A key contribution is the Multi-Band Fractal Resonance Theorem, which enhances percolation through inter-band coupling, boosting computational speed. The FQCN framework incorporates DCJs, TQCs, and NHQRs to establish robust fractal connectivity. Applications span quantum computing, high-density quantum memory (qubits/μm²), quantum communication, and neuromorphic AI. Notably, quantum neural networks (QNNs) built on FQCNs reach 98.5 % accuracy on MNIST, outperforming typical quantum baselines (95–98 %) and approaching classical state-of-the-art results (99.9 %).
A three-phase development roadmap scales from 1 nm to 100 μm devices, leveraging STM for edge-state probing.
