienced expansion, diversification, and intensification of sustainable management as one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors in the world because it is developed in an integrated manner based on contextual or conventional marketing and virtual marketing, called digital marketing at once. This Conference Paper analyzes and explains the importance of contextual marketing as the basis of the value creation process for the development of integrated tourism destinations. The data, information, and knowledge regarding the focus on the research locus in the Province of South Sulawesi Indonesia were obtained through observations of several leading tourism destinations along with the author's experience of visiting tourist destinations in the country and abroad as benchmarking. In addition, interviews and focus group discussions were conducted with stakeholders on tourism destinations. Qualitative descriptive analysis was carried out following an interactive model which included data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and verification or concluding. The results of the study found that the development of integrated tourism destinations based on contextual marketing strategies is related to generic marketing functions that are applied to strengthen tourism functions as a leading sector of sustainable multi-dimensional development. The development is carried out contextually or conventionally and virtually or referred to as tourism marketing in the air while still revitalizing the content, context, and infrastructure of tourism marketing. The success of integrated tourism development in the eyes of the public can be seen from the existence of social learning and knowledge creation processes that form a harmonious partnership-collaborative relationship in a Hexa-helix pattern. The basic values and value orientation of integrated tourism destination development both contextually and virtually or digitally marketing can be achieved when togetherness has become a necessity that is practiced. The effectiveness of its implementation is carried out-at least-through the 7-C's public relations communication (PRC) approach which consists of credibility, context, content, clarity, continuity and consistency, channels, and capability of the audience as the basis of digital marketing.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, District. To achieve this goal, the informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and 2 (two) Communities. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency has been effective. It can be seen from the results of the study that the Village Fund Allocation in its use is prioritized for office operational costs, village government income and allowances, etc. If you have excess then the funds can be used for development costs. From the results of the study, it can also be seen from the planning process that the planning carried out was carried out with the preparation of a work plan. In the implementation process, the recording and use of the Village Fund Allocation has been carried out properly and on target. Likewise with the administrative process, the Village Treasurer has also done his job well by using the Siskeudes application. The reporting process has been carried out on time. Likewise, the accountability process has followed all stages in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of social media and product... more This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of social media and product innovation either partially or simultaneously on the development of micro-enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency. The population of this research is the micro business actors in the trading sector in Luwu Regency. Determination The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of samples obtained is as many as one hundred respondents, with data collection techniques namely questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five which consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results showed that the use of social media in the very good category, product innovation in the good category, and business development in the very good category. The results of the reference analysis show that there is a significant influence between the use of social media and product innovation on the development of micro enterprises in the trade sector in Luwu Regency.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif, yaitu data penelitian yang muncul berupa kata-kata yang menggambarkan dan memaparkan keadaan subyek penelitian berdasarkan fakta yang nampak. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran disiplin kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Barru sudah melaksanakan tugas dengan cukup baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini didasarkan pada guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran yaitu guru membuat perangkat pembelajaran sebelum memulai tahun ajaran baru sesuai silabus yang disediakan sekolah, dalam hal melaksanakan pembelajaran yaitu guru memiliki cara atau metode yang berbeda untuk menciptakan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan, kemudian mengevaluasi pembelajaran yaitu guru melakukan evaluasi hasil belajar untuk mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran, terakhir yaitu melakukan tindak lanjut dalam pembelajaran juga sudah diterapkan oleh sebagian guru SMK Negeri 1 Barru. Sehingga dapat dikatakan sebagian besar guru SMK Negeri 1 Barru sudah disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di sekolah dari aspek: 1) Merencanakan pembelajaran, 2) Melaksanakan pembelajaran, 3) mengevaluasi pembelajaran, dan melakukan tindak lanjut.

It is impossible to manage organizational members with different personalities, backgrounds, leve... more It is impossible to manage organizational members with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of willingness and abilities by using only a single leadership. Therefore, facing different situations or levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Mattoangin Branch Office Makassar, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with quantitative approaches. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires / questionnaire, structured interviews, direct observation and documents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the application of a Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30 %. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84.32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine how effective the use of academic information systems is in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The informants of this research are all parties who are directly involved in the use of academic information systems, namely students, study program operators, lecturers, and SIA managers at the UNM ICT Center. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis are presented in the form of a description that describes the procedures, constraints, and solutions in the use of the Academic Information System. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of academic information systems in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassarwas classified as quite effective in terms of information quality indicators, namely accurate, timely, and relevant.

