The major focus of this paper is to represent various methodologies that are adopted to implement web based health record system. As there is need of security while accessing and sharing of health related information, security is the major factor. Use of block chain, cryptography and timestamp based log record method is discussed. To assure the sharing of records, Inter Planetary File System (IPFS) is also discussed. Medical history of the patient should be maintained in prescribed format. It is definitely required to identify information about patient's medical interactions, allergies, laboratory tests, medication, and so on. Patient's all such record should be kept at secured place. Instead of keeping record in conventional paper form, it is definitely feasible to maintain it in digital form. In this paper there is detailed discussion of EHR system, historical perspective of EHR, EHR Challenges in India. This paper also has an overview towards adoption of Information and communication Technology (ICT) in healthcare. There are various strategies towards implementation of successful EHR system. EHR system and its acceptance of use is mapped with universal theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). Depending on someone also causes privacy and security threats as all information including confidential information like passwords,etc also have to be shared so that the helper can write the data into the device. Think2Type is a BCI solution which will translate a user's active intent to text represented by morse code. BCI or 'Brain Computer Interface' is a technology that enables its users to interact with computers by means of brainactivity only, this activity being generally measured by ElectroEncephaloGraphy (EEG). Our solution helps them to be more independent as they merely have to think about the characters in the password and use active intent to enter them. The intents correspond to 'dot' and 'dash' of Morse code representation of alpha numerics. It will be converted to the corresponding text and provide them with complete confidentiality.

In today's world, having a doctor to write notes and prescriptions would waste a lot of time. Hen... more In today's world, having a doctor to write notes and prescriptions would waste a lot of time. Hence, to resolve this we aim on preparing a software which will aid the doctor in noting down important details of the patient along with date and time records by converting speech to text. This app will contain a glossary of medical terms so that the obtained text is error free. This will not only save the doctor's time and effort, but also provide the patient reports faster which will in turn help them to continue the treatment faster. This is a helping hand to all the health workers who have to otherwise spend hours digitizing the handwritten reports. When there are more than one person working on a clinical note, the error rate can be higher if the other person is not able to decipher their handwriting. This can cause a great deal of problem if it leads to a change in the medical dosage given to the patient. In order to improve the work at hospitals and clinicals we have implemented this clinical notes generation software which converts the doctor's voice to text and generates clinical notes for the patients.

We have carried out the detailed study of guidelines provided by ministry of health and family welfare to adopt the electronic health record system. The major aim is to eliminate the conventional health record system. The major focus in this research is to propose the interoperable electronic health Record system (IEHR), and test the feasibility and acceptance of the EHR. Further there is a scope to promote the services in select locations such as hospitals and primary health centres. Medical centres can store patient’s health information with minimal efforts.

We propose here a group of robots with a cooperative environment. These cooperative robots will be utilized to perform some pre defined task which is discussed in this paper. While cooperating with other robots, the robot should have some kind of mechanism to analyze the work assigned to it. Robot will analyze its task and will also generate some kind of repository to forward same to the central unit and its communal robots. This idea is straightforward but what if we want to create cooperative robotic devices to kill the swarms or other cooperative robots. This is simply an ANTI-Swarming. A typical design methodology is adopted to implement the same. This paper includes discussion about work done so far in swarm robotics. I propose here a practical approach to use swarms in decision making as well as strategic tool using artificial intelligence and robotics.