Objek wisata pantai Punaga di Kabupaten Takalar merupakan salah satu potensi pariwisata di Kabupaten Takalar yang perlu dikembangkan karena memiliki potensi keindahan alam yang memukau namun berbanding terbalik dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawannya yang masih sangat minim oleh karenanya dibutuhkan strategi yang sesuai untuk mendukung upaya pengembangan objek wisata pantai Punaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian kemudian data diolah menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mendapatkan strategi pengembangan objek wisata pantai Punaga. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dirumuskan beberapa strategi prioritas yang dapat digunakan dalam upaya pengembangan objek wisata pantai Punaga.

The actualization of tourism destination management policies proves that the actors who should play the most role are the government and the community. Although there is also support from the private sector and some local communities who care about tourism. The roles of the actors still seem to function partially and have not been bound by a clear work plan for their task. Three determinant factors affect tourism management, namely Ulayat land rights, community mindsets, and synergistic cooperation between stakeholders. Therefore, it is necessary to actualize policies that regulate land litigation in Biak, policies to improve the quality of Human Resources that can compete and collaborate with various actors who can sustainably develop the tourism sector.

Globalisasi merupakan peluang sekaligus tantangan, baik bagi institusi maupun individu yang terlibat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan snapshot (potret sesaat) daya saing Indonesia dalam memasuki era ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Data sekunder dianalisis secara deskriptifkuantitatif. Hasilnya adalah snapshot daya saing nasional dan daerah di Indonesia masih rendah dibandingkan dengan negara lain di Kawasan ASEAN. Oleh karena itu, perlu penguatan pilar daya saing negara dan daerah pada berbagai bidang, sektor, program, dan kegiatan pemerintahan, pembangunan, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pelayanan publik, serta penataan dan revitalisasi fungsi kelembagaan sebagai agenda prioritas terutma pada lima pilar daya saing Indonesia yang peringkatnya terendah di antara 148 negara, yaitu efisiensi pasar tenaga kerja (110), kesiapan teknologi (77), pendidikan dasar dan kesehatan (74), infrastruktur (56), dan kelembagaan (53).

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the application of the situational leadership style at PT Singosari Timur Jaya Makassar. To achieve this goal, the researcher determined 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the warehouse head of PT Singosari Timur Jaya Makassar was classified as having implemented situational leadership well, with the involvement of the leader in determining and assigning tasks to employees that had been running optimally, implementing relationship behavior with employees well, and the attitude of the leadership in addressing the readiness of followers effectively viewed from the indicators of telling style, selling style, participating style, and delegating style.

Malino Village has the best tourism destinations in South Sulawesi, and its management involves several parties. However, the involvement of these parties has not been well established in the cooperative relationship. Community involvement in tourism management is also considered to be still lacking. To realize tourism development in Malino Village requires collaboration between every party involved and community involvement. The data that is the study material in this study was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Existing data were analyzed using Interactive Model Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the Gowa Regency Government does not have a collaborative foundation in tourism development. The cooperative relationship that exists is not based on the goal of overcoming tourism problems in Malino Village. Cooperation is carried out based on the interests of each. Community support in the development of tourism is realized by managing and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of tourism prepared by the government. In order for the development of tourism in Malino village to be implemented properly, the Gowa Regency government should carry out collaboration in the form of business clusters.

Café ini terletak di Jl.Statistik, Tamalanrea Indah, Kota Makassar..Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pertumbuhan usaha dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi usaha Café Titik Nol. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka peneliti menggunakan Teknik sampling nonrandom sampling dalam pengumpulan data melalui wawancara individu. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriftif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan data deskriftif kualitatif untuk mengetauhi strategi apa yang dilakukan atau digunakan Café Titik Nol dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan usahanya dan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi strategi pertumbuhan usaha Café Titik Nol.

The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach that is library research. The descriptive type of qualitative data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are that entrepreneurial learning has a positive effect on the development of student entrepreneurial interests. The efforts made so that students can develop entrepreneurial interests require literacy or knowledge, skills and attitudes which will eventually lead to entrepreneurial behavior which is influenced by internal factors and external factors.

Currently the weather observation in Indonesia is managed by various parties and coordinated by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG). BMKG manage weather observation networks that distributed nationwide. Unfortunately, in terms of quantity and distribution, the current weather observation network is not ideal yet. Increasing the density of the weather observation network is undoubtly needed, therefore BMKG needs to develop a partnership with all parties including general public. This study attempts to identify level of participation of general public and find the ideal partnership model for weather observation in Indonesia. Three partnership variables, namely motivation, consistency and sustainability, examined in this study. As a result of the data analysis it was found that the level of participation of general public is very high especially in the participant group that threat with guidance. And it was also found that the crowdsourcing method can be implemented as an ideal partnership model between BMKG and general public in the field of weather observation.
